I'm not sure what has happened here.... I use to count on Stonefire for a healthy and easy dinner on nights I'm working late or need a quick alternative to cooking. I fly out at 5am tomorrow so decided to order dinner to pick up. The salmon was hard as a rock. So overcooked I had to throw it away. The chicken was undercooked. I'm talking pink.... The pizza was ok. Nothing great but edible. The asparagus hard and oily. Please get it together because as of now I have no intention of ordering again. read more

Today was amazing!' Ordered lunch for the office and everything came out correctly, fresh and hot. My lunch was simply delicious. I got the petite chicken breast with tri tip with some mashed potatoes and omg it was so good. The tri tip was so soft and juicy and the chicken was super juicy loved the lemon garlic flavor. We also had the 1/4 chicken, Cobb salad, tomesto and ordered carrot cake for dessert. Been coming here for years and today was just splendid. read more

Shannon, the manager, and her staff at the Chatsworth location are a great example of superior customer service. We cannot thank you enough for making it a memorable experience. Had a very unfortunate online pick up experience here today. I was hosting an event and catered food and chose to go with Stonefire. Sadly, they felt to meet expectations by being 30 mins behind! Not only was the staff not being attentive, they were disorganized and all over the map trying to locate orders. The pick up process was not set up properly as people who already checked in were mixed with people waiting to notify the restaurant that they were there. All this to say my guest were waiting on me to get back in order to have food ready and available. read more

The place for catering for a small family of four or forty. Most of my orders are takeout for family dinners. I'm happy to say they still have the Stimulus package which consists of dinner for a family of four. A small pizza, choice of salad, and a protein. Their tri-trip is my favorite, always cooked to your preference. Food always warm and nicely packaged. Favorite time to order is for holidays. Sometimes their sides is all I order to supplement home meals. Only thing is that the breadsticks are never enough. Eating inside, in their patio or take out as they don't have delivery. I would really like to rate this location 5 stars and I would really like to give a shout out to Kevin I. specifically for being an excellent host , having good energy, being happy and patient with us as we figure out our order and also great with the suggestions. He really made our interaction personal, friendly and wonderful. We love secret sauces and love when someone goes out of their way to tell us about a sauce we never knew existed at this location. I was surprised at this location. We usually go to the Valencia one and it's always good. This one is like a fast food - pay and sit yourself and they wont help you with anything at all. Tables and floors are dirty. Might as well eat at Mcdonalds and pay less. For the price, youd think it would come with a little customer service but boy was I wrong read more

I used to really enjoy Stonefire Grill. I went to the one in Chatsworth today for lunch and it was kind of MEH. The service was fast but the food was not as good as I remembered it from a few years ago. We got Caesar salad, tri-tip, and baby back ribs. The portions were generous. The meat was overcooked making it a little dry and tough. This is weird because we were there at 11:42am. The tri-tip was not sliced all the way through so when you tried to get a slice it would pick up the entire tri-tip. The breadsticks were good and the salad was ok. It wasn't a terrible experience but it wasn't as good as it was a few years ago. Maybe they were having a bad day but I'm not in a big hurry to go back again to find out. About $30 per person before tip, no alcohol. There were leftovers but no one was super excited to take them. read more

What ever you do, don't ask for your salmon to be cooked "medium ". I ordered it "medium" and it came well (to go). When I called the person answering said "sorry, we can't cook it medium". $20 for a small piece of salmon I could have gotten at Trader Joe's double the size fir $10 and cooked it the way I like it. How many calories in the tri tip? If I eat the recommended 4 ounces how many calories is that? How much fat? I won't eat here again. I can't keep track of my nutritional numbers when a serving size is not indicated in a real value. I only ate here because a friend ordered it. We ordered a full rack of ribs, a South of the border chicken salad and children's pasta. The Garlic cheese mashed potatoes was shared by everyone, delicious .Every thing was on point. The cashier was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very busy and well staffed. The Take out area and the kitchen seemed to run smoothly. We settled on coming to here to celebrate my grandmothers birthday. We went all out and got 'The Works' for $230. It says it's for 20 people, we were 13 and had some pretty good leftovers. If you want different items, there's an up-charge. The guy at the counter at the counter was so nice and SO helpful! I wish I could get his name, we asked the girl first but she was being trained, so he took the opportunity to help us and train her simultaneously, without missing a beat! The food was DELICIOUS, my faves are the macaroni & cheese, and mashed potatoes. The South of the border salad is to die for. The red sauce pastas are usually bland at this place, but I don't care since there's so much good. I really enjoy coming to stonefire, the bbq chicken is my favorite! We love their pizza as well. We usually do one of the family packages. I definitely think their bbq food is better than other places around. I find that this location is more busy on the weekends than the weekdays. It is pretty spacious they have seating inside and outside and there is lots of parking as its in a very large shopping center. I've never had an issue with staff here. Overall highly recommended giving stonefire a try. read more

I have long been a fan of Stonefire but they lost me tonight. We ordered two Holiday Feasts with a weeks notice and picked up promptly. Unfortunately, they did not give my correct order- which would have been okay and we could've moved on BUT the chicken was pink. All of it. All pink. HOW did you mess up chicken?! Like, just cook it. Cook it all the way through. That's it. We had no chicken to serve and for me, it's sloppy and unforgivable to serve raw meat. I called all evening to try to get it fixed- I even would have picked up new chicken and no one answered. What a hot mess. read more

I came here today to pick up food that was ordered by my boyfriend. I thought the point of having online ordering is to have the food ready by the time you put on the order. I went there way past the time but it wasn't ready. Waited like 10-15 mins. My mistake I didnt check with my boyfriend the whole order and didnt know there was a drink. They called me when I just got home only to find out that they forgot to give me the drink. I would have understood if they were short staffed and since it was 4th of July, they were busy but no I have seen so many staff that were just standing around. Food was great but curbside is a fucking joke. Clicked the 'I'm here' option when I got there and put the spot and watched as multiple people who ordered curbside had to walk in to get it. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited an extra 10 minutes. Sent my dad in because I didn't want to cause a scene and the girl went right up to my order that was sitting at the window and that had been there the whole time I had been there. None of us had been there so we had no clue that after ordering you need to pick up utensils, straws and napkins, wish we were told when ordering our food. We sat at a table just wondering where the waiter was... Anyway after settling our food came, we ordered the salmon with sesame glaze and a side salad with mash potatoes, tri-tip sandwich with a side of Stonefire beans, the BBQ chicken salad and the tri-tip a la carte. For the most part my meal (salmon) was very tasty and delicious but everyone else complained about the Stonefire beans, tasteless. Great first experience. Service was super great. I got the tri tip meal w added sides. One of the best Cesar salads I've had in a while. Really good mashed potatoes as well. I also added the Mac n cheese which was great but not a got to have it. Def the potatoes or salad would be. To me at least You order and seat yourself but I was super pleased w the service. I was able to add sides after I paid. They where so nice about it; even brought me my bank card back so I wouldn't have to get up again to order which ofc I didn't mind. But that stood out to me.
