Spicy Noodles/Pad Kee Mao, to be honest I love there noodles more than the one I tried in Thailand Chicken BBQ the chicken is good too, but nothing special for me

I had a gift certificate from a few years ago and found it recently. So I stopped by and got these delicious items from the menu. I love pad Thai, Spring rolls, their house salad with the wonderful peanut dressing and Thai toast. If you've never had Thai toast, it's a real treat. Very few Thai restaurants offer this. The people here are friendly, and they bring your food to you pretty quickly. I've always enjoyed this place for their food.

I ordered the spicy chicken and it was tasty, Although they forgot to put cashew nuts which was supposed to be in here, the vegetables made up for it so I'm still happy. I've been here many times but stopped coming here after Covid because the quality didn't seem the same but it seems they have improved (like when they first opened) because the last few times I've been here recently it's been great. Their pad Thai is good also. I hope they stay consistent and keep up the good cooking. I'll definitely be back!

Ordered takeout and it was quick and food arrived hot. The spicy noodles (drunken noodles) were spicy and the mint gave it some freshness. The pad Thai noodles came with chicken and plump shrimp. They had a good amount of sauce and were not dried out or bland. These two dishes really hit the mark for me and I will be ordering again.

Location 3: In Granada Hills California, Southwest corner of Balboa and Devonshire in a strip mall, shared with a dive bar and Dennys! Limited parking on the lot upfront with a bit more in the back. You can also look for street parking. No valet or paid structures nearby. Venue 3.5: Basic run of the mill, air-conditioned facilities on the small-mid size, with indoor tables and booths. No outdoor seating. Service 3.5: Always courteous and to the point. Drinks 4: Beer (bottle only), wine, sake, Thai Iced Tea, Thai Iced Coffee, American Iced Tea, Hot Tea, Lemonade and soft drinks. The Thai Iced Tea and Thai Iced coffee are pretty good and recommended. Food 4: Huge menu of soups, salads, appetizers, curries, noodles, Thai barbecue, and assorted fried rice. They also have lunch specials. The curries and noodles are excellent. We usually order the Tom Kha Kai (chicken in coconut milk) soup, the yellow, green or Penang curries, the drunken noodles (a.k.a. Pad Kee Mao, off menu), Pad Thai, the Spicy (Whole) Fish, and the Roti bread. You can always pick one of the many combinations if you cannot decide on one dish. The Last Word 4: A solid, reliable, zero-hype, laid back, comfort food destination for my family. Highly recommended.

In the area and hungry for Thai! Great lunch specials for one with leftovers to take home. My Pad See-eww was delicious, I just couldn't eat it all in one sitting. Even though it's a small location and they are really busy with takeout orders service was great. I would definitely come back.

Tom yum noodles: crispy pork, crab leg, large shrimp, fresh squid, pork meatballs and eggs. Excellent!

Great Thai restaurant! Rincome Thai has been around for 35 years or so in the valley (Northridge). Their food is EXCELLENT! They specialize in central Thai food, so nothing too exotic if you are familiar with the cuisine. Sure they cater to Farangs (Google the meaning), but they also keep the flavors as traditional Thai as possible meaning the flavors are BOLD and not toned down to suite western palates. Quality ingredients are used and portions are HUGE! Lunch specials are available from 11am- 3pm like most Thai places;however, Rincome offers incredible "combo meals" dinner or lunch all day at affordable prices. I'm no expert on Thai food (am constantly learning), but I did grow up in the culture and spent many summers in Thailand. Food is great here along with the service! The restaurant is so cute, peaceful, and comfy. Parking located in a mini-mall situation typical of San Fernando Valley. Credit and Cash accepted no Apple Pay.

Cute little heart stopper on top of Thai tea. Soooo delicious !

I love Rincome Thai food! I've been ordering from here for years. Staff is very friendly. Dine in or take out. Food is so delicious and portions are enough for 2 people. Beef salad is one of my favorites here. Thai tea is delicious with crushed ice. Food has stayed pretty consistent over the years. Parking can be a bit of a challenge depending on the day and time you come. I highly recommend giving them a try!

This spot shares the parking lot with several other stores, but parking isn't bad--you can usually find a spot if you go all the way to the back. The portions are HUGE and the prices are very reasonable. They offer both lunch and dinner combos, which is always a win. This was actually my second time ordering from them. The first time, I went through Yelp delivery, but tonight, I decided to stop by in person. The staff inside was super lovely and welcoming. Food-wise, I'm impressed! The spicy eggplant with pork is a must--so flavorful. Tonight, I tried the crab fried rice, Thai-style fried chicken, and the Thai BBQ chicken combo. Everything was tasty, and I'm definitely a fan now. The place was busy when I came in, but there was no loud music playing--just people having conversations amongst themselves. I noticed that their menu insert mentions that if your total is $60+ (before tax), you get a free item. My bill qualified, but I didn't get a free appetizer--maybe I needed to ask for it? It's just something to keep in mind. Overall, delicious food, generous portions, and friendly service. I'll for sure be back!

I have said this before. Rincome is one of the best, if not the best Thai restaurant in the SFV. I have been going here for decades and their service and offerings have never disappointed me. There was only one time, with a carry out and in that rare event, they provided high class service. When I long for Rincome, it is a mix between dine in and carry out. There are many favorite dishes, but I lean towards their #25 lunch special, the Spicy Fish. The menu states that it is a red snapper, but while the fish itself is tender and moist, it does not have the snapper texture. So I inquired and asked the server what was this fish? First she said it was a fillet. I said yes, I knew that, as per the order. But what is the fish, I asked for a second time. She said it was Swai, and when I asked for clarification, she assured me that it is Thai for Red snapper. So I did sone homework. This does not seem to be accurate. Swai, is a type of farmed catfish from South East Asia. It is generally exported frozen from that region (and much cheaper, than red snapper). Anyway, that dish has always been my favorite. While the sauce that covers the deep fried fish fillet has too much gelatin, it is still intoxicating. A good mix of spices, flavor and crisp vegetables of onions, peppers, manifesting in color and optics. But Rincome needs to modify the description of their menu items. Be more straightforward with their customers, as to what type of fish is really on their menu. Their lunch special salad is doused with peanut sauce so thick it killed the salad....peanut sauce is for satay. When I asked for Thai chili with fish sauce, they said yeah we have it and they gave me jalapeños instead, in vinegar. See my pictures. Tell me, do I look dumb?

Jackie E.

The cashew nut chicken is hit or miss. I really wish they would be more consistent so that we could order more often! Today it had zero flavor. Last time it was good. Probably won't be going back cause it's disappointing when it's not good

Jim B.

We always stop here when we want great Thai food. They have reasonably priced lunch specials. Their food is amazing and they have many, many choices. We typically share the Pad Thai noodles with an egg roll. Today we shared the fried dumplings. Everything was excellent!!

Because of that great experience, we decided to go back after a long time, this time on a Sunday. When we walked in, we immediately noticed a big difference . There were a lot of empty tables. We ordered shrimp cocktails (cócteles de camarón) and sat down. Unfortunately, this time the food was not good at all. The juice in the shrimp cocktail was extremely salty,so salty that I couldn't eat it. I went back to the counter and explained the issue. The girl helping us was very nice and explained that they cure the shrimp with salt since it's not cooked. She offered to remake it, which they did, and I appreciated the effort. However, even the remake just didn't taste good to me. I like my seafood to taste fresh, with a natural seafood flavor not overly salty or loaded with condiments. This experience made me wonder if something has changed at the restaurant, especially since it was so empty compared to our first visit. That side is named Kusina Ni Kuya and has a vast catering menu. I came here for a carry out from the Cajun side and picked as I did before, the half pound shrimp. The only difference is this time, I opted for the peeled version. This was prepared in the house Kuya sauce, medium spicy, with an extra of boiled okra. The dish did not disappoint and was consistent in texture and flavor, and a glorious mixture of spices as before. This entrée has a lot of oil added to it, but that is what brings out this burst of taste and satisfaction. Everything was soaked with the thick sauce. This time what I did at home was, I boiled a few golden premium small potatoes with skin, sliced them into quarters and added it to the mix. Once it soaked up the gravy of the shrimp dish, the potatoes ascended to a totally different level. So how does the peeled version compare to the whole shrimp version? I would say that the whole shrimp selection is the way to go. The meat is not overcooked and you get the flavor off the shrimp shells too, that kicks it up more than a notch. In addition, the fact that you have to use your fingers to get to the shrimp meat (though messy), heightens the pleasure of the dining experience.

Let me be crystal clear--Cajun Ni Kuya just embarrassed half the seafood spots out there…read more Absolutely embarrassed them. I went in for the $38.99 all-you-can-eat, and what did I get? Not some sad, watered-down, reheated nonsense like other places try to pass off--I got REAL Cajun seafood. Properly cooked. Properly seasoned. Actually worth paying for. I ordered crawfish, clams, mussels, and head-on shrimp, and every single tray came out piping hot, drenched in that bold, garlicky, buttery sauce that hits you like a freight train. Not bland. Not timid. Not "lightly seasoned for the masses." No--this is full-flavor, unapologetic, get-it-all-over-your-hands Cajun. The crawfish? Seasoned all the way through, not just dusted on the outside like some lazy joke. Other spots--take notes. The shrimp? Perfectly cooked, heads packed with flavor. If you're scared of that, stay home and order chicken tenders. The clams and mussels? Clean, tender, not a single one questionable--which already puts them ahead of places charging MORE and serving LESS. And then the sides--this is where it gets ridiculous. Boiled okra, sweet corn, quail eggs, all soaked in that same sauce? That's not a side--that's a statement. Everything is absorbing flavor like it's supposed to. No shortcuts. No laziness. Just execution. And here's what really separates them from the clowns-- the quality never dropped. You keep ordering, they keep delivering heat. Same flavor. Same intensity. No "second round is worse" nonsense. That's what happens when a kitchen actually knows what it's doing. Meanwhile, other seafood spots are out here charging premium prices for bland, overcooked garbage and calling it "Cajun." Stop it. Just stop. This is how it's DONE. Messy. Bold. Loud. Flavor in your face. Hands covered in sauce. Zero regrets. If you leave Cajun Ni Kuya unsatisfied, don't blame the restaurant--blame your taste buds. I'll be back. And I'm bringing an appetite that's ready for war.
