I'm a recent Dutch Bros convert. I used to actually dislike it, because everything seemed soooooo sugary. But my husband had gotten a few gift cards from work so in trying to just get rid of them I discovered that Dutch Bros is sooooo good--way better than Starbucks imo. They have soooooo many syrup options--both regular and sugar free. I especially like the coconut option--which you can get in regular or sugar free. I've tried both and each are great. My go to drink right now is a medium cold brew with cream and coconut syrup. My daughter gets the kids chocolate milk with whipped cream--seriously the best chocolate milk around! They have so many options that there is something for everyone. They recently added matcha to the menu which I'm looking forward to trying. Staff is always friendly and service is pretty fast. Stopped here on my way to a conference at the University. I had stayed overnight in this part of town and wanted a coffee for the morning. SLOW...can I say SLOW! All told it took me just under 20 minutes to order and get my coffee here. If I hadn't been stuck in the drive-thru lane, I would have backed out and left. There were no outside order takers and when my time to be at the window to order came, there were two young ladies working. I said something and one of them said, "yeah, people call out all the time". Ok, so this is probably a management issue but was not expecting this from a Dutch Bros. Came here on Mother's Day, so a 30-minute wait for three drinks was expected, no issue there. The reason for my 2-star review is the poor customer service at the window. I gave the cashier $10 over the total so I could receive a $10 bill back, simple math. Instead, she started counting out smaller change. I politely explained that I had given her the extra money for an even $10 bill, but she looked at me blankly and continued. When I repeated myself, she gave me a rude look and acted like I was the one confused. There was no apology or acknowledgment, and while my drinks sat ready, she turned to chat with a coworker instead of handing them to me. I won't lie I used to be Dutch Bro Hater. After them being here for so long finally gave it another shot....then a few more... and more.... now I'm loving it. I recently found out I can't have much dairy in my diet and every time I come and I have question they are so nice and always give good recommendations. Always fun to see what employee recommends and sometimes I end up loving it or didn't even know it existed. Only complaint I have is when it's busy sometimes the employee have friends and family come and cut the line or worse even hold up the line. Which is a little annoying since there's only one way out and I just want to grab my coffee and go. Or even when there's a line of car yet no one is outside to take order. Slow service took about 40 mins to get drinks not to many cars to take that long other locations are much faster. They opened a couple of months ago and I feel like I have gone here at least 2-3 times a week. I love this place! They have a variety of options, you can think of it, they can make it for you. The basics is pretty much based on what you want, for example, latte, breve (made with half and half as the base), americano, frost, etc. I personally prefer the breve, go big or go home! The flavors are all available on their menu online and you can always feel free to mix and match different flavors that they have available. My personal favorites are dream weaver and white angel. Both are great. I do not like too much sweet/sugary flavor, so I always ask for half the amount of sweetner and that makes it taste absolutely perfect for me. If you like a bit more kick, make sure to add an extra shot of espresso. Their customer service is also great, can be a tad bit much at times with the amount of enthusiasm the workers have, lol. They are quick at taking your order and while you wait for the coffee to be prepared they keep you engaged in conversations so time passes by relatively quickly. Definitely give it a try! read more

The drinks are good but not worth the price or the wait. No matter what time of day you visit the store and if there is a line or not you are there for at least 20 - 30 minutes. I stopped this morning at 720 to get coffee before work, there were 4 cars online in front of me. I sat and watched the Dutch bro's employee in front of me have a conversation with this customer after taking their order for 5 minutes. Then when that same customer gets to the window the employee continues to have another 15 minute conversation with the same customer. I'm all for customer service but they really need to realize when they need to stop the conversation and move their drive lane. read more

I finally tried Dutch Bros. I visited this location at about 7:45am - it wasn't too busy this time of day. The drive thru orders were handled by two people standing outside. They were able to take payments by card - other payments were handled at the window. This was really convenient and seemed to speed up the process. Everyone was very friendly. I decided to try a hot caramel macchiato (I was given a Golden Eagle) in order to compare to other coffee shops. My cup didn't have a hot sleeve so it was pretty uncomfortable to hold. Not sure if that's something you have to request or if it was forgotten. I found the temperature to be perfect, but the drink itself was very, very sweet, and had no coffee flavor. I drank about a quarter of a medium cup. When I dumped the rest of the drink it was pure white, which makes me wonder if this was even meant to be a coffee drink because I don't think there was coffee in it. (So far, Hawaiian Village Coffee on Maui has the best caramel macchiato.) I'll try Dutch Bros again, bit will stick with plain coffee. read more

I love Dutch bros and everything about it! The sizes are actual real sizes, unlike the other coffee chain around, and the prices are more realistic. They give more coffee at a lesser price but also more GOOD coffee to enjoy! Hyper friendly retro trendy staff. It's more of a sugar high with a light caffeine boost for most drinks rather than a true coffee shop. Coffee is a side thought and just a plain old coffee or espresso is not actually that good. They have a variety of sugary concoctions to hit almost every taste preference and enough sugar to send your pancreas into seizures... although it's a pretty efficient drive though system once you're in a lane you're trapped until everyone ahead of you is dealt with..... even if someone ordered 20 drinks. If you're trying to make it to work on time you're taking your chances getting thru the line in a predictable time frame. A sugary pick me up place... but look for the coffee game elsewhere. read more
