JPs' crew was punctual, professional and extremely friendly. Moving can often be frustrating, stressful and downright a pain in the neck but the Sterling crew was so accommodating, diligent and helpful that they really made it a pleasure. We were quoted by Nancy for a ten hour job which they did in just seven hours and the original quote was adjusted to reflect the speed of the job. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of resolution regarding the missing .45 from my nightstand. Despite contacting the company and patiently waiting for a response, I was met with disbelief and no concrete solution. It is unacceptable to pay for a service only to be stolen from, and a mere apology is not sufficient. I demand a proper resolution to this matter immediately. I know these gentlemen were in my nightstand drawers, because stockings that I had purchased that I thought I misplaced mysteriously ended up in an empty second drawer of this nightstand, because they had fallen out of the drawer and fell to the bottom so when moved they opened the drawer to to put them back in....only I had taken all of the clothing items out of the bottom two drawers so that it was not as heavy but did not empty the top drawer clearly - my mistake. read more

Awesome moving company - so grateful to have found Elliott, Nanci & the team at Sterling Interstate!! We used them to move from the Coachella Valley in CA to our new build in Desert Hills, AZ. I wanted a local company who could it in two days and they really delivered. Elliiott drove out and looked at our new place first to make sure they could figure out unloading there & did a Zoom with me in CA to get an idea of our belongings & what our rental house looked like. His price was very good, but what really sold me was the info they sent with it - a binding estimate, copies of insurance and licenses and lots of blogs with moving tips. They were in communication throughout. On the day before the move began, Cody our driver called to let me know they were starting the drive out. And he let me know a five hours later that they were close by & would see us bright and early in the morning. They actually arrived 20 minutes early! We just had him & a helper, but they got it all loaded up and took off for AZ at lunchtime. They next morning they were again a few minutes early to our new home & worked hard to find a place to park the truck, which ended up being on the street & they dollied everything up and into our place. They put everything where we asked & set up beds (2) and a big screen TV too. Hard workers. Also, Elliott stands by everything & reimbursed us within 24 hours for some rather minor damage that our old landlords assessed. Much appreciated this & it was very minimal in nature. I was originally planning to go with another mover but they wanted to charge me way more than their standard price they quoted over the phone. Elliot came to do an initial walkthrough of my items and his quote was extremely reasonable for disassembling furniture, loading, transporting, unloading and reassembling. It was great because my husband and I work full time, have two little ones and do not have really much time to move. All we did was pack most of the items and Sterling did the rest!!! I recently had an interstate move out of AZ with Sterling. The staff at Sterling is very responsive and easy to setup home evaluation and the price is very competitive and straightforward. No hidden fees. JB and his crew help with our move.l and they're amazingly organized and efficient. 7 people show up on loading day and finished loading by noon. They're very organized and labeled everything they wrapped. They also took good care of my stuff with nothing major broken. There were some minor damages and the crew was transparent about it.
