First let's just clarify that today of all days it was closed today we looked on the app no warning that was closed and then we figured out. It was closed because it's only drive-through because the employees were doing a workday I guess. then we figured we should just go through the drive-through on feet because we really need Starbucks after a hard day they did not answer us then as soon as we decided, this is no point they answered the next person as fast as lightning. so we decided to go to the chipotle around there. Great review. It was amazing there and the workers were so kind. then we decided to go in the car to go through the drive-through. first thing I noticed is that they did not answer that fast. I think it was in shock that they saw us back in the car. after they previously denied our access. Then when we were ordering drinks, it took us a couple times to repeat the order for them. I don't understand if it was just not going through their head or if they just didn't wanna listen. then when me and my friend were in the car, they gave us the wrong drink. They gave us a strawberry I'll say with water when we clearly asked for lemonade, and we also asked for light ice and no berries there were berries, and there was heavy ice. then I decided to order my drink, a Venti lemonade, dragon, fruit refresher. they gave me a dragon drink that was made with milk instead of lemonade, and they gave me heavy ice and inclusions when I asked for no inclusion specifically. so when they asked my friend, what size when she clearly said she wanted a Venti, they gave her a grande on the screen and then they went and asked if they were she wanted a large or medium when it's clearly called a grande or Venti I feel like if you've been working there you should know what is a grande and what is a Venti it's not called a large or a medium. I just don't really recommend this in the servers. I would have to say it was very slow. and the records are rude because when we went up to open the door and use the money that we wanted to pay with the lady inside their server, screaming at us to get away from the door because they're employees are training but know we actually saw employees doing the back we saw them making drinks, and if I'm being honest, I feel like I saw a vape in somebody's hand, and I wouldn't lie about this because I am a part of non-vaping community on Facebook. I don't wanna keep you guys here reading any longer, but if I were you, please actually stay away from the Starbucks if you wanna have a good day for the rest of your day and not be denied service if I were you, I would go to the one by Fred Meyer's tualatin or there is one by the H Mart i'm telling you right now there's so much better Starbucks that give you amazing treatment and take care of you and make sure that you are met with your standards than this one. read more

I've lived in the area for 20 years but now I have been going to this location for my drive back to college the occasional monday morning. 3 times now I have gotten the sweetest guy, short dark hair, who typically works the drive through. Anybody that knows me and/or follows my Yelp feed knows what a fan I am of Starbucks. Sadly, this morning's visit to this store was abysmal. To the employee that took my order: It isn't my fault nor my problem that you are working at or very near minimum wage. Your personal issues are also of no concern to me. As a front-line (customer-facing) employee, your job is to provide gracious and friendly service to each and every customer you greet, regardless of how crummy you may feel, how complex the order, or how overwhelmed you may be with all the (stores) traffic. Instead, you gave me attitude and difficulty taking my order (after repeating it twice) which required me to hold up my phone so you could read it. Twice, after asking if you got it and answered "I don't know", then begrudgingly remarked you'd have to start all over. And you still missed the cinnamon which the barista happily added when I asked her about it. If I were your employer and saw your bad attitude and poor service, I'd have pulled you off the floor for a serious chat. At the least. For an $8.00 latte, I expect more from you. Much more. Surprising how much Starbucks varies from store to store. Inside they have the music blasting loud. You can't hear the person sitting next to you. The workers set the loudness of the music and the type of music playing to " Have a good time at work" Stupid shallow self centered and annoying. read more

Probably the worst location I've been to. Unfortunately it's next to my son's daycare so sometimes I give in. In the visits I've been, I have been: given the wrong order missing items from my order asked for herbal tea and given green Today I had to ask for a refund because I waited for over ten minutes and still no drink. I can't fault the guy making them- he was busy. There were several people waiting and enough staff to help, but for some reason only one dude making drinks. Either he needs to ask for help or the manager on duty needs to recognize when and where they are backed up. They also take several shortcuts at this store- like if you come in after 5pm don't expect to have your shaken iced tea actually shaken. Like others have said they this store is filthy. read more

I stood around waiting for someone to take my order but they seemed to be busy making orders for people who placed their orders online which is fine unless your the person standing around in the store. Love the copper ceilings and the comfy chairs at this location off of 99 W in the H Mart shopping area. Drive thru is always busy, and it's interesting to see the latest methods of displaying their drinks and food. The two gender neutral bathrooms are always clean and I really get the sense that the employees here like their jobs. Starbucks is Starbucks and the food and drink quality is the same as others. I'm not a real sweet coffee person and I ordered a new drink that was WAY TOO SWEET!!! They said, "No problem, we'll make you another and use a quarter of the sweet" It was just right!!! read more

Even at 6am my help at the drive thru window was fast and friendly. I am not the normal Starbucks customer since I actually hate coffee. I usually get a breakfast sandwich or pastry and a smoothie. Unfortunately I just heard that they are going to stop offering their smoothies which is really too bad but you coffee folks will still have a reason to roll on through here even long after I do not. read more

Very disappointed! This is the first time I am giving a bad review. 99% of the time my experience with Starbucks is pleasant. First, I noticed that the cashier did not ask for my name; but, I thought that she got it on my starbucks card. Waiting for so long and finally, asked them if i had to wait much longer? and they asked me what was my order and then, my order was actually sitting by where they prepare the drinks and no name. wow! not even sure how long it's been sitting there. The sofa's in this Starbucks may look pretty old and worn in, but I really loved the decor and design of this location. I ordered a venti Green Tea Frappucino (my usual favorite) and a venti Berry Prickly Pear Frappuccino. The barista kept scanning my gold card and telling me that there was no money left on it, which was weird because I knew I had cash on the card. She consulted someone higher up, and he just looked at the screen and told me that the card wasn't showing a balance. I ended up paying with a credit card and later emailed in to Starbucks customer service to find out that I did, indeed, have $11.47 left on the card. It is a minor issue. I didn't exactly mind paying with my credit card as opposed to my gold card, but I feel like the manager or whoever he was didn't really look into it. The starbucks app showed that the card was never scanned, but whateverrrrrr.......anyway, besides that, they spelled my name "Cien" instead of "Tien," but what's new. I'm used to it by now, although I do feel like I enunciated the "T" and even spelled it out for them. The positives of this location is that it is located in the same lot as the HMart, so you can pick up your Asian groceries nearby. Like I stated before, the decor is beautiful. This establishment also has very large windows that let in a lot of natural light. I can imagine this would be a great place to soak up some sun and read a book, all while enjoying a cup of coffee. read more

If there are no cars, feel free to walk inside and order in person if you want. Why? Because they prioritize drive-through orders. They'll serve five cars in the time it takes them to whip up a simple tall hot chocolate for a person standing idly at the counter. God forbid you're there on a nice weekend morning when a lot of people want to do a drive-through pick-up AND a lot of people want to come in and read the free newspapers while sitting in the leather loungey chairs. It'll take forever to get your drink if you dare set foot inside. You'd get your drink faster going through the drive-through, then parking and walking inside to find a chair. read more

I seriously despise the Starbucks location in Tigard. This is my third time at this location and every single time something gets messed up. Either I get the wrong food item or my drink is made wrong (this time my coffee was lacking the white chocolate part of a white chocolate mocha). The staff are always terribly stressed out; probably because there are a lot of stuck up customers that don't know how to say "Thank you" or bring an issue to the attention of the staff workout making a dramatic scene straight out of Pride & Prejudice. Let me start by staying, I LOVE Starbucks. There have been weeks were I go 5 weekdays out of 5. I have a Starbucks Gold Card, and once in a while I get to enjoy a free "rewards" drink after my purchase of the 12 "Lucky Dozen". So, I'm sorry to have to write a bad review of Starbucks... This Starbucks has a convenient drive-thru, easy-to-find location with plenty of parking, and a good amount of seating for meeting w/friends or associates. That said, I stopped going to this Starbucks. The problem here is the quality of the drinks and the service for "Gold Star" Members. Sometimes the drinks aren't mixed well, with all of the syrup flavoring at the bottom and not mixed into the drink properly. I've had to drink half, then save the bottom portion of the cup to poor in to plain coffee later. Starbucks Rewards Members Beware -- When reaching my "Lucky Dozen" - free reward coffee I never receive a full sized drink here. The barista taking my order has told the barista(s) making the orders that the drink I ordered was "FREE" before calling off the name of the drink leaving me with a cup that was about 1/3 less full. Not the best way to treat your Starbucks "Gold" Members. read more

The line at the drive thru has not always been so slow. Of course, some waiting is to be expected at certain times of the day. However, it has become ridiculous as of late, and I've noticed staff is always different. And, most appear to be "lost" at their job, confused about what is going on. Came here this morning while waiting for my car to be fixed and the conversation I overheard has been bothering me all day. A girl came in and an employee told her she should apply to work there. What I assumed was the gm or district manager jumped up from a nearby table telling her about stock benefits. She then asks this girl how old she is, a junior in highschool, she asked her where she would like to go to school and cut this girl off before she could even respond to say that Starbucks offers free school online and told this young girl she'd be saving her parents a lot of money if she followed that route. YUCK. If you're that girl seeing this please don't let a corporation paying minimum wage derail your future and if the manager sees this SHAME ON YOU for using someone's parents money to guilt them into altering their career and education just because you need bodies at the register. If you pull up here and wonder why there are 15 cars in the drive through line and only two people inside it's because it will take you the same amount of time to get your coffee inside as it would waiting in that big ass line. For a chain I have noticed a lot of variance in terms of what I get in my drink. On one occasion I ordered a caramel apple cider, and you know what I got? Hot tree top apple juice. Literally. I saw them pour it right into my cup. No big surprise...it didn't taste that great either. On many other occasions I have gotten my coffee only to find no room has been left for cream despite having requested that room be left. They do have a nice outdoor seating area, which is nice If we walk down there with the pooches but other than that the service is bad enough to keep me away. read more

Worst worst starbucks to be at... today I went to starbucks and ask for one venti mango dragon fruit, one very berry hibiscus and four strawberries acai with lemonade with raspberry syrup ALL LIGHT ICE.. I got four venti mango dragon fruit and one strawberry acai that's all and I told them that I didn't ask for that and I showed them my receipt and they all got mad and I was like dammm they act like if there paying for my drinks and there's a girl called Katy and she's really really rude she doesn't ask any questions she gives u a dirty look but next to me there was white women and ask her what she's waiting for knowing that I'm right in front of her telling her excuse me and she just looked at me and that was it. I waited in line for 5 min while two employees ordered coffee in front of me and the employees just chatted away and the one could not make up his mind what he wanted. Really????? I frequent this SB on the way to work. The service is normally quick, though a month or so ago it was painfully slow. Seems like enough people complained because its back to normal speed again! My favorite is that lately they have had the most cheerful, delightful staff that put an extra skip in your step after hearing them talk to you!
