Pretty disappointed at this place after my daughter brought me here for the first time. I ordered the Peach Fruit Tea with 50% sweet, light ice and Crystal Boba. Results- - Canned (not fresh) peaches used in drink. This may have caused weird aftertaste that does not have that familiar peach flavor like other places. - Flavor is way too sweet for 50%. - Light ice was done correctly When I walked away I quickly realized that they did not add my crystal boba toppings to my drink. I just had a few slices of lemons. After walking back to let them know, the girl who prepared my drink admitted to the guy that I questioned the issue about that she forgot to add it. No apologies from the girl directly and it was passive but only from the guy whom I mentioned the issue to. They have a lot of young kids working here and it looks like they work fast but they need to read the ingredients to fulfill the order correctly and to be consistent. I may give this place another try but will be sorely disappointed if they miss the mark again. So glad we found a great Vietnamese coffee place by accident! It looked like a new place and it is a little small inside. There was a line when I pulled up but it went pretty fast. Got the Sua Da with and I was very pleased and surprised that it was probably one of my best ones. The coffee was not the bitter, smoky kind. This one was full, bold and had a nice smooth taste. I wanted to get another one to head home with but I have to wait for my next trip. Apparently, If i had more than one sua da, I won't be able to sleep for two days. I got the pandan Vietnamese coffee. This spot is great for their modern take on Matchas and vietnamese coffee. The pandan adds such a great addition taste to their viet coffee. There's a good selection of seating with a booth like bench and pretty Xmas decor. The Vietnamese coffee is noted as their strongest coffee. With a total of 5 espresso shots, some condensed milk and non-dairy creamer. You can also ask for a lower percentage of sweetness which is cool. It's delicious and exactly how I'd take my coffee. I saw this place on TikTok so I was super excited to try this during our roadtrip! This was our last stop in Oregon before heading to Washington. We ordered using the self service machine inside but I believe they also have the option to order ahead for pick up. The shop is quiet and cozy, offers seating and was clean as well. The drinks looked and tasted very good but the boba was a bit undercooked. Total for the four drinks we ordered was about $35 after tip; boba/milk substitute is an extra 75¢ charge each and cheese foam is an extra $1.25. Ordered takeout and my order was ready right on time. There is a parking lot all around the building and I found a spot pretty close to the front. They are always pretty busy inside and almost all the tables were full when I got there. I didn't love the Ube coffee drink but the Coconut one was fantastic. Definitely heavy on the caffeine. Narrowly avoided gluten exposure here, which would have been pretty bad as someone with celiac. On the phone and in person, employees thought the ube coffee was GF, and good thing I dawdled in drinking it because a little bit after I got it, the barista came out to tell me the coconut powder has wheat. Good: it tastes great. Except when by time I get it, it's all 1/3 melted. Bad: the wait sucks! Waiting is normal, and it is busy today. I ordered a variety of drinks so my co-workers and I could sample a variety of drinks! This is what we got (I reduced the sweetness of each drink but kept the ice as 'regular') 1. Pistachio: I liked how the pistachio flavor was present and it didn't feel to artificial to me. It was a tad sweet so it went well with the slight bitter coffee 2. Strawberry Mojito: this was surprisingly very good and refreshing! It wasn't overly sweet and the flavors were good and everyone was very impressed by this! 3. Pandan: I rarely eat pandan flavored things but to me, it tasted a bit like alo vera but super subtle in flavor. My other friends enjoyed it. 4. Sua Da: this is just Vietnamese coffee. I liked how it was strong but it didn't feel like it had an icky bitter aftertaste. I liked it and it was creamy too with the cream/milk 5. Biscoff: this was an unexpected drink because it was a lot saltier than we thought! The combination of sweet and saltiness was an unexpected flavor but it was oddly good. We went 10-15 mins to so before they close so they were ready to make our drinks. Tried their drinks many years ago at a Portland night market at a pop up stand where they served pandan and ube coffee. Fell in love with it at first sight! Very delicious and the added pandan/ube flavors make it not too strong or bold like ordinary Vietnamese coffee Didn't get to try out other drinks and foods on their menu. Very glad they opened a cafe here in Beaverton locally, will be back for sure! Both tiramisu's were very light and airy and delicious! But I personally prefer the classic coffee tiramisu. Their cafe latte was also good quality. The wait time wasn't long at all either. We have been here multiple times and have always enjoyed ourselves. It can get busy, but if you want the speed of instant coffee just make it at home. Place your order, grab some water, a good book or a friend and just enjoy the cozy atmosphere, the quality of the drinks always out beat some of the 'faster' paced places. There's a specific staff member that seems to be rather cheap on the pours. Every time he makes my drink, it's NEVER filled to the top. My drink is basically full of ice and filled partial way leaving about an inch of room with plain ice at the top This really is starting to bother me because no other employee does this. Phin Cache is definitely worth the wait even the weekend lines can get long. The drinks are where they really shine. My favorites so far have been the pandan coffee and the banana matcha. Both are sweet while still letting the Vietnamese coffee and matcha flavors come through. The pandan coffee has a great aromatic flavor, and the banana matcha was surprisingly smooth and refreshing. If you're coming on a weekend, just plan for a little bit of a line, but the kiosk system helps it move quickly and the drinks make it worth it. Definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to. read more

There is also a kiosk that you can order from and I utilized that on my next visit. I have tried their Sea salt coffee and the very popular Egg Coffee and liked both of them . You can customize the ice level and sweetness however I think mine was still 70% ice despite ordering light Ice both times . My personal favorite was the sea salt coffee hands down . Was so excited to try this place after it opened. We got the Pistachio coffee 50% sweetened and the coconut coffee, both iced. (Sorry I forgot to snap a pic) we loved it both but coconut was more enjoyable. Loved the convenience of ordering on a touchscreen and given the choice to make your drink less sweet. However, I did notice that the positioning of the 2 touchscreens were close to the entrance that it would clog the area up and cause a line coming out of the door or through the seating area.
