This place should be ashamed and embarrassed to serve what they gave us tonight! We ordered medium cups and what their girls there gave us was barely a tiny kids cup. The server laughed when I asked about it and she said that the owners make them weigh the serving, which is totally normal and acceptable, except the weights that they require their help to stick to is a total joke and we all left oissed off. Not a good way to run a business that has much competition. I know times are tight. It goes both ways. We spent $17 for 3 of the tiniest jokes of ice cream and this place will be OOB soon if they don't change their ways. Don't insult your customers with the smallest serving size possible. Inside, the decor is cute and smells like the shops in Disneyland that pump out a scent to entice you inside. If you're sensitive to that kind of thing, there's also benches outside to sit and enjoy. It's a very cute shopping center with lots of places to try before you get dessert. I ordered the iced latte-da, which was a great combination of coffee and chocolate. My one qualm is that something about the texture is off to me, but it doesn't affect taste at all. From their website, the reason appears to be due to it being "35-40% overrun, meaning there is one part air to every three parts cream". I went with a Nutella stuffed cookie with a scoop of the Fat Elvis, banana ice cream swirled with peanut butter ripple and chocolate chips. I topped it off with their waffle cone crumbles, which added a great crunch. The ice cream was high quality and super creamy. This is such a cute little place with really friendly staff and decent flavors. There's lots of indoor seating and unique offerings. I ordered the flavor Super Human, which was the perfect balance of flavor without being too sweet. I also ordered the Frosting Stuffed Birthday Cake cookie, which had the option to be heated up there or had the instructions to do so at home. Now I will say that I do think that it is a bit pricey, especially considering the quality and the fact that the scoops aren't as generous as some comparable locations. However, I think it's a great addition to the area, especially for those with younger kiddos, and I'm sure I'll be back! read more

The quality of the ice cream is so good! It's pretty expensive though. We went for my daughter's birthday and the staff member wished her happy birthday and then asked if we wanted sprinkles on her scoop. It was phrased in a way that she was offering sprinkles as a complimentary topping for her birthday, but she then charged us for it. Not a big deal, but felt misadvertised. read more

I saw the Dubai cookie on Instagram so that's what we went for. I sampled a few ice creams but they were too sweet for my taste. The cookie was huge, enough for 2 people. They warmed it up a little for us, and it was so fudgy like a brownie. As others mentioned, the prices here are pretty high. $6 for a cookie, kind of crazy but I'm glad we tried it. They do offer no sugar ice cream. But it doesn't taste as good as the regular ice cream, of course. It's on the pricey side, compared to all the ice cream places I've been. Great experience. When we walked in the door on Thursday night, we were asked if it was our first time there. It was, so the two young ladies proceeded to describe everything they had on offer, including the weekly special, the monthly special, the sampler dish, the new ice cream cakes, and the myriad of different flavors of ice cream that were available, along with an invitation to taste test any of the flavors. After sampling a couple of flavors, we made our choices. The ice cream was smooth and delicious! We will definitely be back. (Sorry, I forgot to take photos.) My only recommendation is that it would've been nice if there were several tables with chairs set up on the patio, instead of just one bench. read more

What a fun-themed ice cream shop! At first we were the only ones at the time but others came in and the tasting frenzy with all the people got to be somewhat distracting. It was new so I wasn't sure about the flavors and the person who was helping me was so patient and nice about letting me try the different flavors so I did not feel like I was missing out. There were also so many good flavors that I've gone back to try more of them. I had the Kitty Kitty Bang Bang which they describe as: Irresistibly smooth cheesecake ice cream mixed with a sweet raspberry ripple, Oreo cookies and soft chocolate chunks. Sweet, creamy, just the right amount of mix-ins, not overdone. Just really good stuff. There are tables so you can eat inside or lots of benches around the strip mall if you'd rather enjoy your treat outside. So glad to finally see some local establishments like this one popping up on the NW area! Its a great addition to the Dove Mountain shopping plaza. I had to pick up an order next store and was pleasantly surprised to see this ice cream shop! I immediately told my husband about it and we decided to check it out later that evening. It's a fairly large establishment, lots of cute decor without being overwhelming. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely friendly and was prompt to greet us as soon as we walked in. They have some pretty unique ice cream flavors and we were able to sample as many as we wanted. I opted for one scoop of the Fat Elvis and one of the Munchie Madness. I REALLY liked the Fat Elvis. Reminded me a bit of Ben & Jerry's Chunky Monkey. It wasn't overly sweet, and had a nice balance of the flavors. The Munchie Madness was unfortunately a bit too much for both my husband and I. The best part - they have dog friendly ice cream! I'll definitely be back with my fur kids and to try their classic flavors! read more
