I assume they would not be fresh otherwise, they probably don't get a large amount of business coming in and out regularly. They do not seem very friendly. I'm not sure if it was the owner, or not, but she did seem bothered to have to deal with us. Gluten Free cupcake should be avoided if you high standards. Regular cupcakes should be avoided as well, you can find better cupcakes at the grocery store. Frosting tastes synthetic. I would recommend this place for someone with allergies. I know they often struggle to find places to accommodate them.

She was nice but short and prompt. She is issuing a refund the two missing items but didn't seem concerned how their incomplete order has affected our birthday plans. I'll love their products and will continue to order from here, but I'll be sure to have myself/whoever is picking up the items double check the order upon pickup. The onus is on them to ensure online orders are properly fulfilled at time of pickup.

All of them have the base cinnamon roll which is fantastic. Light, fluffy, soft, amazingness. All the flavors are so well done. I tend to not love things overly sweet and these were excellent. Don't sweat which one you choose, you can't go wrong. For what it is worth there was a line for about an hour but it moves. Got pretty small again by around 11am.
