Well, I've died and gone to heaven! The bread! The pasteries! Wow! You have to try this place out if you haven't already. We were going to Sprouts on Broadway and this fantastic place is right next door. I have to say the sesame loaf is soft fresh and chewy just like you want in a loaf bread. They have a section of day old pastry which I thought I would try. You can't tell they are a day old. For the price exceptional offers. I have stood in line in Tucson at a bread store that isn't have as good as this place. I live in Hereford and will be back every time I go to Sprouts or maybe come back just for this place! Oh the pastries! TRY IT! Cupcakes and pies tYou won't regret it and the prices are reasonable.
Next to Sprouts how could I've not seen this goldmine before?!! The smell when you walk in is intoxicating. It's very difficult to just choose one item and not walk out with 5 pastries on top of your sourdough bread that literally had just come out of the oven. The young man that helped us was so nice and the young lady that hook the sourdough up early also was beyond nice. If you love fresh and I mean freshly made pastries and bread this is the place to visit.
I finally was able to give this bakery a try. First of all I wasn't expect to be that big. I ordered a baguette and it was good, crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Flavor wise was similar to those from Sprouts. I also ordered a chocolate croissant since they had tons of sweets like pastries, pies, cakes, etc. The chocolate croissant was good but not magnificent. Their service was prompt and polite .
Some of our favorite customers at my job brought these incredibly cute cookies in for us for Thanksgiving! Delicious!!!!! Thank you La Baguette for being CUTE & YUMMY
For a small storefront they offer a variety of fine pastries and custom made cakes. The moment you step in, you smell freshly baked goods. Even though they have no available seating, they make up for offering decadent desserts. There's ample parking and it's conveniently located by a Sprouts grocery store. I couldn't resist wanting more than one so I got an eclair, tiramisu, 2 chocolate croissants and a pumpkin spice cupcake. The eclair is too much for one person but it was so good, the cream filling did it for me. I can't wait to sample the rest. All were reasonably priced too!
We go shopping every week at Sprouts, we are always enticed by the amazing aroma coming from that direction... based on the name and what you can see walking by, I assumed it was mostly a bread bakery. Woah was I completely shocked to see it was FILLED with amazing looking pastries!!! A ton of ppl were in there too. It was very overwhelming trying to make a decision... but we just celebrated a bday and had a ton of sweets at home so could only grab a few things. Went with cinnamon roll, which was dry. Chocolate du pain, which was decent, flaky, good flavor but still lacked magic. Was not impressed BUT will come back to try cannolis and eclairs next time. Maybe something cakey.
This will be a maybe. I came in at 0730 For a baguette and a chocolate croissant. I was anticipating a lot of French influence and a fully stocked bakery. In reality they only had 8 fresh baguettes and one only chocolate croissant. I got one of each. I just left France and these don't measure up. Way too much chocolate in the croissant and the baguette was just ok. The glass cabinets were 1/2 empty but they had a lot of the nice French rolls, hoagie size on the back wall. Very polite service. Not French enough for me for a 20 mile round trip. The search continues.
La Baguette Parisienne is a charming bakery located next to Sprouts. The bakery has an abundance of desserts, pastries, and breads that rotate daily. The staff is friendly and even offers to slice your bread for you! I've tried their sourdough bread, cookies, and key lime pie. All the items I've tried so far were delectable and fresh. The sourdough bread is excellent and has the perfect chew; I like buying a loaf on Sunday to enjoy throughout my week. Protip: If you want to secure a specific type of bread, call ahead the day before. Some bread can sell out quickly!
From day old loaf of bread to absolutely delicious pastries , you can easily find your sugar fix right here. My only suggestion, please make something coconut and pineapple please. We will be back for sure. Located in a plaza, plenty of other venues within walking distance. Clean, no restrooms, fair amount of parking thanks to the other venues. Price per person $10-20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

La Baguette Parisienne has the best bread and pastries in town. I lived in Morocco when I was a kid, and we scarfed down sublime French bread and pastries made by French bakers. LBP's bakers make the sublime goods that I recall from back then. Their crust is crunchy/chewy and their bread is substantial, yet cloud-like. Miches, baguettes, epis, loaves, rolls, croissants, & special flavors; all are highest quality bread. And their cake & pastries? Sainte vache! They have fluffy cream puffs, creamy eclairs, yummy cookies, flavorful pies, and more. And don't get me started on their cupcakes, which are moist and tender and even better when they're Cosmic. There is something indescribably delicious about the apple and cherry Crisps. *Chef's Kiss* The staff at La Baguette Parisienne is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They are also incredibly kind. On my last visit, I managed to take an epic fall (really more of a clumsy crumple) that included pushing a rolling counter across part of the store. My middle name is "Grace". The owner, Kim, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful (nor could the customers there at the time, so I guess kindness attracts kindness). She helped me to get up and was gracious regarding my minor rearrangement of her shop and cheerful enough that I went from embarrassment to laughter in record time. My late beloved Mama found this lovely, cute bake shop decades ago when they first opened, and she was a delighted weekly customer whenever she was at her east-side Tucson home. I hope to carry on her tradition, if less frequently from my UA-area home, until my time on the planet is done (bury me with a plain large Miche, a Cherry Crisp, and a Cosmic Cupcake, please). Cute little Parisian bakery. I ordered a pear danish and raspberry lemon cake. The raspberry lemon cake was light and refreshing. A perfect summer treat. The pear danish was also delicious. I definitely recommend this place for fresh pastries. Service was quick and friendly. read more

After thinking that Barrio bread was the only bakery store worth visiting in Tucson, I have been proven wrong. The bread here is delicious and takes you to a European bakery with all of its baguettes and pastries available to try! ***Just know that they do NOT accept credit/debit card so bring some cash or check to pay. LOCATION: Located right next to a Sprouts on Broadway. SERVICE: So many people to help you make a selection of breads and pastries and they are all so friendly! This place feels like a local neighborhood bakery in Europe. You could tell there were so many locals there for their bread and staff knew a lot of them personally as well. FOOD: The bread was the chewy texture that I crave. You can taste the wholeness of this bread. The pastries were equally tasty, the chocolate dipped macaroon was crisped to a perfect golden texture with a great flavor. The cinnamon twist and the cherry turnover were also superb. There is such a variety of flavors and textures to try with their pastries. You can tell that someone has spent a lot of time carefully crafting their pastry selection. Yum! Will be back! read more
Ok so we've got a change of owner which warranted a revisit. To be fair I've gone twice. The last visit I picked up a very small Halloween cookie box of cutout iced and sugar dusted cookies that was $12. Unfortunate I didn't like them at all. They just weren't tasty. I'm not sure if it was not enough sugar but I would up trying them and wasn't too happy. The baguettes are the same though, great taste fresh and light with a crispy crust. I also tried the limoncello cake which was fabulously moist creamy and tart, and the chocolate cake which was good but I wouldn't buy one again. The chocolate cake seemed less moist and less sweet more on the bitter side. Sone night like that. One thing I noticed was the napoleons which are rectangular pastries with phyllo dough and layers of cream and a fondant top seemed to have way too much cream although to be fair I didn't sample one. I will go back and try sone breads or different items and report back soon. read more

The French crisp, the bear claw, the cinnamon twist... be prepared to be delighted with delicious pastries! Perfect textures, perfect balance if sweetness and flavors. Many different choices for sweets and for breads. read more
we went again today, we got a fruit and cheese danish, 2 chocolate croissants, pistachio macaron and chocolate, walnut cinnamon roll, tiramisu, pumpkin muffin. When we got home we realized we're we're missing one thing and then called them. They forgot our cannoli we paid for, but they are very nice and we can get it next time we go! It was so packed at around 12:45 on a Sunday. The line pretty much out the door. I don't blame them for forgetting there was a lot going on, with it being so busy! La Baguette Parisienne is worth the longer trip out there. This place is becoming a frequent go to!!! Everything is so tasty and my family is impressed, the only thing we wouldn't get again would be the walnut cinnamon roll as it was a bit dry. Everything else 10/10. I was especially impressed with the tiramisu at a french bakery, very good! read more
This place never disappoints. All real ingredients are being used in the pastries and desserts. They also make the best birthday cakes, cupcakes, breads, croissants, eclairs and more. People fly into town just to go taste their pastries! They're also wholesale- many restaurants order this place's baguettes and other breads for their menus. This is the BEST bakery in town. read more
