The chipotle of Mediterranean food and it was so good. It's basically a byob(owl) and I tried their salmon this time around and it's probably a new favorite.

I love going to Cava for a quick and healthy lunch! This location is clean and efficient and Chris and Daniel always give me the best service! Even when the food bar is low on items, they're always more than happy to restock for me. Food is always fresh and tastes great, and I've always left super satisfied. Thank you CAVA Porter Ranch for the yummy eats :)

Another good experience here at Cava. Best service given to my best friend and I by Chris, thank you Cava Porter Ranch. Food was fresh & he was so friendly! Daniel also built my bowl to perfection with all the toppings. I wouldn't trust going to another Cava

1/3/2026 - This CAVA is situated at The Vineyards at Porter Ranch. Stop by here for a drink. The Cucumber Mint Lime is okay, and one staff told me that cane suger is added to the lime juice. I wish there would be a nutrition label on the display for each drink at the drink station. . I like the Jasmine tea better, which has a tea flavor and no sugar added, meaning a healthy drink. Although the CAVA does not provide a complimentary FiWi, you can use "The Vineyards Guest" free WiFi whose signal is strong at the middle area, but weak at the edge area. A free parking is available in front of the store.

I've been to the Cava in the village but it had been a while so I wasn't really brushed up on how to order. Went to this location thinking it would be as simple as chipotle based on what I remember. Instead I was inundated with so many confusing options and the employee telling me this was extra, that was extra when I tried to add things. When I wanted brown rice on a pita, he told me it was extra and I said the menu wasn't very explanatory on that one. He sarcastically said "if you look at all the curated pitas, none of them have rice". As if I'm expected to make that connection! That impatient tone was an immediate put off. Then when I was deciding on the meat he just looked at me with a face that said "hurry up dude". Employees should be patient when customers are new and/or have questions. Wife and I ordered two bowls and side of pita chips and it came out to $36. I get eating healthy is more expensive but geez. Maybe I sound like a noob but ordering food shouldn't be this complicated and expensive. IF I come back, I'll just order online so that the price is transparent and I don't deal with employee attitude/rush. Caveat: This review is based on price/service and not on the food - which I'm sure is fine - or the location - which was fine and clean. Your food could be the best on earth but if your employees are rude, it's always one star.

A delicious symphony of bold, complex Mediterranean flavors in a bowl of goodness! Cava is not quite fast food, but I'd gladly wait in line. If you've been to restaurants like Chipotle, you'll be familiar with the build-your-ingredients flow, and it's just great to have Mediterranean cuisine with roots from Tunisia and Greece that offers refreshing flavors like the delicious, earthy - and optionally spicy - dips like Harissa, garlic chicken, along with mainstays like falafel,, hummus, and tzatziki. My favorite here is the Steak + Harissa Bowl. I do swap it out for chicken sometimes as part of the Build You Own option (it's also cheaper than getting Steak). This bowl consists of the protein, Crazy Feta (spicy) and feta cheese, red pepper hummus, tomatos and onions, cucumber, cabbage stew, brown rice (I swap this out for Saffron Rice), greens, and Harissa vinaigrette. I also love getting a side of pita chips as well for an extra kick of flavors. One bite is all it takes to convince me that this is one of my favorite gotos for quick, casual, hearty, delicious meal. It may be packed with deliciousness, but it doesn't feel overly heavy or overladden with grease or fat.

Recently tried Cava for the first time and ever since I've been a regular. The food is amazing, I love that you can make you own it if you're a first timer you can choose from their selection of wraps and bowl. My go to is the Greek salad with no olives, a side of pita chips and an extra side of tzatziki sauce. The ambiance here relaxed and gives a casual fast food vibe. The quality is great, always fresh and super flavorful. It is a little pricey though, the salad with a side of pita chips was about $18 with tax, and no drink. Great flavor and quality, just wish it was a little more local to me and affordable. The service is good but can also get a little slow at this location.

I've been to a lot of Cava locations, but the team at this one really stood out. Emilio and Jocelyn made the experience genuinely great. Emilio prepared our bowls quickly and with care, and Jocelyn was super friendly at checkout, making sure we had everything we needed before we left. The food, as always, was fresh and flavorful. I got a bowl with grilled chicken, saffron basmati rice, roasted veggies, and crazy feta -- so good. Everything was perfectly portioned and tasted amazing. Beyond the food, it was the service that made this visit memorable. Both Emilio and Jocelyn were warm, attentive, and welcoming. You can tell they care about the customer experience and take pride in what they do. Highly recommend this location for both the food and the people.

We were supposed to have lunch somewhere until we passed by this place and decided to give it a try. Both of us havent eaten at Cava and wanted something healthy. Upon entering the place, it reminded us of Chipotle but way better. We ordered the custom bowl which you get to choose everything you want in it. I got the kids meal since I dont eat a lot which came with 1 base (basmati rice), 1 protein (chicken), 1 dip (tzatziki) and 2 sides (corn and tomato with cucumber) and dressing (Greek vinaigrette). My order also came with 1/4 slice of warm pita bread. He got the regular bowl which came with 2 base (power greens and romaine), 2 dips (red pepper hummus and harissa), 1 protein (spicy lamb meatballs but he added an extra order of grilled chicken), toppings (corn, tomato and cucumber, Greek olives, feta cheese, pickled onions) and dressing (hot harissa vinaigrette). The price isnt bad and the serving is decent. We will definitely be back here

Build your own, I usually get chicken or steak and then the works for toppings!

Great location, commands a decent line (15-20 minute wait) still think it's worth it though. CAVA has a special knack for making relatively healthy food taste delicious! All the workers were wonderful and from what I saw treated everyone very well here! So when is CAVA coming to the Bay Area? :)

Lamb meatballs and chicken shawarma bowl
    Steve S.

Pretty good experience at Cava today. I tried their lamb meatballs signature bowl and I added garlicky chicken shawarma as additional protein. My bowl came with both, kale and white rice as the base and then a bunch of tasty sides were added, including spicy hummus, feta puree, a tomato salad, pickled onions and a few others. Then came the yummy protein in chicken shawarma and the lamb meatballs. The shawarma was well marinated, slightly dry, but still good. The lamb meatballs were terrific-- great flavor, very juicy and falling apart as they hit your mouth. This bowl definitely hit the spot. You get so many flavors here and all really fresh and delicious. Would order this again! There is plenty of parking spots, as this is a huge and affluent Vineyards plaza in Porter Ranch. Cava itself is pretty spacious with 15 some tables inside. The place is comfy and well air-conditioned. The customer service is friendly and professional. Will come back for more!

I love Cava!!! But this place desperately needs more employees. Every Sunday I visit it's about a 30-45 min wait in line and then when I order online, usually it's still a 20 min wait from the allotted time it should be ready. But the employees are all so friendly regardless of the business and the food is always great. I am always happy with the bowl I get and the portions are so generous! The pita chips are sooo good and highly recommend you to try, it's crunchy but soft at the same time and seasoned very well. I will continue to go to Cava :)

Definitely on our list of restaurants to visit again when we're in the area. Ordered: - Hummus Duck 'Nduja - First off, we need to take a moment for the blistered pita. That stuff was soooooo yummy might be my favorite pita I ever consumed. Hummus was also good, nice balance of flavors that complimented each other well. - Grilled Octopus - Had a good amount of chew and wasn't too chewy. Dill flavor was a bit on the strong side but I don't mind it. - Potato Flatbread - Very light and also good. - Slow Roast Lamb Neck Shawarma - Soooo tender fell off the bone so nicely. My favorite dishes were the lamb neck shawarma and the blistered pita. Family style restaurant. We were recommended to order 2 spreads, 3 appetizers, and 1 entree for 3 people. We ended up doing 1 spread, 2 appetizers, and 1 entree and I'm very happy with our decision. We were soooo full after our meal. I think if we did the 2 spread and 3 appetizers as recommend we wouldn't be able to eat the entree at all. Seems like a really popular celebration restaurant (saw many graduations). We did make a reservation and I would recommend doing that. All tables were filled when we were there, not sure how the walk in situation is. Music is a bit loud inside the restaurant but I don't think it was as bad as Bestia. The outside patio was good though in my opinion. I didn't feel like i was yelling across the table to talk on the patio.
