They charged me $0.75 extra for house dressing instead of Mayo. The total bill for a 6 inch Turkey and provolone was $7.79. So not really expensive. I would stop again if I had a bunch of time but for a quick lunch while at work-- I'd likely go elsewhere.

There was nobody in the drive thru either so I almost went through the drive through to pick it up but wasn't sure of that was proper protocol for a pickup order. Although I was in a hurry to get back on the road across town to get to my doc appt, I figured it would be safer to just park, run in, grab it, and go. But when I walked in, at around 3:25pm, it was really quiet and Perry dead inside. So when two employees saw me, made eye contact, and kept walking away without a word I suddenly was concerned about the work ethic of this establishment. Then I see 3 different women employees kicking a bucket in the back and laughing. One sees me, which I found out later was a manger named Arianna, made eye contact, and turned around and walked back towards the back without saying anything. I then continued to wait another couple minutes until she eventually came back out and said, "can I help you?" Yeah I have a pickup order. She says, "oh, I'll get that right out for you." With a look of surprise. Not let me grab your order but I'll get that right out for you. Which I assumed meant, she had no idea a ticket was even printed because they were all messing around in the back. I then see her start to put my order together. There was a ticket sitting up front at the register with my order but she never looked at it. So I assume there was a ticket in the back kitchen for her to know what I ordered. Then another employee comes up and asks what eegee I ordered. I tell her. So she started to pack my eegee. I ordered a bigee because I never get to come to eegee's as I live out of town. The eegee wasn't even filled properly. There was a huge air pocket on the center of the cup. So when I got to my appt, I grabbed coffee spoon at their beverage station and packed the eegee down, it was about 2/3rds full. They were also out of strawberry which was annoying as well. After waiting an additional 9 minutes for them to rush my order out, I head to my car. Check my order and I'm missing the buffalo fries, utensils, straws, spoons, napkins, the side of ranch. Then the manager proceeded to come out to the parking lot with my fries and started arguing with me. Telling me she's the type of person who likes to start the order once the customer arrives, telling me she didn't see the ticket, she a specific type of person this and that. So then I should have just gone through the drive through and it would have been faster? What's the point of placing the order ahead of time for pickup if you don't make it until the customer is there to pick up their order. So it took 25 minutes from the time I ordered to get my order and it was still missing items and the order was rushed and fell flat. Arianna then proceeds to give me excuse after excuse instead of just taking accountability that they were messing around in the back and not paying attention to tickets coming in. I tell her I now am going to be late for my appt and I won't have time to eat my food. No apology. She then throws her hand up in my face and says "do whatever you want." Not even sure what that means as I didn't threaten to leave a review or ask her for anything. Can't believe a manager goes out to the parking lot to argue with customers. I was shocked in disbelief. So unprofessional and horrible work ethic. Eegee's has gone downhill so badly over the years. It's a shame. No wonder so many are closing permanently. I was so excited and it turned out to be so disappointing. I thought this was the last good location and clearly that is not the case.

The customer service is great, always ready to help and knowledgeable of the menu. Omar, owner, has a great personality. My go to choice is one of the salad size options (regular or large) that come in 'bucket' which is a deep bowl and of course some waffle fries. There are several dressings that sound deciduous but I find myself continuing to go back to the Cilantro Avocado. The waffle fries are insanely great. Hand batter and perfectly fried, some of my favorite in town... like top 3. Being that it's a mall, there is plenty of parking, bathrooms and space. This is the newest and largest DQ in southern Arizona. The restaurant, which opened in January of 2009, is owned by the Bronson and Cox families and, while not a full Brazier, does carry Hot Dogs and Foot Longs (with or without Chili), Salads, Chicken Sandwiches and Salads and really great BBQ Pork Sandwiches. This DQ has Ice Cream items I haven't seen very often including Chocolate DQ Sandwiches, Chocolate Dilly Bars and Chocolate Covered Bananas. This store also features a big, wall sized freezer of Ice Cream Cakes and accepts custom orders for cakes as well. Since this store has opened I've become a regular customer and am always amazed at how clean the place is every time that I go in and how friendly the staff is read more

Terrible. Very very terrible and unprofessional. Employees completely ignore you. 45 minutes for 2 blizzards. No one changing gloves the whole time I waited and watched in lobby. Previous general manager Honorio was fired for sexual harassment twice and managment and owners did nothing but cover it up. The sign states "Sorry last order taken at 8:55pm" which is fine. BUT, I spend 40 minutes in the drive thru line and approached the speaker at 8:50pm. I sat there for 8 minutes then they locked and barred the window and turned off all the lights. I get that you take your last order at 8:55pm...so you need to actually take the order. There were about 6 cars behind me and I have a feeling this is a constant occurrence and problem. read more

On 18 December, my second visit here, the customer service is always excellent, food was prompt and all that you would expect in the food category was great. We had a Cod sandwich meal and one of their always excellent salads. Probably one of the best F/F restaurants to offer incredible salads! Unfortunately, there's some negatives here that must be addressed. I travel with a 100% disabled elderly father who works hard at trying to walk with a walker. By the drink/ice machine, especially on our two visits, there is always ice pooling and melting on the floor (in front of the drink dispenser) and is rarely addressed - if at all. We literally communicated to 'watch out' to other guests as a female worker passed us with a delivery of food, she clearly looked down, saw it, made no remarks to take attention to it, no communication to share it back to a counter co-worker, nothing... The Coke Zero dispenser has been leaking for months?? So you get your hands drenched trying to get a cup filled with surplus syrup. Thought this would've been a one off and fixed but it hasn't been. Lastly, the carpets. These are the absolutely dirtiest I have seen in a restaurant aside from Golden Corral's. As a small side note, haven't seen the T.V.s working either which isn't per se a big deal personally but if it's part of your decor, it should be working... Bottom line, the food is as you'd expect! The Management oversight however are simply NOT addressing the rest of the establishment and after our second visit, just isn't up to par and it truly surprises you. Hopefully these things get addressed and employees take responsibility for ice and water on the floor - of all things, for safety.
