Her catalogue has only grown more impressive in the last 10 years. I also had her make a graduation cake in 2019 that was equally phenomenal. Since our wedding, I've had a range of Ambrosia desserts at friends' weddings, random sales Annie has done, and the occasional extra cake tub and her desserts never disappoint. After 2 weeks I sent a text which also went unanswered u til I sent another text asking if the business was closed. The business owner replied over yelp with a long a HOSTILE text indicating the above in false. I have email and dates and no reason to state otherwise. She also added an INSULT to my YELp profile. I only work with businesses that are honest and don't create PROBELMS. Her response to my bad review says all I need to know about this person. Moving on lady. Many choices out there. I had the pleasure of tasting Annie's cake for the first time at the Tucson Bridal Expo at the l Conquistador resort. Right away my husband and I knew this was the cake we had to have for our wedding. The process of meeting, tasting, and order was seamless, fast, and enjoyable. All of the cakes she brought to the tasting were delicious. Annie took on our very specialized specific and really delivered! Her cakes were not only delicious, but people loved our unique take on the standard wedding cake. We had Annie create 7 cakes for us, each carved and shaped like things from our favorite things. My husband and I are big geeks, so we wanted our likes to be brought into the cakes. She created a TARDIS, a Dalek (which was probably my favorite), a Mario Brother's Mushroom, The Hylian Shield from the Legend of Zelda, The Death Star a golden Snitch and an owl. We requested that the colors be muted so we could have the cakes be a bit more elegant and Annie nailed that. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was that most of the guests thought the owl was a pineapple. Once I explained that it was an owl, they got it, but it did look kind of like an owl.
