Worst customer service I've ever have received at star bucks, the only exception was the young man at the register he was nice. I walk in no one greets me , I bought 2 drinks and then I decided I should probably buy a thermal Starbucks as I'm traveling from one military base to another across the United States. I pay for my cup and kindly ask them to wash it for me so that I can place my drink in it, I literally had just bought it . They say no but the young man behind the counter decided to ask the manager to see if she would be willing to make an acceptance. The manager boldly shakes he head no and states due to covid they are not willing to wash the cup. She had just watched me buy the $19 cup . I asked for a refund of the cup in which I got , however if you are going to state due to covid..... then maybe all the employees should be washing their hands and the very least wearing gloves and masks. out of the 5 employees working I only witness 2 employees wearing them. I come here on a daily basis and the customer service is always exceptional but I came a couple days ago and Hannah was very rude. I have not had bad customer service here until now, I asked for a little more caramel on my frap and she gave me a nasty look and said I'll do it this time but next time you have to pay extra. They have been advertising this coconut mocha thing now for months and without fail this is the forth time they have said they are out of coconut milk. I'm beginning to doubt they ever have any! I love this Starbucks! You wouldn't think much of it from its location (beside a run down Subway and shady gas station), but the staff is always really friendly and personable. My drinks are always perfect, exactly how i ask for them, and i rarely have to wait long, even when there is a long line at the drive thru. Worst ever!!! While I was there it took 15 minutes to get 1 tea and 2 frappes and they weren't even blended right , and a guy that had a moble order was ther 10 minutes before us for 1 drink and they still haven't made it and they forgot to give him a food product. While I was there 3 people asked for them to remake their beverages. As all I think it was the workers that we're going very slow and having conversations. They had 6 drinks lined up to be made. There tea is cost more than Peets . Their tea is of a lower quality. To add injury to insult unlike Peets they do not put their honey in a pourable container. Who wants to fight with those small plastic packages of irritating honey packs. They have containers of honey available bit will not allow you to use them. read more

I absolutely love the staff at this Starbucks. I've been to every Starbucks in Vallejo, and although I love them all.... The customer service at this one is impeccable. They always fix my drink correctly, and if I want an extra pump of something, they have no problem accommodating me! Their professionalism, caring nature, and sense of humor even project in the drive through. It makes you excited to meet then at the window! Last night my husband and I went through the drive thru, and our barista was Brandon. He was great. We also were able to meet Matt (really cool hair by the way) who was amazingly professional and kind as well. The Saturday Crew on 3/26/16 at 12 noon ..needs to get it together! Drive thru was taking over 15 minutes with only 5 cars, so I hopped out to go inside, line of2 people ahead of me .. But the staff was loving incredibly slow! Like complete "duhhhh" attitudes. I come here all the time! This crew is horrible. Staff your Saturday's better for this location. I come to this Starbucks so often! Almost every day, and I always order the same thing... A grande iced green tea latte with light ice and classic sweetener. A bit of a tongue twister but I have it down. However, I'm giving 3 stars because today I get up to the screen to order and I say "can I have an iced grande green tea latte with..." And the woman taking my order cut me off mid sentence to say "ok you want a green tea latte with extra ice??" And it was not in a pleasant tone. So I clarified my order and kept it moving to the window, trying not to be too offended that she cut me off. So I pay and I'm sitting there for at least 3 mins without my drink (usually I get it right away) and the other barista comes to the window and looks like she's looking for my drink and couldn't find it. Turns out, the one who took my order either made the wrong drink or didn't make it at all. I'm not sure, but the nice barista ended up whipping it together really quickly and it tasted great. I NEVER Yelp starbs because I love them my boyfriend says he's gonna put me on Starbucks anonymous lol...but this was really not a good experience and I feel I should say something. read more

We stopped by on the way from SF to Sacramento. It's the perfect stop for grabbing a coffee after leaving the busy city traffic. As far as the coffee shop itself, it is very spacious. It doesn't feel crowded and there is a variety of chairs and couches to choose from. However, I was so disappointed (and quite frankly, grossed out) when I came into the bathrooms!!!! Yes, I say "bathrooms" as a plural because the women's bathroom was so disgusting, I had to use the men's. The women's toilet wasn't flushing, there were paper towels all over the floor, and it STaNk. I just couldn't use it. So I grabbed toilet paper and went to the men's bathroom (which didn't have ANY toilet paper, by the way). There were still paper towels all over the floor and it was just dirty! After pointing out the dirty restrooms to one of the employees, the girl was just annoyed and said, "I know. We were very busy." Starbucks needs to uphold its top-notch service at EVERY location. This particular place isn't bad, but this uncleanliness is unacceptable! It was literally dirtiest Starbucks bathroom I was ever at. Maybe they were understaffed, and if so, management needs to add another shift worker for the evening. If they fix this issue, I would highly recommend this location! read more

This store recycles coffee grounds for you if you bring them a container. Otherwise, their frappucino is the best.

The coffee and food plus staff are awesome. The prostitues, and homeless people make walking in or hanging out too long in the drive thru wary. Use caution. I live locally so believe me when I say it. read more
