My husband is a huge Vietnamese coffee fan and loves anything with Pandan and salted foam. So when he found out about this place, we had to drop by! The shop is near the Tigard Costco, so it was easy to find. The parking in front was easy but could be a little limited. Cup Coffee is cute and small, and doesn't have a lot of seating. However it was pretty chill on this Saturday morning so it's not an issue. Also a lot of people seemed to take theirs to go. They have many items on their menu, so I'd recommend looking thru before ordering. We ended up getting a Pandan Vietnamese Coffee and a Salty Cream Matcha and they were both yummy. My husband likes his Pandan Coffee and really enjoyed the foam. I like my matcha as well, however I ordered 25% sugar but the salty cream was still quite sweet, so I might go 0 percent next time. My husband wants to try the banana cream and coconut coffees next time we visit. Overall we liked the coffee here and the staff were very friendly, would totally recommend it!

limited parking, person taking orders was rude to my friend when ordering his drink. Oreo matcha smoothie with boba was yummy which sucks because the vibe was just very unwelcoming.

So happy this place is so close to me! Now I can get my matcha and Vietnamese coffee fix quickly. I opted for the banana cream matcha hot, which was perfect for the cold rainy weather. My friend got the Ube matcha, which also looked so creamy and good! They were friendly and fast and looked like a lot of regulars stop by. Can't wait to try coffee next time!

The biscoff vietnamese coffee I ordered was amazing with perfect amount of sugar and coffee flavor was strong. Perfect for a nice sunny day. The server on the other hand was rude and clearly did not want to be there. I was curious to know sesame foam, so I asked and he said "it's sesame foam". Uhhh? That experience along with extremely tight parking bogged down my impression.

Ordered the matcha latte, ube & strawberry. Matcha was not grainy and had good flavor. The cashier was friendly. Cute little coffee & boba shop.

Environment: It was a small and simple place. There's not a lot of parking but there is a bathroom in there along with some seats and small table. Staff: he was nice and apologized as he was the only one working that day but we totally understand! Drink: I got a Vietnamese coffee with less sweet ($5.75). It was surprisingly incredibly strong which was great! Even when the ice melted, the coffee flavor was still strong and present. My friends got their flavored matcha drinks and they enjoyed it very much, too! They have a stamp card, btw!

Exciting to have a Vietnamese coffee spot in this area! It's a tiny shop with limited parking, so it's more of a pick up and go type of cafe. Their menu ranges from Vietnamese coffee items to regular coffee and tea and matcha drinks, so there's bound to be a drink for everyone to try. We got the Salted Cream Coffee and Ube Coffee to try. Both had very strong coffee flavor, which is distinct of Vietnamese coffee and they used condensed milk in their coffee instead of milk creamers, which is also authentic. Both of the cream toppings weren't enough to tone down the strong coffee taste. I'd like to try their other drinks, especially the matcha.

I ordered the pandan coffee and the flavor was amazing! The coffee flavor was strong and really punched through the cream and the coconut flakes on top were a really nice touch. My only critique is that it was a bit too sweet for my taste but that was my fault because I didn't ask for it to be less sweet. Would definitely come back to try more flavors and fulfill my caffeine cravings! Very nicely close to Costco so I think this will make it into my grocery routine. Parking was a bit difficult to find however since it is located in an apartment building. Street parking around the area was a bit limited but I didn't mind the walk. The space is small and intimate, definitely not a spot to stay for a while and catch up with friends and also not suited to do work. A great quick stop for some viet coffee though!

One of my favorite matcha spots I discovered this place a couple weeks ago and have already earned my first free drink. This should tell you how I feel about this place. If you're a matcha lover, come here. I've had their matcha smoothie and matcha with a ube cream top--delicious. Their blender is excellent because the ice is so fine that the drink is more enjoyable than other boba spots with crunchy ice. Every sip is like creamy perfection. You can change the level of sweetness too. For me, I love that taste of less sweet but creamy matcha. My daughter loves their Oreo smoothie. Good prices. Good service. Clean and modern interior. Parking may be tough at certain hours because it's located at an apartment. We come here often because it's close to our climbing gym.

I was so excited to see a coffee/matcha place in Tigard! This place is part of an apartment complex so parking is super limited. I came at 11am on a Wednesday and was lucky to find one spot. I tried their salted cream matcha latte. They hand whisk their matcha to order and I really appreciated the giant heaping scoop of matcha they added. But unfortunately the matcha flavor was not strong and my drink tasted watered down. I was also sad to find that my salted cream was barely salted. I won't be trying their matcha again but will have to come back for their coffee drinks!

When I first heard about this place, I knew I had to go. I was so glad I got to try it because it might be my new favorite spot! We ordered an ube and pandan matcha. We LOVED our drinks. I saw that they whisk their matcha, which was a huge plus! The flavors were so authentic and love that they have Asian-inspired flavors in their drinks. I really love that they have fruit teas, milk teas, Vietnamese coffee, regular espresso, matcha, smoothies, and boba. They literally have everything that you're hoping for in a coffee/boba shop. The shop itself was well decorated with plants, it has such a cozy vibe. I can see myself doing some work here since they have a restroom that is convenient for customers. The only downside is that it is a particularly small space with bar-like seating. It could be good if they added other small tables for solo or couple seating. I'll definitely be back to try their other drinks. They also have loyalty cards which aren't too common nowadays so I'm excited to collect stamps to redeem a free drink. I'm hoping they'll add a banana pudding matcha as a special in their menu one day!

Amazing drinks and friendly service! The establishment itself is smaller than I expected, with around 6 stools to sit. The amount of natural lighting coming in did help make the space seem more open. The simplistic yet modern decor was a nice touch to the space. The person working at the POS had a kind demeanor and was patient while I was looking through the menu. He was bringing out the drinks to the other customers after their drinks were ready so that was pleasant to see. When my order was ready, he inquired if I needed a drink carrier or a drink bag. The drinks were made to order, while I watched vicariously as the other employee was using a chasen to whisk the matcha. I also noticed a sign that stated boba wasn't ready until 11:30 when the place opens at 10 - another indication that the boba pearls were being made fresh each day. I ordered the egg cream coffee less sweet and it tasted delicious. The egg cream had a nice velvety consistency and added a rich, creamy sweetness to the coffee. The ube foam had a much more viscosity so I wasn't able to incorporate it well with the matcha while sipping from the lid.

It's bright from the windows and welcoming. The baristas were very nice and patient. I never felt rushed or felt annoyance from the folks behind the counter. That particular location is a bit out of the way for me, but luckily they have several locations around the Portland area. For my caffeine fix, I got an apple strudel latte with oat milk. My first cup tasted like bananas so I first checked the description and it didn't say banana in it. The person behind the cash register saw my quizzical look and asked me if everything ok. They were very kind and offered to remake my drink. Unfortunately, they made the orange chocolate drink for my remake and so had to remake the drink a third time. My drink still tasted like bananas and I decided to just not follow up. There is a banana drink on their menu and I'm curious if there was just a cross of flavors from the things they used behind the counter somehow, like if the apple syrup is housed in something that used to be for the banana flavor. I'm not a banana person so I really did not enjoy this drink. I can tell the coffee itself is good, but I can't get over the banana. I also got a breakfast melt sandwich. It was cheesy, eggy, and the bread had a nice crunch while still being soft on the inside. Good sandwich, nothing out of the ordinary. I appreciate the packet of cholula on the side.

The display cases of pastries and cakes look amazing. We did try some strawberry shortcake (not pictured) and it was delicious and moist and not overly sweet. The sandwiches did feel a bit overpriced for what you get and my cream cheese pastry but did not enjoy it because it lacked enough cream cheese and he was disappointed.
