The manager said I can come back for what I want due to the cashier not knowing how to have customer service .The customer service lady took my mother's $100 she is 80 years old she took $100 plopted the $20 $10 $1 on the counter and walked away . The cashier who worked the counter wasn't asking for customers names. If you encounter this, have them write your name on the cup. Otherwise, you'll end up having your drink swiped by someone who figures that their time is more valuable than yours. Thus the additional wait, with no apology. Natalie is the absolute best! I went to Starbucks and came in thinking I had completed my mobile order and waited and waited. Natalie greeted enthusiastically (even though it was a Monday) and made me feel right at home. Come to find out, I had chosen the wrong store on the right street. Natalie assured me it was not a problem, made my coffee and sent me on my way with a smile. This is my GO TO Starbucks even though I live about a mile closer to another location. My daughter and I were doing breakfast and coffee dates there once a week while my son was at Conestoga Rec for a class. We aren't there enough to be regulars but every time we have had breakfast there, or spent some time in the store the staff is super friendly. We ate breakfast there on Christmas Eve; we all ordered the vegan sprouted bagels and the Starbucks APP doesn't yet update with the store's inventory, so they had run out and not had enough for all of us. They vehemently apologized, which I totally didn't think was a big deal, it happens. And gave us a gift card for our trouble. This has happened a couple of times and they always hook us up. It's been different staff members each time, and still we get the same treatment. They're friendly, I get GREAT drinks and great service. NEVER had a problem or rude staff member. read more

Had to wait to order despite having plenty if staff, and I dont know how many time so had to ask for blended and still only got iced...they didn't do any of the proper toppings and it taste absolutely awful!! This location has terrible parking and is not the the location to go if you are in a rush to grab a coffee and go as the lines are really long and slow. My husband and I stopped by this afternoon before they closed and the female barista that attended us was rude and seemed angry that we asked for her to do a pour over for us. This is the main Starbucks I go to since its close to my work. The team here is great. I felt bad stopping in on Thanksgiving, but Ben, Kara & Sara were there working hard for us! I prefer other locations nearby. Service has never been particularly good. They always seem to be understaffed, and so appear aloof and rushed. General street traffic in the area and parking lot sucks. Drinks are fine if mobile ordering, but if you go in be prepared to wait and be tainted by their bad vibes. read more

All I wanted was a nice cold refreshing beverage, what I got was sub par service and a crapy drink. I asked for a sweet vanilla bean cold brew, blended... and the woman behind the counter flat out told me no. Just stood there looking at me like I'm wasting her time for even asking. She didn't offer any kind of alternative or suggestions. I got the feeling like everyone who was working there would rather be somewhere else.I should have just walked out but I was thirsty so I went with it anyway... what drives me nuts about this was that as soon as the next person in line placed their order, something to the tune of 3 or 4 different frapacino combinations, they had no problem accommodating that order. What's the deal, you cant just throw all my ingredients in a blender and whip it up real quick? I don't know, it just seems to me that the largest coffee chain in the world could have been a little more willing to make my drink the way I wanted it. As far as the taste of the beverage, yuck. Their "cold brew" if you can even call it that. Taste like yesterday's old drip coffee that's been watered down. Save your money. I cannot recommend this Starbucks to anyone, and frankly speaking considering the proximity to Portland and it's massive coffee scene, you would have much better luck shopping at a smaller independently owned company. read more

Coffee can be hit or miss depending on who is working and not everything on the menu is always available. It's fine if you don't mind parking as there's no drive thru. A small place with only a few tables. There was group of people having a meeting and they put together several tables and took up most of the tables and chairs so we had to leave because there was no where to sit. read more

Stiff personalities at this location. Not friendly at all. Short, chubby guy who took my order was not enthusiastic at all when interacting with me. Here comes another customer, and he is jumping for joy with enthusiasm. Asking how are you? How is your day going? With me? Nothing. Everybody don't have to look the same to get customer service. It would not have killed him to implement some customer service towards me. Furthermore, this location needs more individuals working here. They didn't have a retail option of what I was looking for but the manager offered to provide me with the tea bags in dry form for the cost of a drink. Which made me very happy. Nice atmosphere to sit and do homework; it's never too loud.
