Ordered a medium and a large. When I got home, I realized the medium had a smaller cup inside it, so I didn't get the full amount. Horrible service at this place and the prices are ridiculous. Walked in tonight to a line to the door and one girl behind the counter not helping a single customer. Then 2 other employees walk out from the back, still no one helping anyone waiting. Finally one of the girls starts helping the front of the line, but they were all so unorganized. The girl that got our ice cream didn't put enough on the slab, so after scooping it into the cup with the mix ins, she slapped some plain vanilla on top. $10 for a medium dish of ice cream! The ice cream here is bomb. No doubt about that. There was a couple, a young man, and a single mother with her daughter. Not vey busy. The time was around 4:30pm. There were 4 employees that I could see. The one that helped us was also the cashier. The issue is that the lobby floor had trash and there were tables that were dirty. It's a shame this is the closest location to the north in town. Always the worst customer service, and piss poor attitudes from the workers. Maybe avoid your cravings for ice cream from cold stone if it happens on Wednesday at 7:30p and Wetmore and Oracle is the only option. *Also, note to the store, the ice cream the last 3 times I've come to this location has been extremely soft and at the point the cup is being handed to us, it's very messy and melted and dripping over the sides. Went in around 9pm on a Friday 05/12/13 and the hours said the building closes at 10pm. Walked into the building and there were about 3 other people waiting for their orders. Stood there and 3 employees just stared at me and did not say a word. One girl just looked me up and down with a disgusted look. About 5mins of waiting I was finally asked by the other girl what I was going to order and she stated she was unsure if they had milk to make 2 shakes. I also had ordered 2 smoothies. The same girl told me it would take a minute to get my order done since she had to wash some dishes and walked off while huffing and puffing because she had to make my order. Once the order was up I went up to pay and the same girl told me she could only pour half of my smoothie in a regular size cup due to not having ice. Instead of charging me for a small size I still had to pay for the regular. This is very disappointing how these employees are not taught about great customer service and it seems everywhere you go you see more of these young men and ladies with attitude making a bad name for these businesses. read more

I have been to a few locations of Cold Stone around Arizona and they are all pretty much the same. The locations are always clean and the employees are friendly. This one is no different at all. They do have a pretty good selection of flavors and mix ins for you to choose from. They also have a few different options to put it in. Such as a waffle cone or bowl, one other type of cone, or a cup. The only thing that keeps me from coming to these locations regularly is the price. It is pretty darn expensive for ice cream. Other then that it's a great place to take the kids or just yourself if your looking to cool down on a hot summer day. read more

This place has the best ice cream despite being next to the gym and a sketchy side of town. The staff are super friendly and the inventory of cakes is really surprising especially in the summer. Uh... came here the other day to get an icecream cake for my bf's graduation celebration. I walked in and wrote on a napkin "Congrad's ME Jimmy" and the girl ended up writing Congrat's me jimmy... yeah its not a big deal and it might look similar but the message got screwed up because we wanted to have a play on words like ConGRADS. The ME also stood for Mining Engineer so when it was lowercased it kinda just looked stupid afterwards.
