Always 5 stars for Estrella! It was my first time at this location but it had the same delicious and amazingly priced pastries. Service was quick and staff were friendly! There are a few seats indoors, but it is a relatively small space. I think this is the only location that also has drinks (mostly coffee). The conchas are my favorite, they're super soft and pillowy and delicious! Also only a dollar, such a good price for pastries and better than a lot of other options out there.

My mom and I have been going to the Estrella bakeries since I was a child so I was excited for this new venture, but I wouldn't stop by again. Notes: -Downtown street parking only -$.75 for plant milk -free WiFi and outlets but not much seating -no toaster oven to heat baked goods after ordering -nice bathroom -occasionally buy one get one free pastries but it's not advertised, just if they have extra that day and that's what you're already ordering (this is common at other Estrella bakeries). Coffee was disappointing but 2 stars because the pastries are good and affordable. I'd recommend the churros $1.75 (they're filled) and donuts $1-$1.50. I got a churro latte with oat milk and my mom got a cappuccino- both tasted watery. My 12 oz was $5.75 because of the flavor and oat milk, but there really was no churro flavor or any sweet taste at all. Also the cinnamon got clumpy which was unpleasant to drink. Could've just been a bad brew for the day or the barista, but I'd rather get pastries from their standalone bakeries and go elsewhere for a drink.

I stumbled upon this location downtown and I happened to have some time to kill so I figured I would go in. I am so happy I did because this concha was literally the best I have ever had. The coffee was delicious and well made, good espresso and I love the churro flavors. If you're in downtown you need to stop here because the pastries are so fresh and the coffee is delicious. The staff is also very lovely and kind. I would definitely return. Thank you!

This is a very small location with everything you need to start your morning off week with pastries, coffees and very prompt service. Always something fun to try and fall in love with!

There is a drive up window to buy donuts if you prefer. Cute little spot, check it out.

And for all that, the price per donut was darn fair. Fast-forward to the last 2x I went there (2025) to bring home a maple bar for the spouse and a few to have for the rest of the family. They were a little better than most grocery store donuts. BUT. Not as good as they used to be. Don't know what happened, but they are middle of the road now, at best. The very last time I went the maple bars were dry, smaller and not the same. New baker? New recipe? Complacency? Idk, but my local Dunkin (Sandario) is now noticeably better or equivalent and a much shorter drive. Service is no frills. Don't have anything to say about the ambiance as I've only driven thru. Overall, okay, but nothing to get excited about. And my coffee was not worth reviewing. Maybe one day I'll try them again and see if they've improved.

When we heard that Rise n Shine made them, we couldn't wait to get our hands on a couple. First of all, the my are HUGE! I stopped at Rise 'n Shine this morning and was greeted by the fragrance of deliciousness and two very sweet ladies. The shop is clean and bright and the cases are filled with delectable pastries, but I was on a mission. I asked for two apple fritters and they were huge and delicious looking. I paid and took them home. The proof is in the tasting. Crisp outside, soft and moist and appley inside. Sheer delicious perfection. There is a sign on the window about broasted chicken but I forgot to ask. Next time, because there will be a next time.
