I've been here 3 times now and I've tried a different drink every time. I'm never impressed, the matcha isn't good (both sweetened and unsweetened) and the coffee is very bitter even with sweetener and milk. Also the customer service isn't the greatest, the very first time we came in the lady at the counter was not friendly at all. I got food from here for the first time at my last visit and I was very unimpressed. I got the avocado toast and it had so much greens on top that had to eat it like a salad before I could get to the bread. I also got an egg and cheese croissant for my partner and they threw a few berries in the box loose with the sandwich causing the croissant to get wet this place is super close to my house so I wanted to like it but I unfortunately won't be back.

I visited this cute little spot with my friend. It was a good surprise to know this Coffeehouse existed in our neighborhood. It looks buzzing and plenty of people for Sunday afternoon. The place was good looking, very clean and simplistic view, plenty of tables and chairs, for 2-4 people. The service was nice and quick. I had the Caprese Panini, Creme Burlee drink and liked it. There were plenty of cupcake and desert options. I want to go back to try Brioche Egg Sandwich or Southwestern Egg Biscuit, next time.

We spent some time here getting a bit of work done and ordered a chai and a cappuccino with almond milk. Both drinks were good, though a little on the pricey side, and it would be great if there weren't an extra charge for non-dairy milk. The barista was a bit reserved, but the coffee shop itself seems popular with locals and has a steady, welcoming vibe.

A local coffee shop with heart. Great coffee and pastries. Service with a smile. A feel of community fills the customer seating area. It's across from the office so I've been a handful of times and like it. I'll be going back often.

I really miss Fresh Thyme, which was in this space previously, but I am thrilled that Symphony Coffeehouse has such a delicious lunch menu. I was worried it would be a standard coffee shop with a few pastries in a case. Instead it's a cute space with friendly staff and an impressive menu of sandwiches and crepes as well as coffee. I had a cold brew which honestly blew my mind a little and then a salmon savory crepe. It was perfect and I can't wait to go back.

Stopped by to meet a friend for a quick drink. Nice ambiance, clean, friendly staff. They have a ton of options it can be overwhelming. I got their drink special - Pistachio Rose Latte. It was delicious.

Love this little coffee shop! This is our third time here. We have ordered different treats and drinks each time and they have all been delicious! I need to come for breakfast and lunch sometime. I would definitely recommend this shop!

Stopped by here a couple of times, and each time has definitely been a treat. Simply put, the staff have been fairly cordial and service pretty quick for the most part. Here's a little bit about this little melodic coffeehouse: ~ Parking: If busy, it can be a bit challenging finding a spot. Otherwise you'll be parking around the corner. ~ Atmosphere: They have a few normal tables for two or four, with tall tables for along the wall. A couch next to the entrance. And a few patio tables. Nothing fancy with decor, just a few potted plants. Oh, fyi it can get pretty busy here. So once you find a table, grab it. ~ Staff: Really nice people that have helped us order and decide on what tasty pastries they offer. Never had an issue. ~. Coffee/Food: Excellent latte choices and spicy chai. I haven't tried their hot cocoa, but I've seen them and they look comforting. They also serve refreshers and smoothies as well. As for their food items, they actually have a lot more on the menu then what I was expecting. I've only tried a Lemon Mixed Berry Crepe ($11.95) which was really satisfying! And they do have a lot of sweet pastries, but also offer savory quiches, paninis, and bagel sandwiches too! Believe me, I've been undecided on what to get each time. So, I'll be back!

Symphony is one of my go to places! Great quality for coffee, a good amount of options for sweet treats/lucnh or breakfast, and amazing service! The day we visited the also had a guitar performer there so the live performance just elevated the experience!

Sammy was a pleasure to chat with and she was excellent in her knowledge with the items offered. The homemade pumpkin spice is the best pumpkin spice item I have ever tasted. Presentation of drinks were very nice as well. Location is great and quiet with ample parking. The coffee shop was warm and inviting with music playing loud enough to hear but quiet enough to have conversations amd easily be heard.

Dull pumpkin spice late, tasted like mainly oat milk and pumpkin spice. Didn't wake me up.
    Tristan H.

Customer service and seasonal decorations were great, but the coffee was just oat milk and pumpkin spice. Girl was working on her own so she was rushed to get the orders done. The tres leche was also the worst I ever had, and was very stale. She said it was made in house, but was that in THE LAST DECADE?

We were super excited to find a coffee shop that was open on MLK jr day. The inside of this coffee shop was super cute! Parking was widely available out front. The barista that took care of our order was super sweet and props to her and the other barista for getting everyone's orders out. I got the eggnog latte with oat milk and it was quite good! They also offer other drinks, desserts, and food options. We were glad to make a stop here on our way to Top Golf.

What I wasn't fine with was waiting over 30 minutes for a single drink. There were 5 or 6 people behind the bar, so I expected reasonably paced service. Instead, the whole place seemed to be running in slow motion. Maybe they were still recovering from an early rush ( I was there around 10am), but it showed. Our order got messed up, we had to remind the baristas what we'd ordered, and the energy from the staff was pretty cold throughout. The final straw: our drink was presumably forgotten. Multiple people who ordered after us got their drinks first. I eventually had to walk up to the bar, point behind the counter, and explain that we'd been waiting and my mom was sitting in the car. For a lot of people, going out for coffee is a treat; It certainly is for me as a student. When you're spending that money, you'd hope for at least decent service. Unfortunately, this visit was the opposite of that expectation.

My flat white with almond milk was excellent, and my son's hot chocolate even came topped with what looked like chocolate-flavoured whipped cream, which he loved. He also had an egg and cheese bagel and a chocolate espresso cookie, while I was especially impressed by the gluten free breakfast cookie. The baristas were friendly and effortlessly cool, and the whole place has a great vibe. It is a little on the pricey side, but I would happily visit again. Thank you!

At this point I've tried a number of things here and every one of them were delicious! The Japanese pancakes were so fluffy and fun, called ahead just to make sure they could make them right after opening but couldn't get through. THEY CALLED ME BACK IMMEDIATELY!! I have never had a food place care enough to actually call back if they miss a call. I was so happy with the pancakes too, nicely made and yummy. Their tiny cakes are all perfect too, I'm in love with each one especially the PDX rose! So bright and flavorful, with a beautiful outside that matches its taste! Can't forget the Japanese Cream Cheese Bun, it's soooooo good and the price matches the taste (aka good price for a good dessert). Not too sweet but still delicious! Just gotta make sure you eat it fresh, forgot to eat my last one for an hour and it got dry but still had its yummy taste. I super recommend this place!!

I added breakfast to this place while they visited me for a few days. We called in our order as instructed on the website. Unfortunately no Boba was available for on the pancakes. When we arrived I was disheartened to find the place rather small either intense heat of a bakery, which made the lone table inside with a meandering fly the least bit welcoming. When adding drinks to our order, the lone man working there asked me a few times whether I really was ordering coffee for a child (and yes, she settled on a mocha when it was determined he only knew how to sprinkle matcha powder on the pancakes, and hadn't a clue as to their application to drinks). My grandson ordered their 'special hot chocolate' which pretty much tasted like watered-down Ovaltine. We sat outside to eat and after a few bites and finding these were nothing like the fluffy Japanese pancakes they'd expected, we threw away $44 worth of what was supposed to be a pleasant breakfast experience. I guess this was a life lesson for the kids, that our expectations aren't always met. And I want to prevent any other adults from making the same mistake I did in taking my business there!

You can order at the kiosk so you can see the pictures but we ordered with the staff at the counter. They were so helpful and made sure our mango smoothie with pearls was decaf tea for the kids (since they use real tea for all their drinks!) You can adjust ice, sweetness, and your toppings for the drinks. I've actually been dreaming about the Basil Popcorn Chicken since the last time I've had it at another location and this definitely hit the spot! It was a generous portion for around $12 and you can adjust spice level from 1-4. It came out piping hot, super crispy, very juicy and perfectly seasoned. You MUST get this when visiting! We also got both flavors of the Egg Puff waffles to try and the kids loved them. They were freshly made, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Easily breakable so plenty to share with everyone. The mango smoothie was cold and refreshing and the boba pearls were ON POINT! Definitely one of the best I've had - the right amount of chew and sweetness and you can tell it's great quality. The only thing they were lacking was that they didn't have a high chair available for my baby for dining in. But definitely come support this local business and don't forget to get the Basil Popcorn Chicken!!
