I love this place! Right when I received my change I got my sandwich!!! Freaky fast is super right! I ordered the #12: Turkey, Provolone and Avocado Sandwich on French for $7.30. I should've added bacon to it but it was still good. They have free add-on like sauces and veggies, which next time I'll ask for sprouts and onions. They got my order wrong and wouldn't refund me. Tried to call the store and they were rude about it. Online help wasn't good either. All I can say is WOW. I order from this location quite often. Sometimes twice a week. And sometimes for my team of 15. I always tip the drivers handsomely in cash because I sincerely appreciate this store. Usually they are fast, and friendly and my order is usually correct. In fact, it takes a LOT for me to review my favorite shops badly. Today I am shocked. Ordered my usual sandwich, chips and drink at 11:21am. The gent on the phone took my order promptly and efficiently. He even said "hey. We have a driver out so it might take a little bit to get to you ". That means 15-20 minutes normally. We are literally two blocks from their site. Today the driver arrived at 1:02 pm. There were actually two of us at this office of more than 1800 people that were there to get sandwiches. The other guy's order had been called in at 11:35. The driver was an absolute bitch. she didnt apologize, smile, make eye contact or anything. Nothing. Her response to us was "and I have 20 other sandwiches in my car right now" in such a snarky tone...We were flabbergasted. It was OUR fault we were surprised to see her? I refused the delivery. My coworker denied his delivery. I called the store 35 minutes later and the gent on the phone said he was "just about to void my order". It should have been voided automatically. Two hours ago. He should have apologized. He should have at least sounded apologetic. I'm not expecting too much. I'm not asking for anything. Seriously. I've witnessed unsanitary practices and a manager not support her team in multiple occasions, I'm extremely disappointed on my lunch from my busy day at work. Take the sign down that says be nice, your customer service sucks, everything says you're open and you just stare at people while they try to come in? Please slow down!! I don't need my sandwich so quickly if it means getting my order right!! First time, I asked for the sandwiches to be cut, no lettuce, and the pickle quartered. The sandwiches were whole, lettuce left on and the pickles quartered so poorly, it might as well have been halved. Since this is the closest location, we decided to give it another shot. It's not a busy rushed but a c'mon lady pick and move along. We had never tried this place but after I saw a 10 best list with this near the top we decided to give it a shot. Much as I hate to say it even Subway is better. Subway has better bread and choices of cheese and condiments. We got 3 different sandwiches and nobody wanted to finish any of them. The veggie was not good and dry, the turkey had lots of turkey and was pretty good tasting but the bread was like rubber and hard to chew. The turkey bacon club was the same. Needless to say we won't be going back. Now I'm not too sure if we want to try the number one choice of Jersey Mike's. Jimmy John's has got it going on. Yup, this is the place to get yourself a sandwich in a hurry. I mean, BAM, most of the time your sandwich is half made when you're still paying. They have plenty of options for what you want BUT I always go with the Italian Night Club - meat, meat, meat, cheese and vinaigrette. Add in the soft, fresh bread of theirs and you have a good feast on your hands. They are reasonably priced, prompt, and they have their own chips too! Or you can get a giant pickle. Freaky Fast Disappointment... So I asked for the hot peppers on the side and they said they couldn't do it, so I asked if they could put them on top and wrap up the sandwich. They said they would not. I fail to understand how, in the same wrapper as the sandwich is some monumental feat. I like hot peppers but take medication that makes it tough to eat hot things so I always get them on the side and add them as I can handle them. This location does it sometimes but others times it's an issue? And I've never had this issue at any other sandwich shop. I'm crazy about looking up nutrition facts and 90% of Jimmy Johns sandwiches are definitely not great on the health-o-meter. I've ordered just the plain turkey sandwich a couple times. Hold the mayo and you are stuck with a dry sammy with just turkey, lettuce, tomato, and sprouts. I'm sorry, but for the price, I'd rather make my own. There's not a variety of additional toppings you can add unfortunately. The amount of meat you get on the sammy is nice....way better than Subway. The service is fairly fast. read more

It's a sandwich shop, so what can I say, really? - I wouldn't recommend getting french bread with a larger sandwich. The meat is too much for it and it slips out. - The ice is the best ice EVER. - They don't automatically cut your sandwich in half, so if you want to save some for later I'd just ask for it sliced. - I don't really like BBQ chips, but theirs are tasty. - Affordable and WAYYYY better than Subway. I went here because my mom wanted it. I have always hated it here from crappy service to small portions and a personal incident involving my disabled family member a year ago... My sandwich was disappointing to say the least. It looked disgusting. It felt like it was missing condiments and I'm just tired of being disappointed every time I come here. My office has someone order from there daily, and I am a regular. Due to limited healthy options in our area and short lunch times, this is the only place that delivers to us with diabetic options like lettuce wraps. Used to LOVE this place. In a year of ordering at least twice a month, I had ONE complaint. I got a lettuce wrap with rotten lettuce. I called, the manager stated he would send me a free wrap the next order. GREAT! However, when I called, the new manager was rude as heck, didn't pull up my online profile to see that I was a consistent regular or what my wrap had in it. He treated me as if I was trying to steal or something!!! My address alone should have brought up the hundreds this building spends per month!!!!!! Then, he sends me the completely wrong thing to be funny... I chucked it up.. one problem in a year isn't bad.. but then...the ordering prices go up so I have to order 2 things for delivery, which being diabetic... there is nothing else I want or can eat!!!!!! still stayed... NOW I have received 3 wraps in a row where the sandwich is MUCH smaller than it is supposed to be.. Way to go new management.. We've been have sandwiches delivered to our home for the last two months... fantastic food, has always been prompt, (even though they had an extra number in our house number). They (their manager specifically) ruined all of that today, and we will never go back. Home sick from work, called to have a sandwich delivered (which is not at all out of the norm) and was told by their manager that they won't deliver here, due to us being out of the delivery range. SERIOUSLY?!! No matter that they've been delivering here for over a month (we average twice a week), and no matter that we consistently tip the drivers a minimum for $5 each time, "we're out of their delivery zone, and there's nothing that they can do about it". When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told the man on the line was the manager, and had he known his drivers were delivering here prior to the phone call today, he'd have never allowed it. Day late and a dollar short buddy. Your team set the standard, and you've now lost a regular customer from ever spending another dollar in your store. read more

I am only giving Jimmy John's two stars because of the service we received. I don't have a problem with the food, because it was pretty decent. I placed my order online with the expectation that the order would be ready when we got there. I waited and waited for the order status to click over to "ready", but it never did. After about 30-40 minutes of waiting, my husband went to pick up our order. The order was not ready. Really? After 30-40 minutes? It was not like the place was busy; when my husband arrived, there was only one person waiting to be served. The guy working behind the counter offered no apology, acted like he couldn't care less. A very nice sandwich, comparing well to Subway. The bread is crisper - could be good or bad depending on what you like. Think 'french bread' instead of 'sandwich bread' and you're in the neighborhood for texture. The ingredients are fresh and tasty. Extras can be ordered, probably should be - extra meat has a price, but might be worth it, but if you order a sub that comes with veggies, extras of the veggies don't cost anything. I find that just that makes for a much more solid, tasty sandwich. This is not Subway and they won't ask you what you want as they go along - state it up front with the order. What they will do is make it very quickly and neatly and correctly (even if, like me, you order a particular sandwich without some of the standard veggies and extras of the others and...). Less than a minute from order to sandwich. They are not on a driveway to the road and, while they can be seen from the road they are not easy to spot if you don't already know where to be looking. read more
