Caramel Milk Tea Dragon Fruit Lemonade

Every drink is amazing, customizable, and the service is great. Best boba place in Oregon!

I was always a bit wary of this place because of the name, but it's a legit mom and pop shop. They have some unique offerings with Yakult and yogurt. Avocado yogurt: While pleasant, it mostly tasted like yogurt. Granted, avocado doesn't really have a strong flavor, but I wish there was more. They do use fresh avocado. Maybe it's because I got it 1/2 sweet? Passion fruit yakult with passion fruit jelly: nice and refreshing and plenty sweet at 1/2 sweetness. The space is sparse, but there are a few games and small tables inside. Service is friendly, and they have a buy 9, get 10th free punch card.

I I honestly was not expecting much from this place, but they're dragon fruit yogurt drink was really good. You can taste of dragon fruit, but the yogurt is really strong so you get a really good creamy drink. My wife didn't like her drink though. She ordered oolong tea but it didn't have any hint of tea flavor. The service was fine and the decor is pretty minimal but had some demon slayer decorations. Works for me.

I'm leaning towards 3.5 points. Environment: it's a fairly long place as it was narrow but a long rectangular area so there were tables on the side of the wall. There were board games if you wanted to drink and play! There was also lots of cute little boba pictures and stickers for decoration. Staff: friendly and gave me a punch card. I didn't know about the 10% so I will try that next time;p Drink: I got regular iced, half sweet oolong milk tea ($4.95). It took awhile for them to make as there were only two people making boba and the waiting line was a bit long. I thought my drink had an interesting pattern. When you drink it, it tastes like milk or water and then there's a small wave of oolong flavor and then it disappeared. I wish it had more oolong tea flavor. Not as strong as the other boba place where I get oolong milk tea. I wonder if they can strengthen it. I will visit and try again, am curious what the original milk tea tastes like.

WOW ! We were doing a grocery run and just saw them in passing . And in a very unusual to my usual Yelper self , I walked in without seeing any reviews . The vibe is very minimalistic and even though the store is big it doesn't have a lot of seating . I personally have never hung out at a boba place before anyways so it doesn't make or break my visit . For me Boba tea is always a to-go beverage . We were able to order right away and picked a slushie option -Mango slush with salted cheese. The name was intriguing but I did have my reservations . I was proven 100% wrong because the drink completely blew me away . The saltiness is mostly on the top layer and if you decide to use the cup side while drinking it hits you right away but if your prefer the straw , you get a hint of saltiness as and when you shake the drink . The Mango jelly went very well with the drink . There is an option to customize the ice and sweetness -both of which I did . Pricing is reasonable and the wait times were under 5 minutes .

YUM! Bobo Tea House is a welcome addition to the Safeway shopping center on 185th and Evergreen parkway in Tanasbourne. Today I ordered the strawberry & orange green tea and the peach lemon green tea. Both drinks were very tasty with fresh fruit. You can customize your ice and sugar amounts. The gentleman at the register who took my order was friendly and efficient. There were two other people behind the counter preparing the orders. Their menu offers a wide range of delicious drinks including fruit teas, yakult, milk teas, slushies, cloud fruit teas, yogurt and special milk. There are add ons including boba, pudding and assorted jellies. Bobo Tea House is open everyday from 12-9pm. I can't wait to try more items from their menu!

I was craving a Boba Milk Tea today and decided to stop in. It was very quiet, but I was impressed! The person working was working on a laptop towards the back of the restaurant at a table when I came in. They quickly rushed to the counter and told me about the alternative milks they offer, since I'm lactose intolerant. I was happy to hear that they have oat milk! The classic milk tea with oat milk and Boba Pearls was what I ordered, and I was impressed! The boba was perfectly chewy and there was plenty of ice. I'm sure this place is much busier during the summer. I will be back to try other flavors of tea and the avocado smoothie.

Consistently solid boba everytime! Friendly, family run location. Parking can be a bit tricky due to the Trader Joe's next door.

What I wasn't fine with was waiting over 30 minutes for a single drink. There were 5 or 6 people behind the bar, so I expected reasonably paced service. Instead, the whole place seemed to be running in slow motion. Maybe they were still recovering from an early rush ( I was there around 10am), but it showed. Our order got messed up, we had to remind the baristas what we'd ordered, and the energy from the staff was pretty cold throughout. The final straw: our drink was presumably forgotten. Multiple people who ordered after us got their drinks first. I eventually had to walk up to the bar, point behind the counter, and explain that we'd been waiting and my mom was sitting in the car. For a lot of people, going out for coffee is a treat; It certainly is for me as a student. When you're spending that money, you'd hope for at least decent service. Unfortunately, this visit was the opposite of that expectation.

My flat white with almond milk was excellent, and my son's hot chocolate even came topped with what looked like chocolate-flavoured whipped cream, which he loved. He also had an egg and cheese bagel and a chocolate espresso cookie, while I was especially impressed by the gluten free breakfast cookie. The baristas were friendly and effortlessly cool, and the whole place has a great vibe. It is a little on the pricey side, but I would happily visit again. Thank you!

At this point I've tried a number of things here and every one of them were delicious! The Japanese pancakes were so fluffy and fun, called ahead just to make sure they could make them right after opening but couldn't get through. THEY CALLED ME BACK IMMEDIATELY!! I have never had a food place care enough to actually call back if they miss a call. I was so happy with the pancakes too, nicely made and yummy. Their tiny cakes are all perfect too, I'm in love with each one especially the PDX rose! So bright and flavorful, with a beautiful outside that matches its taste! Can't forget the Japanese Cream Cheese Bun, it's soooooo good and the price matches the taste (aka good price for a good dessert). Not too sweet but still delicious! Just gotta make sure you eat it fresh, forgot to eat my last one for an hour and it got dry but still had its yummy taste. I super recommend this place!!

I added breakfast to this place while they visited me for a few days. We called in our order as instructed on the website. Unfortunately no Boba was available for on the pancakes. When we arrived I was disheartened to find the place rather small either intense heat of a bakery, which made the lone table inside with a meandering fly the least bit welcoming. When adding drinks to our order, the lone man working there asked me a few times whether I really was ordering coffee for a child (and yes, she settled on a mocha when it was determined he only knew how to sprinkle matcha powder on the pancakes, and hadn't a clue as to their application to drinks). My grandson ordered their 'special hot chocolate' which pretty much tasted like watered-down Ovaltine. We sat outside to eat and after a few bites and finding these were nothing like the fluffy Japanese pancakes they'd expected, we threw away $44 worth of what was supposed to be a pleasant breakfast experience. I guess this was a life lesson for the kids, that our expectations aren't always met. And I want to prevent any other adults from making the same mistake I did in taking my business there!

You can order at the kiosk so you can see the pictures but we ordered with the staff at the counter. They were so helpful and made sure our mango smoothie with pearls was decaf tea for the kids (since they use real tea for all their drinks!) You can adjust ice, sweetness, and your toppings for the drinks. I've actually been dreaming about the Basil Popcorn Chicken since the last time I've had it at another location and this definitely hit the spot! It was a generous portion for around $12 and you can adjust spice level from 1-4. It came out piping hot, super crispy, very juicy and perfectly seasoned. You MUST get this when visiting! We also got both flavors of the Egg Puff waffles to try and the kids loved them. They were freshly made, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Easily breakable so plenty to share with everyone. The mango smoothie was cold and refreshing and the boba pearls were ON POINT! Definitely one of the best I've had - the right amount of chew and sweetness and you can tell it's great quality. The only thing they were lacking was that they didn't have a high chair available for my baby for dining in. But definitely come support this local business and don't forget to get the Basil Popcorn Chicken!!
