Great quick pit stop on a hot Sunday summer morning. Made our bowl and smoothies quickly. Parfait was almost forgotten and they apologized for the wait, which was not too long at all. It was delicious all around. Signature strawberry smoothie was as it should be, Hawaiian sunrise was tart, yogurt parfait has a great vanilla yogurt, and best of all was the Acai Energy bowl. Best part is it's locally owned.

I ordered the double berry smoothie, great taste and good value for what you get. I checked some other smoothie places in the area and the price here was better. There's not a whole lot of seating, but it's great for takeout. Appreciated the quick and friendly service from the staff. There's also other lite food options, great for breakfast or lite meals.

The Nauti Bowl (my selection) was a heaping bowl of açaí and pitaya topped generously with peanut butter, banana, granola, and cacao nibs. I got the second-smallest size, and even so, was very full. The peanut butter and banana really make this bowl filling! My partner built his own bowl, and was quite excited that the options were so open-ended. The staff were super helpful, especially once we told them we hadn't been in before. I really appreciated the flexibility of being able to choose between house specialty bowls (which you can adjust as desired) or building your own from scratch. I also liked the variety of sizes: four options, ranging from small to quite large. The shop is clean, bright, and comfortable, with boppy music playing. It was a welcoming spot to sit and eat. Note: I was initially going to give Nautical Bowls four stars because it's casual counter service, but here's the thing I realized: they should be compared against their immediate peers (not, for example, a fine dining restaurant), and in that realm, they knock it out of the park!

Wow. New favorite sandwich shop!…read more The Lemongrass Beef sub was incredible. The beef was tender and full of bright flavor, and the mix of fresh herbs, crunchy veggies, and a little jalapeño heat made every bite pop. My husband and I split the sandwich and we both loved it. I also ordered the Honeydew Milk Tea with egg custard and boba. The tea and custard were perfect and refreshing. The boba was still good, but the texture felt like it had been sitting for a bit. We visited about an hour before their 3pm closing time on Monday, and the other days of the week have later closing times, so that could be why. I enjoy Capriottis, Firehouse, and Baggins, but Banhdicted is on a whole different level. The drinks are wonderful too. Being right next to Lee Lees makes it an easy stop, and it is close to the Tesla supercharger which is great for grabbing food to go. Customer service was friendly. Service was fast. They have an app for earning rewards. Seating is cozy inside with a couple of spots outside. It was comfortable for the two of us and not busy on a Monday afternoon. It is officially our new go to spot for sandwiches and drinks!

I got the BBQ Pork Banh Mi and my fiancee got the Lemongrass Beef Bahn Mi. Both sandwiches were fantastic: the bread is outstanding - soft yet a perfect crusty crunch - the meats were perfectly flavored and so tender, then wrap it up with the perfect flavor combinations of the fresh veggies & cilantro. The seat area is small & quaint, more of a takeout restaurant than a place you'd hang out. But if you choose to there are a few tables and it's a calm atmosphere. The staff was kind and got the food out ASAP. Overall I highly recommend and will be returning soon!

I also very much love their crystal boba and yakult offerings. Today, I stopped in for something super light and non-caffeinated. Some of menu items such as the Greek yogurt section is completely discontinued. They just need to update their menu and inside a little because it seems cluttered and unprofessional with post it notes all over the place. It is a total win for anyone looking to fuel up with something fresh, flavorful, and packed with nutrients that is budget friendly! I tried the Rehydrator Juice, the Power Panini, and the Superfoods Bowl -- and everything was freshly prepared and full of nutrient rich delish ingredients that left me feeling good after eating. The Rehydrator Juice was light, refreshing, and exactly what I needed after a long day in the Tucson heat - the mint added a nice balance to the other ingredients. The Power Panini with chicken was perfect it had just the right balance of savory and satisfying, and it didn't leave me feeling weighed down at only 560 calories. The Superfoods Bowl was good, doesn't beat out my fave acai spot in Tucson, but it was still, colorful beautiful, and bursting with flavor -- the presentation was on point as it was as much a treat for the eyes as it was for the taste buds. The space was clean, beautiful, and inviting with lots of seating, the service was friendly, and I loved the wide range of affordable healthy options on the menu. They have an app and a kiosk that you can also order from if you aren't feeling chatty. The restroom was clean and well stocked, and there was plenty of parking in the shopping center. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite post-workout or just craving something nourishing and delicious, this spot is worth a visit!

(well once in taste, but I'll get to that) They have great in-house made items. Like the Challa bread, the preserves, their pesto. They most certainly know what they're doing. I had unseasoned filet mignon once, I believe it was the omelette. I talked to the manager. Now I wasnt upset, didn't send it back, I just told them what I experienced and mused that I found it odd the cook forgot a simple thing like salt. The manager acknowledged my complaint and that was all; or at least I was fine. Nope, she came back with a to-go box of croissants topped with cream and berries as an apology. They were tremendous by the way. She didn't have to do that. The ambiance is it's only weak point, but even that is minor. Simple black is fine. It's modern feeling and doesn't stand out loudly. They have outdoor seating, which early in the morning is fine, but id avoid in the summer, which will likely mean you'll be waiting, depending on the time. Oh! I forgot to mention, they have very good drinks. They really are intentional about the blend of flavors, they have a little something for everyone. All in all, I cannot recommend this place enough. It's been a shining star amongst Tucson restaurants and I am grateful they exist. Even to how they organize their menu partly by flavor profiles shows they genuinely LOVE food.
