The customer service was excellent, the guy working was friendly and extremely helpful in making selection and making the ordering system a breeze. Their cookies are so good. I love that they have the large cookies that you can use for a birthday cookie! I especially love the creativeness and their use of sugar cookies, my favorite cookie! They had a wedding cookie maybe a month ago that was superb! I like to check each week to see if they are using a sugar cookie as a base. Christmas 2024, they had a Jimmy Fallon peppermint brownie. We ordered a large Olivia cookie as well as minis of the maple, lemon and chocolate strawberry. The cookies were decent, but they're basically sugar cookies with things on top. Not the friendliest location. I waited to take my order for a long time. I was being ignored until eventually I discovered that I can take my own order at the kiosks. I walked over and typed in my order and waiting long periods of time and I was the only customer. Just pure silence from the two men at that location. I went in around 7:40pm 2/28/2025. Luckily when about 3 more people came in they were ignored too but eventually one out of the 2 men decided to say hello welcome to crumbl cookie guys and started to talk to us.
