She was nice but short and prompt. She is issuing a refund the two missing items but didn't seem concerned how their incomplete order has affected our birthday plans. I had a really confusing experience the other night and I'm still trying to make sense of it. I was picking up an order for a friend and remembered I had a birthday coupon. I asked if I could use it to get a strawberry cheesecake Bundt cake, and the employee told me they were "technically out" and that she wasn't supposed to offer it in-store--only for online orders. So I asked, "Okay, can I just place the order online right now then?" She told me no. That's where I got confused... because my friend had literally just placed an order for three of them, and I was there to pick it up. So if they're available, why can't I buy one in-store? And if it's online-only, why couldn't I just order it online right then? After going back and forth a bit, she got flustered, went to the back, and came out with the exact cake I had asked for. You can get a bundle of 3 bundtlets for a nice birthday gift or you can get larger cakes as well. If you have a lot of self control or don't trust yourself to resist eating a big one all at one time, you can get the bundtini. Or you could get several. They have a nice variety of options.
