Love coldstone!!! We dont go often since its a bit pricey but I love the creations and milkshakes here. We came Sunday night since its my son's last day of summer break and it was pretty busy but the girls working hustled to get our orders which is much appreciated! They have seating both inside and outside so you can eat joy your treat with pretty mountain views. read more

Found out by a manager last week over hearing on a phone call that they only hire women. I like that for women but at the same time limiting employment to a specific gender is very sexist. read more

Ice cream was amazing, lots of people. It was a blast. The service was excellent. We will be back again.

Horrible service at this place and the prices are ridiculous. Walked in tonight to a line to the door and one girl behind the counter not helping a single customer. Then 2 other employees walk out from the back, still no one helping anyone waiting. Finally one of the girls starts helping the front of the line, but they were all so unorganized. The girl that got our ice cream didn't put enough on the slab, so after scooping it into the cup with the mix ins, she slapped some plain vanilla on top. $10 for a medium dish of ice cream! Unreal. read more

Ordered a medium and a large. When I got home, I realized the medium had a smaller cup inside it, so I didn't get the full amount. Pretty frustrating to spend $23 on two ice creams and not receive what was paid for. I love Cold Stone, which is why the rating is higher, but this specific location is a no-go. read more

The ice cream here is bomb. No doubt about that. There was a couple, a young man, and a single mother with her daughter. Not vey busy. The time was around 4:30pm. There were 4 employees that I could see. The one that helped us was also the cashier. The issue is that the lobby floor had trash and there were tables that were dirty. These kids need to pay attention and clean the lobby for other guests that come in. read more

Ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday in July. The cake looked great and tasted better. Service was great as well.

Line out door. Hot day. TWO employees. They lost half their business because people did not want to wait. Manager and owner is losing business. The only reason they exist is because of very little competition and they know that. Pitiful. Servious sucks! read more

It's a shame this is the closest location to the north in town. Always the worst customer service, and piss poor attitudes from the workers. Maybe avoid your cravings for ice cream from cold stone if it happens on Wednesday at 7:30p and Wetmore and Oracle is the only option. *Also, note to the store, the ice cream the last 3 times I've come to this location has been extremely soft and at the point the cup is being handed to us, it's very messy and melted and dripping over the sides. Picture taken not even 5 minutes after leaving. read more

Cold Stone Creamery - Like it size, not even 5 mins after serving. Melted and gross. One job, keep the ice cream cold.... - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

Takes way to long, been here 20 min. Watching 3 servers hardly moving. Angie was trying pretty hard, not enough team support for her in my opinion. Not motivated or even aware of the 19 people in line. I used to love this place. Remember when they actually cared and sang for tips! read more

I really like Cold Stone. I find all their signature creations to be a bit rich, but the ice cream is great, and you can have them make whatever you want. The staff is friendly, and the price is about what I expect for this type of establishment, because it's a treat. I've ordered ice cream cakes from Dairy Queen in the past for parties, but after seeing their dessert case, I would probably get one from here going forward. We came in on Memorial Day weekend, and it was surprisingly quiet, but staff was attentive and friendly. read more

Went in around 9pm on a Friday 05/12/13 and the hours said the building closes at 10pm. Walked into the building and there were about 3 other people waiting for their orders. Stood there and 3 employees just stared at me and did not say a word. One girl just looked me up and down with a disgusted look. About 5mins of waiting I was finally asked by the other girl what I was going to order and she stated she was unsure if they had milk to make 2 shakes. I also had ordered 2 smoothies. The same girl told me it would take a minute to get my order done since she had to wash some dishes and walked off while huffing and puffing because she had to make my order. Once the order was up I went up to pay and the same girl told me she could only pour half of my smoothie in a regular size cup due to not having ice. Instead of charging me for a small size I still had to pay for the regular. This is very disappointing how these employees are not taught about great customer service and it seems everywhere you go you see more of these young men and ladies with attitude making a bad name for these businesses. read more

Was excited to bring my boyfriend to the cold stone I worked at as a teenager but unfortunately, it was a horrible experience. The lady that helped us was extremely rude and didn't say a single word to us, to only slam our ice cream on the counter. I'm not too sure if the music she had in her earbuds was too loud. No happy vibes! I would leave a one-star but the curly-haired girl was working hard and said some words to us. read more

terrible customer service. I order 3 ice creams and I'm alone. they don't put any lids on anything and don't offer lids or a bag. I look at the guy and I'm like um lifs? he gets annoyed. am I suppose to juggle three melting ice creams all the way home with no lids? like wtf. I don't usually leave reviews or get angry but this guy was rude and just plain idiotic. don't go here. read more

Some of the best ice cream there is, and I really like that you can customize your flavors. For newcomers, they have some signature creations on the menu that you can pick from. Or, go off script and create your own. Personal favorite: banana ice cream, mix in the caramel sauce, peanut butter, and Graham cracker crust. For the kids (*cough* or the husband) try: cotton candy ice cream, mix in gummy bears, Graham crackers, and sprinkles. read more

Highly overpriced and overrated mediocre ice cream. They were out of waffle cones and several flavors of ice cream. Dont waste your money.

I have been to a few locations of Cold Stone around Arizona and they are all pretty much the same. The locations are always clean and the employees are friendly. This one is no different at all. They do have a pretty good selection of flavors and mix ins for you to choose from. They also have a few different options to put it in. Such as a waffle cone or bowl, one other type of cone, or a cup. The only thing that keeps me from coming to these locations regularly is the price. It is pretty darn expensive for ice cream. Other then that it's a great place to take the kids or just yourself if your looking to cool down on a hot summer day. read more

Great staff, always a good time. Staff takes time to make exactly what you need. Easy in and out!

This place has the best ice cream despite being next to the gym and a sketchy side of town. The staff are super friendly and the inventory of cakes is really surprising especially in the summer. I would not suggest using door dash though. The last time I tried out took them over an hour to make my ice cream vs walking in takes 15 minutes. No joke. read more

Uh... came here the other day to get an icecream cake for my bf's graduation celebration. I walked in and wrote on a napkin "Congrad's ME Jimmy" and the girl ended up writing Congrat's me jimmy... yeah its not a big deal and it might look similar but the message got screwed up because we wanted to have a play on words like ConGRADS. The ME also stood for Mining Engineer so when it was lowercased it kinda just looked stupid afterwards. Oh well... cake was good but make sure if you are gonna get something written on your cake you explain the message carefully and walk the employee through it just so you have the peace of mind your message wont get messed up. read more

Unfortunately, I'm one of those people who usually jumps to the internets at first chance after a, shall we say, less than ideal dining experience. But hey, I recognize my biases and try to live through them in a graceful manner. But the one unforgivable sin of an establishment is to grossly over charge for a GD milkshake. This is only expounded upon when you realize ColdStone is a freaking ice cream shop. To be clear, the service was serviceable, and the inside of the shop clean. But $7+ for a MEDIUM shake?
