Just for something special, we stopped by for fresh Bearclaws. Brought them home to share. Quite good actually.

My friend and I came for breakfast, and weren't impressed. You order food at the counter. The cashier asked what I wanted then said repeated everything back as the opposite of what I ordered. The scrambled egg plate was 15.00 for frozen potatoes, a piece of bread and scrambled eggs. The eggs were overcooked and tasteless, my friend's bacon was undercooked. The coffee was terrible, and my cinnamon roll was just ok. The menu prices were way too high for a diner that doesn't even serve you at your table. We tried this place because the commercials we've seen on TV that make it look so good, but unfortunately, we won't be back.

We are visit g Tucson and wanted to try a local breakfast place. We found Mona's. A great Bakery also offering homemade breads, full breakfast menu and the service and staff were great.

    Apple turnover and danish

Very good! The workers were very kind and the food was delicious! It's a cute place that was very clean when we went in. I'd definitely recommend!

Was un a rush and was going to go grab McDonald's due to being in a time crunch. Saw this gem out of the corner of my eye. The food was delicious, we also got a lemon bar which waS 10 out of 10. Stop here for a quick breakfast.. We got omlette with hashbrowns, ham and cheese croissant and coffee also. All delicious will be back!

Solid spot for a quick sandwich with fresh bread right out of the oven. Breakfast burritos are solid and the confectionary delights are sweet and delicious.

Very busy on a Saturday morning. It took maybe 10-15 minutes to wait in line and order. The food was alright but nothing exceptional. The French toast was fluffy but a little bland. The breakfast croissant was also great, but I felt like I make something similar at home. Hands down the best were the pastries. My favorite was the apple turnover.

Light creamy filling in the Chocolate Eclair.

Had breakfast here a couple of times and the croissants are worth the trip alone. I had a ham, cheese and egg breakfast sandwich on a croissant my first time and I also have enjoyed the quiche (spinach and feta). I tried a Danish last time -blueberry- buttery and flaky. This time I had a slice of Danish Kringle, which has an almond cream in it. So rich and delicious. The coffee is decent but the cappuccino was better. The woman at the counter is all business and gets the job done fast. Usually crowded in there but they do have lulls. Get there early to get a chocolate croissant and don't forget to try an eclair-they are the (cream) bomb. Pure decadence.

I've been there a couple of times. The first time was close to closing time when all you could get was pastries. This time around 1:30 and again just pastries but that was okay. The pastries are quite good. Three of us this time got some things. It is hard to choose as it all looks very good. I got the cannoli which was great. Nice flaky crust and delicious cream filling. One got the cinnamon roll that was huge and enjoyed it. In previous visit had almond cookie and lemon bar, both very good. It's good to know that they quit serving other food like the sandwiches and soup fairly early. They also serve breakfast. There is indoor and outdoor seating. I remember as a kid being told, "your eyes are bigger than your stomach" which could be good advice. Your eyes may tell you to get one of everything as plenty of temptations. Of course you can get things to go if you have the discipline to not eat it all at once.

Can't help but respond to those inner cravings for those cinnamon snail rolls. Consistent quality. Every. Time. I never regret going and have even had family members living out of state request these snail rolls to be brought on the next trip to see them. I always try new bakery items and enjoy them all.

Service is prompt no table service here. My husband loves bread, so we are trying lots of local bakeries around town. We thought this place is something extra ordinary, but we're kind of disappointed. Everything is overpriced, here. Serving portions are really small, compared to other breakfast/bakeries I've been. I think, we could've gotten more value for the money we paid somewhere else. This place is not for me.

Clockwise from top: lemon bar, French waffle, marzipan truffle, cheese danish

Parking is in the back and seemed pretty crowded even though I visited during an "off" time -- around 2pm -- for lunch. Still, I eventually found a spot and didn't have to walk too far. The inside of the shop is nothing fancy: order at the window and pick up when your name is called. There are a few 2-person tables inside by the order window and some outdoor tables. There may be some tables in the front, but I didn't make it up there. I had the full-szed Badger as it comes standard (Steak, Pepper Jack, Grilled Onion, Grilled Mushroom, Grilled Pepper, Grilled Jalapeño, Lettuce, Pickles, Chipotle Ranch, Garlic Spread) on Ciabatta bread. Even though I thought I was hungry, it was a LOT of sandwich and I could have been fine with the half. The place was empty save for two other people waiting on orders and they departed quickly upon receiving their sandwiches. The woman at the counter was friendly and helpful while I decided what I wanted to order and offered some suggestions. I sat at one of the small tables and enjoyed my hot, fresh sandwich: the sandwich was both temperature hot and spicy hot, thanks to the really nice jalapeños! I'l definitely come back!

Folks behind the counter are very friendly. The only thing I noticed is they seem to struggle with a really clunky point of sale system. There were many looks and gasps of bewilderment from the two folks trying to ring up orders. This significantly slowed down the long line. They have weird policies around adding chicken to the Bobbi salad. It literally makes no sense to charge $3.50 to add chicken to that salad when it costs $2.99 to add it to any other salad. It's the same amount of chicken, according to the folks behind the counter, but they have to do what the clunky point of sale system tells them to do. Otherwise the food is good and it's a decent spot to grab a note to eat. I recommend the bullrider wrap. Don't add chicken to your Bobbi salad. Mayhem.

I stopped in and asked the lady behind the counter if they had Krakow. She said yes and pointed to a sausage in the case. I said no, that was not it as it was much smaller around than what I grew up eating, which (in the midwest) is around 6" across. The lady said they've been making Krakow for 40 years, and "that's the way people like it here", and that's that. I asked her if i could show her a picture of what I was talking about. She said it wouldn't do any good (to show a picture). She pretty much ignored me and went on to other tasks. I asked for a taste and she sliced off a piece. It's about 80% taste-wise of what I grew up eating, not nearly garlicky enough but close enough to buy a pound. As she was slicing it, she said "he" makes it once a year right after Thanksgiving and when it's gone, it's gone. So I asked for 2# and said I was going to freeze some. She said it would dry out when frozen so I only got 1#. Perhaps she was really busy, but she didn't seem to have time for me. She was pleasant enough with my requests but not very friendly. Not sure I'll go back.
