Great smoothies and açaí bowls! Sometimes they're very busy and it takes awhile to get your smoothie but definitely worth the small wait.

If I had to only drink Alot-of-colada and water for the rest of my life I would be ok with that, forever. Seriously I'm obsessed. Super good. Gentlemen up front is always friendly! read more

My favorite smoothies in Arizona! It is rare for me to be able to enjoy a sweet, creamy smoothie because I have to sub out the frozen yogurt. Usually my smoothies have a texture that isn't quite as satisfying but not at Smoothie Shack! They have a delicious soy substitute that adds an amazing, decadent sweetness and velvety texture that I've missed so dearly in smoothies. If I could, I would get one of their Go Bananas with Soy every morning. (I also love that they're open late!) read more

My smoothie here is usually fine. But the uncomfortable feeling I get when I walk in makes me not wanna go back. The young man who is there working most of the time it's so unpleasant. I feel like I'm bothering him when I walk into order a smoothie. The other employees and owner are very nice. But I just can't go there anymore because I'm so worried I'm gonna be there when that young man is there. I just don't want to bother him. He never greets me or welcomes me. read more

I just discovered this wonderful little shop in Oro Valley. Their smoothies are sooo good and a lot less expensive than Whole Foods where I've been getting my smoothies. No sugar added. Healthy frozen fruit, no syrupy fruit. I get their non dairy all-fruit smoothies. Fantastic. A new favorite! read more

Fruit Shack - Awesome smoothie place in Oro Valley! - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Oro Valley, Arizona

Very friendly staff in this cozy, happy little place. The smoothies are certainly fresh; there's a wonderful option to customize their suggested ingredients. There really isn't any competition in the area for Fruit Shack. read more

I've always loved this place and it is a gem in Oro Valley for smoothies. I took my grandma here and she absolutely loved the yogurt. The staff is always attentive and patient with questions. They sometimes can get busy but be patient- so worth it! read more

Great service and delicious smoothies! April was patient and kind to my family and went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic experience! read more

This was a great place. My acai bowl was spot on! There was a litte bit of a wait, but it was so worth it for the amazing smoothie!

Giving this little place 5 stars for their smoothies and bowls as my daughter and I both agree that they're delicious. Giving customer service 3 stars however as we've been here several times and the employees could improve their customer service and smile skills. I understand that every order is custom made and it does take a bit to gather ingredients, mix, etc., especially when they're busy, but a genuine smile goes a very long ways. We've had a pretty good assortment of their smoothies and they all are very good, also like the add-ins, and you get one for free. They have a frequent customer program too where you buy so many, get one free! read more

Fruit Shack has great smoothies! However, both their frozen yogurt machines are broke. The employee stated today the owner has no intention of fixing them or purchasing new ones. NO SOFT SERVE FROZEN YOGURT HERE! Generally, the servers are pleasant and excellent. read more

If you like smoothies you will love this little shack is the place for you! They are super quick and I've never had a smoothie that tasted bad. Other smoothie places in town are so overly priced and watered down but not here! I love having a healthy option that doesn't take a ton of time. My favorite part about visiting here are the sweet staff! The owner is wonderful and my favorite smoothie maker is Bianca! She always greets me with a sweet smile, gives me awesome recommendations, and I swear she makes even the healthiest of smoothies taste amazing! Thanks Bianca! read more

The food in here is always fresh and tastes great. Acai bowls are really well portioned and they make everything when you order. I love to come in and get wheatgrass shots since they give you a shot of fresh orange juice to go with it. Excellwnt service too. read more

Great place to stop for a lunch or snack during a bike ride on the loop trail. Great choices with great prices. But they need more employees working. One lonely lady trying to wait on everyone during lunch. So there was a bit of a wait for the smoothies and snacks. read more

I had the pitaya paradise and my son had the dragon slayer. They were both really good. It was a nice quick snack and we were pleasantly surprised read more

I love this place! So far I've tried three different shakes! Even the healthy ones are yummy! Great prices too!

The smoothies are very good but the customer service is HORRIBLE! Having a customer service background, I completely understand how it is to be the only person working, with a few customers in line, while other customers anxiously await their order. BUT, that doesn't mean it's acceptable to slam pitchers around, throw prep utensils in the sink making an even louder bang, purposely ignoring customers, as well as looking like you're miserable and ready to burn the place down. If you can't handle something as simple as putting on a smile for two seconds to greet a customer, at your place of work, find a new job. I honestly don't know if I'll return specifically because of how I was treated as a PAYING customer. That's NOT the type of employee I'd want "branding" my business. Best of luck. read more

So delicious and so many options to choose from! Great for catching a swwts refreshing treat on a hot day. They have healthy drinks and also drinks with all fruit and even some with red bull. Will return again read more

I like the new optional smoothie "blend ins." Can't beat some organic flax in your green monster! read more

Fruit Shack - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Oro Valley, Arizona

The smoothies here are so delicious, however, the customer service is seriously lacking! I'm almost grossed out by how often i see the girls are pulling at their shorts, scratching their face or ears, and messing with their hair, and immediately after handling the ingredients for your shake. This is all after you're waiting for at least 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. This has been my repeated experience at least... read more

Who doesn't love a smoothie?! I've driven by here so many times and regrettably never stopped in until last week. The staff was friendly and efficient, I will definitely be back to order an acai bowl and test out other flavors soon. I have ordered the Green Monster and Power Lifter. Green Monster is the only green juice on the menu, unless you choose be "create your own smoothie" option. The Power Lifter is a great value, you get a fruit blend with 3 add-ins (protein, fat burner and energy). read more

Consistent delicious wholesome refreshments. I am sort of addicted. Five times out of six everything is perfect but from time to time the quality falls on its face with out of balance drinks and more disturbingly, large ice chunks because the staff didn't want to blend for an extra two seconds. read more

Yummy Yogurt, I like all the healthy and non-fat choices ; ) I will definitely be going back !!! Nice staff, good service !!! Only thing is I wish they had more flavor options for the yogurt but it's still good ; ) read more

I've been looking for a good acai bowl in the Tucson area, and no luck. The fruit shack has the best acai bowl I've tried in this area. I love the honey addition! So refreshing with its coconut flakes, strawberry, blueberry, banana, granola and of course acai sorbet! read more

We stopped here with a group of 5 after hiking Romero Pools (our group ran out of water halfway through the hike). It was about an hour till closing so there was only one girl working so it took her a little bit to make our smoothies but it was totally worth it. So delicious! I had a mango smoothie that totally hit the spot ! Our group left happy and rehydrated !! read more

Loves this Smoothie shop! Friendly fast service. A large selection of smoothie options plus the ability to customize each one with supplements such as: vitamins, fat burners, immunity, protein, energy, and/or stress! Highly recommended read more

Amazing! The tropical twist was perfect. The go bananas was perfect for our little one. The teenager had signature strawberry. Fast service. Very large sizes and great prices. read more

I normally have no complains coming here, it is my favorite smoothie place in Tucson. But today was different. The girl working looked like she just rolled out of bed and didn't care about her job. She moved extremely slow to the point where she would make a single smoothie at a time and the line went out the door. I waited about 30 minutes to get my smoothie. Like I said, I normally don't have a problem here. This is my first time seeing this employee work and it makes me never want to come again on a Saturday morning. read more

Fruit Shack used to be Keva Juice at the same location. We enjoyed two wonderful smoothies and happy service by two folks that may have been the owners. My husband's had an orange sherbert base, along with banana and other fruits. Mine had a nonfat yogurt base, and featured pineapple, coconut and banana. We enjoyed wonderfuly tasty drinks and a smattering of understandable brain freeze. This store has easy parking and is closer to First Ave. at the Oracle intersection, next to Starbucks and Papa John's. Great place for breakfast, lunch, snacks or after dinner delights (which was what we did). They have a few outside tables with umbrellas, so you can enjoy inside or outside. The place is clean and also has a few special diet items (non gluten, non dairy) and I believe they may also have a few sandwiches (verify that if you want that). We had a very positive, pleasant experience. read more

Great service, excellent selection of smoothies & healthy treats! We will definitely make this a pit stop place for our family in the future. read more

Great Service, that girl Celeste deserves a raise. She makes the best PB chocolate with whey! She is always nice to the customers. April is cool she always greets me with a hello. read more

The smoothies were just okay. We had also ordered a pretzel which was undercooked, bit into dough. We were rather disappointed.

many choices and all are yummy and healthy! The owner is on site and I think that makes a big difference!

People were nice but had bad customer service. The lady in the back kept refilling stuff instead of dealing with the rush and finishing later so I waited in line for 10 minutes. When I finally got up the lady at the register walked away to make drinks (not her fault) and I was left standing there. No one hustled and I felt like they expected me to be there until they were ready. I have never been here but left because I was irritated. read more

Fruit Shack Smoothies and Yogurt has always been my favorite place for smoothies in Tucson, mostly due to the fact that the owner is usually on site and employees have always been very kind. Today I was blown away when I asked if they gave a military discount and received 50% off!! I'll be back, much more often than usual now. Don't forget to tip the staff, they deserve it!! read more

I love the change that has happened recently!!!! The old owners were not nice and had bad service, but these new people are way better! The smoothies have real fruit and you can watch them put the ingredients in, so you know they aren't bad. Anyway, I recommend this to anyone who likes jamba juice. this is better!!! read more

Love fruit shack but really grossed out with my experience I had right now. Young girl had her very long hair down and not put up like it should be while working with food. Also her shorts were so short everything was visible. The staff was very cold as well. read more

I love this place! Their menu doesn't steer you wrong the pre selected combos are terrific. Love their version of Orange Julius, have tried other combos and all good (except for Acai which I don't like personally) read more

This place used to be one of my favorites, but lately they have been pretty disappointing. Last couple of times we've been there the staff has been very rude and not very attending to their customers. I watched the girl at the counter rolling her eyes as questions were being asked about the menu. The orders are always a hit and miss, all depending on who makes them. Not happy with their customer service at all. read more

This place just rocks. Everything I've tried here has been absolutely delicious and refreshing. My favorite is the Acai Attraction smoothie, The Green Monster smoothie, the Orange Cream smoothie and the Green Tea Freeze but I've tried nearly everything on the menu and it never disappoints. Check out their website for the whole menu. I'm glad I live so close to this place! read more
