Thai Valley, as the name suggests, is a SFV Thai restaurant, that has been around for a long time. It is an intimate dining space in a small strip mall. Its hours are limited, compared to pre pandemic days. We came here for dinner. The first plate on the table was the Pad Prik with chicken. Beans still had their green color and crunch and the chicken pieces were tender. The sauce had enough of oil (a must in my opinion), to inject a satisfying taste of spices. The Chili Fish came next, Claimed to be Sole filet (these were medium sized long pieces) dipped in batter, then lightly fried and topped with red curry sauce, coconut milk, string beans (a few), and bell pepper (a few). What was unique here, there was no gravy. Instead, each piece of battered fish was thickly coated in the sauce concotion. Don't get me wrong, it was a wonderful dish, with intense fragrance. A side cucumber salad and steamed rice, capped the meal. Excellent service. read more

First time coming here for lunch at work. I ordered the pad see ew with beef and all I gotta say is the pad see ew was pretty solid. Beef was perfectly cooked noodles were tender and broccoli was crunchy. I'll be back again to try out other stuff they have to offer. read more

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars because the food was very good, especially considering the price. We had curry, pad thai and a couple other dishes and they were delicious! I took one star away for two reasons. First, was the packaging on one of the dishes collapsed and got all over the place. Second, none of the dishes came with rice,so we needed to purchase it separately, and we needed to pay cash since it didn't meet there $15 minimum for credit cards. This family restaurant gem has been open for 30 years serving families and lunch crowds. We just discovered it finally and hope to become regulars. The place has several tables and an additional room where they handle catering and larger groups. The food was freshly prepared with quality ingredients and full of flavor. The larb, shrimp rolls, pad thai, mixed vegetables, and Thai iced tea were all delicious. The service was friendly and we felt appropriated. Came with my wife on a whim for dinner date night. This place is really comfortable and homey, really cute. Many Asian places serve shrimp that are smaller, but this restaurant uses prawns which makes a big difference. The one option I would prefer, especially with Thai food, is the option of asking for additional heat/spice if desired. They're open for take out. It's pretty good. Prices are decent. I spent $47 but I got 4 meals out of it. The peanut sauce and sate chicken was great. I saw so many pics of the egg plant ground chicken so I ordered it. The portion was huge! It was my favorite. The pad Thai wasn't too saucy. The portion of the fried rice was also huge. My new go to spot for Thai food as you are able to order online, set a pickup time and you can swing by and pick it up when ready. The space is small but there is ample parking in the lot, a few tables inside and an easy table to pick up your order if you ordered online. My go-to is the tofu pad Thai. Service was nice and quick, interior was great, and actual food was great. So 3 stars comes from how the lunch special is not worth it at all. While the food is delicious, the portions are on the smaller side so I definitely think it's more worth to but the full size of these items. The curry to rice ratio is off and while they describe and appetizer to the lunch special, it is one wonton. The actual soup that is added with the special tastes like chicken water to be drank so I suggest going for the salad instead. I do want to say that the actual entrees are great! Especially the orange chicken and the curries. However, be cautious of the lunch special because it isn't worth it. read more

I've gone here a few times and their food has yet to disappoint. My two favorite curry dishes so far are the red curry and the mussman. You get a large bowl of the sauce with goodies (meats and vegetables) and about one cup's portion of rice. There's definitely way more sauce than you need, which just means you'll have delicious leftovers the next day! I've also tasted their yellow curry and smoked curry sauce dishes. Both delicious! I've tasted other dishes (soups, noodles, appetizers), but forget the names. They were all great! My favorites are still the curries. The service is pleasant. The waitress was attentive and is knowledgeable about the menu. She was very helpful in pointing out favorite dishes. I'm thrilled my family and I decided to branch out and eat here. read more

I've gotten to -go food here before and I finally had lunch here last week. They have lunch specials and I believe I paid the $12 to get the red curry and I paid a dollar extra for the fried rice. I wish I had more rice but I ended up drinking the curry and it was delicious like a thick soup. lunch special also comes with a soup or salad and I chose the salad. My coworker got the Thai iced tea with Boba and she thought the Boba was a little too chewy.
