My girlfriends and I were vacationing in Tucson and we all wanted a sweet treat so we did a drive up order at the closest Crumbl to our Airbnb. We always love the weekly cookie options but the thin crispy chocolate chip cookie was our fave from the week before so we ordered 2! Online ordering and pick up on 11.14.25 at 1:45pm was a breeze but whomever delivered to our car needed to smile more! read more

The cookies are always good. Apparently, this location does not offer curbside delivery. It took us about 5 minutes to figure that out. It wasn't a big deal, just wish they would not have offered that as a service if they didn't offer it so we could have gotten our cookies 5 minutes earlier! And something completely our if their control is the parking/ parking lot. It is the absolute worst. It makes no sense, and if you are trying to enter from the south, good luck, you have to make a u-turn to the right while trying not to hit a car backing our of a parking space. Craziness... read more

Grab and Go cookie chain Flavors rotate every week so make sure you look up what options you have that week. The cookies are jumbo and are perfect to split between a couple people. The flavors this week were somewhat hit or miss; the raspberry cream cookie was creamy with fresh raspberry jam on top; wow. Closest to homemade jam that you'll find in a restaurant. The lemon poppyseed was also a standout. Both the poppyseed and lemon were just the right amount of flavoring. The Texas sheet cake didn't have any standout flavors, quite forgettable. The sea salt toffee (something like this) had good toffee chunks but the base dough itself was quite bland. For the price, I would have expected just a little more perfection for this cookie shop. read more

First time here! And I totally forgot to do a review when I had these, but! They were so good that I vividly remembered every morsel I had of each cookie! Fresh, soft, well-tempered, and friendly staff! What more could I ask for. The 4 out of 5 is only because of the price. You're definitely going to pay a premium for these cookies, and rightfully so! In terms of value, its hard to give it a 5 star because of that. Nevertheless, I will be back :). Thank you! read more

I have to take a moment--no, I have to take MANY moments--to talk about BEN from Crumbl Cookies. This man is not just an employee, he is the Michelangelo of cookie service, the Shakespeare of customer care, the Beyoncé of bakery hospitality. When I walked into Crumbl, the air shimmered with positive energy. I swear the lighting got brighter, the cookies smelled sweeter, and a tiny chorus of angels began humming in the background. Why? Because BEN was there. Now... allow me to elaborate. Because Ben isn't just "good at his job." No, no, no. He is the gold standard of cookie hospitality. His smile could melt chocolate chips on the spot. His voice? Like warm caramel being poured over vanilla ice cream. The way he described the weekly flavors? I swear I was transported into a Food Network documentary. I nearly cried when he told me about the chocolate chip cookie--it was poetry, pure and simple. When Ben handed me my pink box of cookies, he didn't just hand it to me. He delivered it with the elegance of a Broadway performer hitting their final note. I felt honored. I felt seen. I felt... loved. Even the napkins he gave me felt like sacred scrolls. Crumbl, please protect this man at all costs. Build him a cookie statue. Give him his own apron embroidered in gold thread. Because while cookies are temporary, Ben's legendary service is forever. read more

The store is located in Oro Valley but they deliver. My dear son had a dozen cookies delivered to me for my birthday. OMG. The size of the cookies was a surprise as they are really large. I made the mistake later of googling the calories (600). The unfortunate thing is that once you take a bite, you will want the whole cookie. The flavor of the cookies changes weekly except the pink sugar is always available. Mine included the pink sugar. Pumpkin, apple, chocolate chip, and one with mint frosting. They all had frosting that was particularly tasty. Some had a soft kinda cake-like consistency while others were more like a regular cookie. Definitely a wonderful treat. It is worth checking the menu before you go or order due to the fact the menu changes weekly but you couldn't go wrong in the pink sugar. In a way it's too bad they change flavors so often if you find favorites. I particularly liked the pumpkin and apple myself. Given the calories, you might want to walk there but will probably find it worth it. read more

We decided to try Crumbl last Saturday evening as we had friends in town from the Midwest. It was our first visit and it was crowded which may be why the service was so so......When we stepped up to order we were a little confused as the menu seemed to have more options than the cookies display; so we told the woman taking orders it was our first visit and all she said was oh and then asked us what we wanted. We probably should have pushed it and asked questions but we didn't. I guess my expectation was to get excellent service since the price per cookie is over $4. The cookies were delicious and the packaging impressive. My rating for the cookies is a 5 and the service about a 2; if I could give a 3.5 rating I would. I'm just not sure we will return because of the service we received. read more

Simply amazing cookies I was so excited when I found out there was a local crumbl The service is expediently fast you walk in you place your order and one of the kiosk you also pay their next thing you know they call out your name they have your box of cookies open for you to inspect and happiness ensues It's great that they have different flavors every week but they tend to keep their traditional chocolate chip, snickerdoodle. Just be prepared to pay but the cost is well worth it read more

Everyone loves fresh, warm cookies, right? Right! My partner and I arrived at 7pm on a Saturday night, and they were sold out of two of the flavors we wanted to try: hot chocolate and milk chocolate chip (hence 4 vs 5 stars). Even though flavors rotate weekly, I expect we'll have the opportunity to try at least the chocolate chip next time since that's pretty ubiquitous in cookie shops. So, we ordered one each of the remaining flavors: snickerdoodle, red velvet, buttermilk pancake, and classic sugar. All were nice and warm except the classic sugar, which was frosted and chilled. First, they are better (and closer) than Insomnia. The snickerdoodle is a mild, soft vanilla cookie with a light cinnamon coating. The red velvet white chip cookie is loaded with melty white chocolate chips surrounded by the Dutch chocolate-laden dough. This was my favorite. The buttermilk pancake surprised us in that it tastes just like a warm buttermilk pancake...down to the "syrup" on top. Finally, the frosted, chilled sugar cookie is classic. The cookie is soft, and the frosting thick and smooth. This was my partner's favorite. The cookies are rich and sweet, but kudos to Crumbl for posting nutritional information on their website. You know what you're getting! We happily shared our cookies with others at home. Unless you really loooovvveee sugar, a single large cookie easily may be enjoyed by 2 people. Mini cookies are available, though I didn't see many of those going out the door on Saturday. We went in store to order (they had doors wide open), but they also offer curbside and delivery. The store is clean, and the team--while very busy--was welcoming. Crumbl will be a delectable occasional treat for us. read more

Very clean and very nice staff. I have tried a few locations in Tucson. They're all great!!

Cookies are okay, though I find it alarming of its sugar and calories, gained 10 pounds after eating one cookie and, diabetes is for sure in my future that even my great great great grandchildren will experience the outcome of my decision to eat this treat, never felt more guilty eating this, more guilty that OJ Simpson's trial, place gives off another torture game based off the SAW movies! read more

For cookie lovers this is a must try! I've had their cookies as a gift and I loved it! Cookies are not too sweet, the frosting is very light and does not overpower the flavor of the cookie itself. I have to admit,it's a bit pricey, but it's well worth it. They have different flavors every month that is limited. It's also a great gift idea. They're open late which makes it very convenient for your last minute gift idea...it worked for me! read more

10/10 best location in Tucson they always have the best cookies and are so nice every time!

A few days ago my friends decided to surprise our dinner party with a variety of Crumbl Cookies for dessert. I couldn't wait to try some because of all the hype and loyal fan base. Each cookie is large, about palm size. We carefully spilt each in fourths and shared. To my surprise, they were much sweeter and richer than I had expected. The chocolate chip cookie was absolutely delicious and one of the favorites but, as we continued to sample...our overall consensus, they were almost too sweet. Next time, we agreed maybe one or two cookies shared between friends would be perfect. As well as picking some diverse types of cookies. My husband and I thought a few of them tasted too similar. I am hoping to go back and give them another try especially since they are so popular and the rotating and special flavors seem exciting! read more
