Stonefire grill is no joke the reason I like tri tip. Any of the tri tip is amazing and the BBQ salad is chefs kiss. The bbq sauce is unique as well, it's a mix with honey, so it's on the sweeter side. I wish there were locations in the city, but sometimes, you need to make a drive for good food. Dont skip on the pasta too! Big fan of it. The salads are also good, but really the tri tip takes the cake!!! read more

Another Stonefire failure at another Stonefire location. They just can't seem to make a salad that should be very simple. I ordered a barbecue chopped salad the other day and as I went to eat it tonight for dinner all it is is salad and chicken. Missing are the tortilla strips, the beans, the corn and the rest of the ingredients that goes into the salad. Plus, they did not provide the two breadsticks at normally go along with your order. So an epic fail all around. When are they gonna start giving the customer what they're paying for. I'm really disappointed in this restaurant and I am not gonna recommend it going forward read more

I came here 4 years ago and had a not so good experience and decided to come back for the first time and our visit was just mediocre. This is not your typical sit down restaurant, which is fine for me! Order at the counter and food is brought to your table. You have to get all your own utensils and plates. Many people don't know this so I feel it should be made as an announcement when you order because the people close to me were very confused. The staff here is not super helpful. I asked for for some extra dressing for my salad and it took them over ten minutes to bring it to me so I was just sitting their awkwardly with my salad while the rest of my party was eating. The portion sizing with their prices seem a little off to me. It's quite expensive for what you get. You can order their salads in different sizing depending how many people are eating. I got the petite size for just me. 3 stars is my review for an average place and my experience was just average. read more

I have been a customer for take out food in the past and did not have any problems We (5)decided to eat in the restaurant The difficulties started with the cashier who must have today. She had a person training her who probably started the job yesterday. It took forever to complete the order and when we finally got the food all was not correct Jen we received our appetizer the person delivering it to the table was now sure if the order was correct and needed to take part back for instructions from someone else When the food delivery started only a small portion was delivered. (Pizza ) After a wait another part of the food was delivered. (Salad). More waiting and a sandwich was delivered. As a note. It is polite to wait for all diners have been served before starting Another 10 minutes passed and I went to see what was takins so long to get 2 cheeseburgers. The server told me that they were right there - indicating on a serving area near the cooling station- She said they would be out in about 2 minutes After we finally all got our food most of it was cold Just a note. I've been coming to this location for about 15 years and not much has changed other than new items added throughout the years. The quality, consistency and service have remained the same. The food is always fresh and tasty and the staff is always nice. My go to is the 1/2 chicken & tri tip combo with a Ceasar salad or the lemon garlic salmon. WOW WOW WOW. Where to even begin? Daniel, the manager who helped us with our order, is the prime example of what it means to care for your customers & love what you do. This was our first time coming to this restaurant & it was also my birthday. We weren't sure what to order & Daniel helped us decide what to get. He helped us decide on the Chicken Stimulus Package as it was saving us money which definitely was sweet of him. He mentioned that it's the same thing we were getting but added with some salad. He explained to us how the restaurant worked & where to get our supplies & utensils. The food took about 6-7 minutes which was surprising but it was great to see how fast the service was. We forgot to order mashed potatoes & when I went up to the cashier Daniel was there ready to help. He gave us an order of mashed potatoes on the house which was amazing ! I explained to him that it was a nice gesture & that I'll take that as my birthday gift. A couple minutes passed & he came to our table & brought us carrot cake! He explained that the carrot cake was the reason he began working here haha! I ordered through Grubhub and the order arrived but was missing all of the meals' meats on the order. I had the Grubhub driver check and he came back with another person's order that was cold and happened to be one of the missing meats but still missing 2 of the meals' meats. I couldn't believe how unprofessional the service was here. My party arrived at about 1pm, the location was not busy at all. When we went to order, the man at the register was very impatient, rude, and had an attitude while we ordered. He tried rushing us through the order and even tried to ring us up before I even finished ordering. To add, I asked about 3 questioned while ordering, every for questioned asked he impolitely replied " it's on the menu", very unprofessional. Once we paid and sat down, the server (who was kind to us) brought our nachos that were obviously old/ not made fresh, this was made obvious by the stale chips, wilted vegetables, and coagulated cheese. They also forgot to bring out our bread and other sides until I reminded the hosted/ cashier. Once our Tri-tip came out, it was completely COLD. I am not exaggerating, it seemed as if they took it straight out of the refrigerator. Because of this, I let our server know which he replied "it should be cold" and walked away into the kitchen, but we never saw him again after that. Our sides came out about 5 minuets later ( which is fine) except for the fact that they forgot 3 out of the 5 sides we ordered. Again, I reminded the host/ cashier that we did not receive our sides, but didn't believe we even ordered them until I showed him my receipt. My party and I were in good spirited the entire time up until this point after the man at the register gave us even more attitude. I contacted CS via the website after this, who told me to call back, once I did, no one answered It's hard to believe that this location gave out COLD Tri-tip, gave us old food, forgot our sides, and still gave us attitude when we asked for help. The most upsetting part is that we spent over $100 and none of the staff tried to fix or make anything better. The host/cashier, kitchen, and mangers need to get it together because this was absolutely unacceptable and one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. read more

My family and I had not been here for a while and unfortunately was disappointed by our most recent visit. Food was ok, yet food delivery service was awful. My husband ordered a salmon personal meal with salad and mash potatoes. This all came out at different times over a span of 5 minutes. If it's a "meal" you would think the food would be all together. 10 minutes later, my son received his appetizer. When we asked if they had a spicy sauce for it, they said they would check, yet never came back. My Caprese Sandwich was brought out to me 20 minutes after the appetizer.
