After walking up to place a order with no welcoming, then paying for my order and being prompted to tip, then getting my breakfast sandwich and biting into it and it having a Ice cold center, then bringing it back to the counter to be reheated with no apologies, no compensation, then picking it up from the counter with again no apologies. I can see why this Starbucks has a higher rating than some of the others. It's quieter and therefore you get a lot more customer service from the baristas. how are drinks were made perfectly. That's not always the case. There's a nice little patio area and the inside is a little more cozy then some of the other locations. Also, it's a lot cleaner since they're not so hectic. If you're a drive-by girl guy, they have that too. It's pretty easy to access it off of Oracle, and be right back on the road. I like to hang out if I'm going to enjoy some coffee. Give it a try, you might just like it! I wanted to stick with my great review I had given of the 4 points, but when I saw the two dead cockroaches in the bathroom I felt sad. However... The people who work here are so nice and friendly and I actually saw them cleaning! To me that makes this location even better. I just wish they would go in the bathroom to see if it needs cleaning and get rid of the two bugs. Maybe they haven't seen them quite yet LOL. I really like this Starbucks location. It's quite small compared to others, but I find that this makes it feel cozier. It's not usually too busy, either, so there's always a seat to be found, and I've never experienced a long wait. The employees are super friendly and helpful, and they've always made my drinks exactly how I've ordered them. I stop by this Starbucks location a couple times a month on my way to work. I always order ahead on the Starbucks app. I typically arrive here and the staff is friendly but almost never has my order ready, so I usually have to wait a few minutes, which is no biggie. My drink order has always been accurate here. The parking lot is tight and can be hairy if you are backing out of a space as someone is leaving the drive-thru. I almost always select to pick up my mobile order in the store, because it seems just my luck I end up behind someone who doesn't know what they want or takes a long time to order. This morning I did just that and the inside was dark and I saw a sign out front indicating the store was drive-thru only. So I pulled in behind a handful of other cars. The barista taking orders seemed kind of overly focused on upselling food, but I just wanted my drink that I already ordered and paid for. I was in the drive-thru for more than 15 minutes behind people who apparently didn't know what they wanted to order. There should be a pass-through option for mobile orders if the inside of the store isn't going to be open, or Starbucks should have people pull ahead as fast food locations typically do. read more

Not the biggest or best decorated Starbucks I've been in, but the store is super clean, not too busy, and located in a very convenient lot off of Oracle. Fast and friendly service. The bathrooms are coed and immaculate. The bakery display is fully stocked on a Saturday afternoon, which is convenient considering some stores run out of croissants. My first review of a Starbucks. As a shareholder and frequent traveler, I use SB as my default coffee place. Mostly for the consistent product and ease of access. Anyway, I was excited to move to Tucson and have a Starbucks within a mile of my house. I have been frequenting this particular SB 5 days a week for three months. I have to say, I absolutely stopped going. Here's why........... 1. I can wait at the front counter like an idiot for 30 seconds to a minute with no one greeting me, looking at me, or helping me. Doesn't sound like much, but seems like an eternity when you have 5 staff just walking past you. 2. After three months, over 180 visits, same order every time. Every Time. They act like they've never seen me before. "Do you want cream with that?" Yes. Like the other hundred plus times. FYI: Grande Pike with lil room. Not too tuff. 3. They have dropped off my coffee at the counter, not looking at me or saying anything and just keep walking by. No ty, have a nice day, here you go..... wow. So... yesterday I go to Ina and Orange Grove SB. Walk into the front door. "HI Guys! What can I get you?". Day two..... "Welcome Back!" Found my new Starbucks. It's worth the extra .5 mile walk. I've come into this location a couple of times and the service had been fine. This morning was a bit unexpected. I'm a Gold Card carrying member and spent $10 on two drinks this morning. While I finished my first one listening to music, I approached the counter to get another. The nice kid attempted to get it as a refill, but when he asked the manager how to ring it up, I overheard her say "Absolutely not". No biggie, I didn't mind paying full price (although $5 for cold foam seems a bit excessive) What disturbed me was after I received my drink, I asked for additional cold foam as it was lacking a bit. When I asked the girl at the bar, she snootily said "you could have asked for additional foam when you ordered it". What happened to them making it right if it's none done right the first time? I'm sadly disappointed in this location and will likely find another location to frequent. Poor customer service ladies.... just poor form!! read more

Well, I sure hope I'm not letting the secret out, but this Starbuck's is a hidden gem. The looks of it are deceiving as it appears to be a run-of-the-mill strip mall location without a drive-thru, but it does indeed have one--you just have to drive around the side of the building. This once was my favorite Starbucks location, but recently they've fallen behind on keeping the place clean - there always seems to be overflowing trash, or wrappers/crumbs on all the tables and floors. On a more positive note - There is a lot of seating, including a long table. And the baristas are usually very friendly. And the coffee - Let's be honest - Starbucks Coffee, is Starbucks Coffee - that's why we like it. It is standardized; no matter where you go, it's the same brand and pretty much the same product.
