I can't say enough good things about this company. Their have been some minor gate issues, but kind of stuff happens. What matters most is how responsive and professional the team is. These guys are incredibly helpful for any step of the way. The online tech is dated, but, if you can get past that (and you really should), then this should be your only storage facility to use in the area. I literally drive across the City when I need storage, because they give me such great piece of mind. It is worth noting, this place is incredibly well lit. That matters at night and you really see it when you compare to their competitors. read more

Thieves. The corona pandemic put me out of work and I was a little late on payment so they put a lock on my unit (which is normal) a couple days later I get the money to pay it ........... The only money I had to my name but the items in my storage was worth alot more than that for sure!!, Because he saw my boyfriend s little dog get out of the car a few times to get some fresh air and because we had the doors open to unload stuff into storage, he says he'll take the locks off and let us get our things out but can't rent anymore.......so we were able to take one small load......When we came for the second load,he locked the other unit up again and said we messed up the door on one even though I know it was already like that because I always struggled to close it since day 1. after realizing all the tools including my back back blower that was brand new, and some guitars, a 3 d printer ect......He STOLE everything worth of value!!! I called this place three times asking if they have room for a 30' travel trailer. The first call, I got the quote, a reasonable price, but he said he had to check if he had room. I got a promise of a return call in a hour or so. Fast-forward 24 hours. I call and leave a voice mail, with a reminder of our conversation. Let's move ahead another 24 hours. I call again, leave another message. This time, I kindly mention I am ready to do business if he wants it. It's been well over a week now, and I gave up. It's a shame, this place would have worked out for me, as it's not even a mile from my house. I expected a call, even if he didn't have room. Is that too much to ask for? No. I should also mention, I drive by this business ever day during the week on my way to work. It's on a side-street (Oneal) and doesn't "look" like the safest place to store stuff. In fact, the gate is almost always open and no one is there. I've seen multiple abandoned cars on this road directly across from the gates, and I'm not sure if they are related to this storage place for sure, but it seems unusual since it is this place is the only thing on the road. I personally wasn't concerned about the gate since the outside storage area is just a field next to the storage buildings with a rather nice large barb wire and 8' chain link fence surrounding it. It would have suited my needs perfectly, the price was nice, but, with all my efforts, I couldn't give this guy my money! read more

After reading the sole previous review, I was a bit skeptical when my husband decided on this place for our storage unit rental. We are getting ready to put our house on the market, are living elsewhere, and needed some place to put our household stuff (read: junk) until the house is sold and we are ready to re-locate. Having managed rental storage units before, myself, the story of un-returned phone calls made me a bit leery. My conclusion after doing business with them? That customer's experience must have been a fluke. My husband called ON A SUNDAY, and managed to get someone on the line. Props for that! Yay! He had already gone to their website and reserved a unit. A short while after he spoke on the phone and made arrangements to arrive there at 2pm to rent our unit, the phone rang. It was a follow-up call on the online reservation he'd made. As soon as the gentleman found out he was the same person who had the 2pm appointment, he said it was fine to come on over as he would be there. Very friendly, very good customer service. *We* had decided, since *we* plan to move out of state eventually, that *we* need to pare down the amount of stuff *we* have. Somewhere between agreeing on a set size, and actually getting aforementioned size, a decision was made that we would need double that size. Paul, one of the owners, was great about helping us get the size unit we needed, at a price to fit our budget. So, yay (or not)... hubby gets to keep all his jun...err... stuff. Not only that, but Paul provided a very nice lock! (This was not promised in the ad). AND we got the first two months at HALF PRICE! All around this was the best deal, hands down. read more

Sold a warehouse and needed a place to store a classic car (71' Ford Bronco). I called around to several storage companies. I wasn't really sure what size I needed. These guys were really easy to deal with an took their time to show me the unit and took their time to help me find the right size for the car. This Fall 2015 I had to rent a second space for one month and they accommodated me on the fly, rented me a room next to the one I was already using, then at the end of the month made sure they got a hold of me the day before the first to make sure I was moved out so I wouldn't be charged. read more

I've stored my stuff here twice in the past 2 years and everything has been perfect. Clean, reliable, and accessible. Jay Z is great too.

They're under new management now and I've noticed the difference within the first three months. The property grounds still look well-kept after which is a good thing. But the manager is different and that's where I choose to change my rating from 5 stars down to 2 stars because I have experienced better. New manager: Hasn't figured out a way to give gate codes to tenants unless the tenants call and ask for it. It has been a few months now and I still have to call to get the code. No biggie. One month, I had paid a full week before the first (got the receipt, thought all was good), I didn't ask for the code and didn't need to get to unit until near the end of the month when my husband was moving a bed out for a friend. So I called for the code and was asked if i had paid. I said "yes". Todd said "we'll i guess I'll have to trust you on that, if you haven't it wouldn't matter cause your unit will be locked". I thought nothing of it until my husband found that it was locked. No late fees charged but for a whole month this lock was on our unit. I understand if it was a computer error but it was a human error. And we received no notification of this lockout from the manager at all. I was confused and not happy and neither was my husband...it was a hot day and he was very busy. It was unlocked when the manager came back. That's not how I would run things or some of the other managers I've met in the past. In my previous jobs, I've dealt with on average 300 logs and entries a month. This should be no different, except it's half that. Old manager: Michael was on top of things and even went above and beyond (like getting a box from my unit that was very heavy and hard for me to reach.) He kept us informed on any changes, discounts, or up-comings. He had an automated system for gate codes that very well. I guess I was spoiled with the great customer service from Michael and hoped that the next manager would provide good customer service at least. read more

It's under new management again and the property improvements started immediately. Alex and JayZ (new owners) have years of business/realty experience behind them to include storage unit facilities. New fence installed, expansion on the number of units is underway and there are plans for a new gate to be established. JayZ is a little sarcastic, but professional and courteous. Pricing is competitive with adjacent facilities( I know, cause I did the research) to include up and down burnett rd. Now is a great time to take advantage of their promotional rates as they are encouraging new tenants to reside. If you are looking for a "deal", then this is the place. As long as pricing stays competitive I plan to stay here for months, maybe years. read more
