Pumpkin cheesecake

10/10 cheesecake and service! I live in Los Angeles but was flying to Thanksgiving in Tucson. They took my order over the phone and delivered to my moms place on Wednesday, cash on delivery. It's so delicious and my mom said the delivery was very friendly!

We have only positive things to say about Sarge and his Cheesecakes! This was hands down the best cheesecake we've had in forever. They're completely customizable and they also have a ton of options to choose from. Sarge responded to me in less than a day and was super friendly. They delivered the cheesecake to us personally and were right on time. Quality was amazing, price was very reasonable for the size and quality, and we're so excited to order from them again.

We've seen this food truck a couple times -- finally decided to give it a try and so glad we did! It's easy for cheesecakes to be too sweet, but this slice was wonderfully textured and so tasty. They have a good variety of cheesecake flavors and even had some great looking brownies. Definitely worth the stop!

We recently got to enjoy some dessert from the Sarge's Cheesecake truck in our neighborhood. Felt great to be able to support a local business during this crazy time with COVID-19. They came to our neighborhood for about 3 hours and there was no line at all when we arrived, so we were able to walk up and order with no wait. We got 3 different slices: Plain, Turtle, and Whitw Chocolate Raspberry. The turtle cake was excellent and there seemed to be some pecans blended into the actual cheesecake, which provided some great texture and flavor. My husband tried the white chocolate raspberry and said it was excellent as well. We saved the final piece to enjoy together at a later date. The prices were pretty reasonable for handmade, high quality cheesecakes ($4 for plain, $5 for flavored). They do also offer several different flavors, but if you wait too long to approach the truck, your favorite might be sold out since they bring a limited amount of each. Check this place out the next time you're at a food truck round-up.

I love this cheesecake! I follow them on Facebook and they always post their location. I've tried the cherry, strawberry, and turtle flavors and they do not disappoint . You can also order whole cheesecakes.

3rd slice. It's amazing!

Wife got for her mother's birthday. Everyone loved it and most do not enjoy sweets. Had better reviews at the party then premium cut steaks from Costco. Will be buying more in the future. Worth every penny.

The best cheesecake I've ever tried. I don't know their secret, but I'm sure you won't be disappointed. I found their truck during a concert at Reid park. I talked to Desi about them not really being on yelp and she suggested I follow them on Facebook. Here is the link, just in case: https://m.facebook.com/sargescheesecakes/

You've got to try this cheesecake! It has just the right balance or tang and creaminess and the graham cracker crust is buttery and delicious. Today was the very first time I tried it and I can say I definitely will be going back for more. Thank you Sarge, you make a darn good dessert!

Matt and I decided to start hitting food trucks on the north side of town in our biweekly lunch…read more The first truck we went to was Los Compas. The menu was very complete for the various meat served. I usually like to get Cabeza but I saw that they had chorizo on the menu. Most food trucks don't sell this type of meat for some reason. I really like the spicy flavor of this meat. So I ordered it with cheese and no cabbage (I hate cabbage). I added a flavorful red sauce from the condiment bar. Perfect for me but to hot for Matt. The meat was well cooked so you didn't have any orange grease dripping out of the taco. Some of the best chorizo I have ever had at a food truck. Matt ordered his usual carne asada taco and a carne asada corameles. As you can see from the photos, he added a lot of condiments from the outstanding sauce bar. He liked both of his lunch items. They had a very good condiments bar and had plates and cups to serve what ever you want to add to your lunch. The service was fast and efficient. They even had some one to help you at the condiment bar. They had a nice covered patio and Spanish music playing on the radio. The patio was very clean and the chairs were comfortable. Since Matt never finishes his lunch and takes the remains home for dinner, they offered him a bag to put the food and condiments in to go. The only drawback I saw was the noise from the road since they are right on the edge of the road. Nothing they can do with minor noise but after awhile you don't notice it as much. If you are in the area, I would highly recommend this food truck for lunch or dinner.

I had the Chipilon which is the toasted bun and the melted cheese. The best way to go, in my opinion. It was very good. Some of the chopped onion was a tad large and a just a tad crunchy. By "some" I mean only two pieces on the whole dog. That didn't bother me at all but I know for some that might be an issue. Not much in the way of a salsa bar. He had only two, a very watery guac sauce and a very watery mild green salsa. On the SW corner of Ft. Lowell and Country Club. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

Prices are on par for seafood. Check out the photos of the menus I took. There was no salsa bar, but that may be because of the current COVID-19 policies. There were small containers of salsa and chipotle mayo included with my order. I ordered the fish taco and the Tori-Taco. The fish taco and the shrimp taco are named the same on the menu as "empanizado." As the lady seemed to have a very small skill set of English, my tip would be to emphasize several times which taco you want because I received a shrimp taco instead of the fish taco. The shrimp taco was good. The breading was light and not greasy. Served on two corn tortillas, it came with Mexican slaw. The Tori-Taco is described as chile guero with creme cheese, bacon and shrimp. Both were good. The shrimp taco ($3.00) was about on par with Taco Fish's. The Tori-Taco ($4.50) was also good. Give it a try, you'll probably like it. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. I didn't anticipate that bc I live maybe 6 minutes from this place. I got the fried fish, fried shrimp and Marine tacotote. All tacos came with avocado and premixed coleslaw/mayo, which I didn't know. Fried fish was soggy and the premixed coleslaw and avocado was just too rich and wrong for this taco. I really wish I had known it came like that. I'm used to having a some sort of crema and fresh component like pico or chopped onion and cilantro. Shrimp taco was exactly as described above with the toppings. The shrimp was way way waaayyy over cooked. Marine tacotote was interesting. It had a huge piece of fried fish, 2-3 fried shrimp, and a tomatoe vegetable, cheese medley with a grilled fish on the botttom. It was...nothing like I've ever had. I can't say I enjoyed it bc the coleslaw was too much and it didn't add anything to the taco. The tacos were HUGE. I didn't need to buy 4. The price for what you get is extremely reasonable ($17) I would give it another chance but no coleslaw or avocado and I would eat it there. The people who own this shop are wonderful and kind. They have two menus English and Spanish. There is plenty of seating with hot sauce, napkins and salt and pepper at every table.

I will return.
