Taking off a star due to the new people (guy and a girl) working the counter here. You can tell neither of them care. Very nonchalant and dismissive and definitely showed me that they are not going out of their way to accommodate. The owners who usually work there are so kind and attentive. These two new workers were both completely not accommodating. I will not come back here if I have this experience again bc I usually spend about $50 on my meal just for me so I expect mindful customer service. The owner and server were both very nice but we didn't enjoy the food. We ordered hummus, fatoush salad and garlic fries, but the owner convinced us to get some veggie plate instead which had a few extra items that we didn't care for at all. A friend and I enjoyed a delicious dinner last Friday night at Mediterranean Bistro. The atmosphere was pleasant, and we happily shared the baba ganouj appetizer, and each of us had the chicken shish kebab plate. But while our meal was wonderful, the best part was the friendly and understanding service. My friend and I had not seen each other in a long time, and while the owner teased us, he and the wait staff graciously accommodated our need for a long catch up. At no time did we feel like our server was eager for us to finish eating, or was anxious for us to leave, which just enhanced the total but also a very experience.
