When you step inside this restaurant, it is so beautiful and colorful, so inviting and festive, and relaxing and exciting. The smell of the food is so delicious and wonderful, and you just can't wait to get your food. The service is good. The cashier takes your order. After you pay at the register in the back, you pick your seat and wait with full anticipation. The food is fresh and made to order, so it can take some time. Be patient, the food is worth it. They bring sauce bottles to your table, and you might think the food is coming soon, sometime it does, sometimes it doesn't, but anticipation makes the food even better. And then you're probably thinking, it better hit the spot! When your food is ready, the server knows most of the time who order what, and would bring them their food, but on rare occasions, some things do get forgotten and an order by the name of the plate ordered would be called out for someone to claim. So listen. We always order the chicken, and anything else you get with it is good too, but the chicken is the star for me. The side salad is fresh. It includes lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers. The fries are good, especially when they soak up the juices dripping from the chicken. The fried rice is ok, better than most, but it has an uncommon linger trailing scent reminiscent of cinnamon, which I feel should not be in a fried rice. Delicious! Our favorite p.chicken place closed so we came here to try and it was just as good! The restaurant was lively, clean, and bright. The service was very friendly. We ordered half a chicken with yucca ($2 extra charge) and plantains (also $2 extra charge), chalaquita wings, chaufa de pollo, and got a chicha drink. The rice portion was huge and very gingery. We absolutely enjoyed everything! The chicken was perfectly seasoned, moist and tender. The wings were flavorful and perfectly cooked. The plantains were perfect. Stopped in on a whim. Was planning to go to the spot next door but it was closed so went here instead. Menu was overwhelming for a first timer, ended up getting their 1/4 rotisserie dark with two sides of rice and a salad. They provided several bottles of sauces per table. Sauces all were quite good. Food came out and the chicken was absolutely amazing, the sides also were pretty good. Rice was bountiful and slightly seasoned, the salad was large for a small side - nicely sliced thin tomatoes and sliced lettuce, eating these with the sauces provided made the meal a pleasurable experience. 5/ 5 I give this place. This place is like a home cook meal comfort spot. The Tallarin Verde con bistek meat was seasoned well and it is good. It is also mixed with a pasta with a verde sauce that matches good in taste. 1 suggestion though.. the plastic fork is struggling cutting it. They should slice up the meat when served with the pasta. The Rotisserie Chicken was also good. Not only the outside is seasoned well. Inside is juicy and also seasoned well. I liked it!!!! . It comes with fried planatain (banana) and it is also good. Repeat offender! Came to try out something else on the menu, brought my parents this time and it was a wonderful lunch I have to add, everything came out fresh and hot and I just have to admire how this lomo is just so tender! Like seriously juicy as well! I was hankering for the tallarines verdes since prior time and I'm glad I got to try it out! Aji sauce goes on Everything literally! So my parents finally got to try a taste of Peru, something new and different from our normal fair. Stopped by for the first time today and I can tell you it won't be my last! This place I just what chatsworth needed. I usually go to CCC for rotisserie chicken but the flavor here a little better in my opinion and pairing it with their green hot sauce really sets it apart. The place is spotless on the inside and staff is very nice, I will be back to try more items on the menu. The only thing I would change is having an actual plate to eat on for dine in orders, trying to use a fork and knife inside of a box is not ideal. read more

Been waiting for this place to open. Finally got take out and it's some delicious chicken. I got the half chicken combo with two sides. Chicken was delicious rotisserie style done really well. Super tender great flavor with a lot of great tasting herbs and spices. 10/10 on the chicken. They give you three different sauces that are all super fire. I'd never had sauces like these before. Green sauce was a little spicy and went great with the chicken. Yellow and pink sauces were really great as well. White rice was good had a little extra something that was really flavorful. Their Grand Opening was yesterday July 19, 2025. Headed out kind of late on Sunday night for dinner. The hus and I have been waiting for this place to open as the valley is a little short on good Peruvian restaurants. Firstly, as expected the restaurant is clean and well kept. Its bright and pretty spacious. The food comes out as prepared. Meaning, it came out as it was completed not all together as one order unless its take out. All the food was prepared and placed in take out containers. I understand doing this to keep costs down. But I wouldve preferred dine in plates and dishes if you're not doing take out (preference). Now the food. We had a pieced of the acevichada chicken wings. They were crispy and lightly topped with a creamy citrus sauce. The texture was good while hot. But slowly got unappetizing as it cooled (preference). Lomo saltado was a little on the dry side. But the skirt steak they used was good. Tomatoes were not soggy or soft if that is something you like. I prefer a little bit more char and just slightly more soft. Brasa Brava rotisserie chicken was just okay. The portion and meat on the bones were a little skimpy and small. The seasoning also salty. The salsa's that came with the chicken is extremely salty, almost inedible. The price was a bit on the higher sode given the portions. Overall its a solid 3 and definitely enough time to work out some small kinks read more

Great Peruvian place in Chatsworth. I had the Lomo Salteado, Salchipapas, papa a la huancaina, and their tres leches cake. Everything is authentic and great. Order was placed over the phone and quickly picked up in great containers to go. Great service. Oh man! This place is so so good! I didn't not expect to love this place as much as I did! I had the rice, beef, vegetable, fries plate (forgot the name) but it's very popular and WOW! This was bad for a Peruvian spot, like really bad. I will start off by saying that the service was no problem, this review will be reflecting the food. I ordered the rotisserie chicken(pollo à la brasa) and jalea. The chicken was dry as hell and there was no flavor on the outside, like pollo à la brasa is expected to have. The fries were obviously reheated from frozen as they were still tough on the inside, and honestly I enjoyed it more than the chicken. The jalea was a special that was offered that day and for those who like the dish, it's always a nice treat to have cause who doesn't like simple fried seafood Peruvian style? They messed it up, they got the fried part right but they had no flavor on the batter, like not even salt or pepper. The CANCHA ladies and gentlemen, the CANCHA had no salt or even a speck of oil. They had a variety of seafood but personally, serving size was small for the price. Oh and the salsa criolla, was not salsa criolla. Those who enjoy Peruvian food understand how that should be made. These guys tossed just the onions and tomatoes together and called it a day, mind you it wasn't even close to closing time so this makes me believe that it's the norm. I hope I got through to you that the main idea is that there's no flavor. So, here's the funny thing, it's all about the sauces. They have red, green, and yellow. As a Peruvian, I'd like to state that these are not normal Peruvian sauces, the green one, "aji verde" is something made with Mexico's chile verde, the red is something that tries to be crema de rocoto, and the yellow is supposed to be aji amarillo. I can't say about the yellow cause I haven't gotten an authentic one yet in LA. Anyways, it seems that the sauces is the main catch in terms of flavor and it took a bit to realize that it was the focus. This isn't what Peruvian food is about so it kind of shot my opinion down more. To make matters worse, you can see the chicken being prepared(good!) but you can see its white as hell so what does that mean? No flavor!!(bad) The places looks nice and modern, but to me falls into the trap of the focus to look nice while the food isn't treated the same. At a weekend evening when you'd expect people to be sitting and eating, I saw 2 groups of people just come to pickup, but the restaurant seems to be focused on pushing food out than sitting them down. Like I mentioned before, the service was no problem as the staff were helpful in answering any questions. However, for a Peruvian restaurant, I would not recommend this at all. read more
