We came here for boba and lunch on a Monday around noon and we were the only people there (2 adults 3 kids 1 baby) They had two entrances front and back and there were seating along the L shape including window bar top and 2 or 4 people tables. Prices were reasonable between $5.50-$8 for the drinks plus extras for the add-on toppings ($.95-$1.25) and great food and snack options too. You can order at the kiosk so you can see the pictures but we ordered with the staff at the counter. They were so helpful and made sure our mango smoothie with pearls was decaf tea for the kids (since they use real tea for all their drinks!) You can adjust ice, sweetness, and your toppings for the drinks. I've actually been dreaming about the Basil Popcorn Chicken since the last time I've had it at another location and this definitely hit the spot! It was a generous portion for around $12 and you can adjust spice level from 1-4. It came out piping hot, super crispy, very juicy and perfectly seasoned. You MUST get this when visiting! We also got both flavors of the Egg Puff waffles to try and the kids loved them. They were freshly made, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Easily breakable so plenty to share with everyone. The mango smoothie was cold and refreshing and the boba pearls were ON POINT! Definitely one of the best I've had - the right amount of chew and sweetness and you can tell it's great quality. And all the food I've tried so far have been great. The popcorn chicken plate with rice and green beans is a go-to meal for me as it's not only delicious, but fairly priced too. Sometimes this location gets very busy, but the employees are quick and efficient. They also have a stamp card program where you get a free drink after 10 stamps. T4 is a solid boba tea establishment that offers unique and fun food items. Service is prompt, and the quality is very good. I was finally able to try an egg puff (chocolate puffy waffle), and it was quite good. While it probably wasn't real butter that was used on the waffle iron, it sure tasted like it. I got a chocolate smoothie, which I'd never seen at any boba tea place before. While nice, it tasted exactly like cold hot cocoa as opposed to a chocolate ice cream sort of thing. The tapioca was perfectly cooked and tasted great. There are only a few tables inside, far too few for the number of customers that frequent the establishment. Love their bold, delicious tea flavors and fresh Boba! Their lilikoi (passion fruit) tea is my favorite, we also love their mango and lychee drinks. Our family frequents Boba tea shops, and this is one of our favorite spots ever. I love that we can customize ice and sugar levels. This review is for their minced pork over rice for about $11. When I first saw it, I was like seriously, 80% rice and then 10% green beans and 10% minced pork? Let me break it up: 1. Minced pork: that small amount of minced pork is salty enough that you need to eat all the rice. The flavor was good but it was on the saltier side. At other places where I had Taiwanese minced pork it's closer to 50:50. 2. Rice: though you get a bunch of rice, the quality of the rice was very nice. It had a slight chewy texture to it. I really liked the rice! I had plenty of rice at home but the quality was far better. 3. Green beans: you can tell it was slightly fried which gives that extra texture and flavor. It was good and the flavor was nice For the price you pay, I was thinking I'd get some pickled veggies and maybe a marinated egg...or half of one but got none of that. I chose calamari, sweet potato fries, and a honey green tea at 30% sweetness. Everything was tasty and pretty good except neither of us liked my tea. It tasted like honey flavored syrup in matcha vs real honey in green tea. The sweet potato fries arrived jammed in a wax paper bag and were slightly soggy because of that. And all the snacky things needed dipping sauces which teen said were not mentioned on the delivery service's menu. Teen broke out our bottle of sweet Thai chili and I got out some ketchup. ( if you are judging me , I cannot have chili or sriracha or anything like that at the moment. Sad.) This worked out fine. My kid even got some vegetable matter in the curry. Which is a win. T4 is a chain operation so there are several locations in the area. This one is located in the West Union Village Shopping center where Albertson's is found. They sell a variety of tea, smoothie and boba drinks in addition to some tasty snacks and rice entree meals. I've enjoyed several beverages from their menu and each one has been delicious. You can customize your beverage by choosing your ice content and sweetness level. There are a variety of add ons such as aloe, pearl, red bean and assorted jellies. There are a variety of snack items such as takoyaki, egg puff, curly fries, popcorn chicken, string beans and more! They also offer rice dishes accompanied by a variety of meat choices. The food items are all very good. Service has always been very friendly and helpful at this location. We are always greeted upon entering. Right now there is no indoor seating but there are a few tables outside. Most people seem to get their items to go. T4 is one of my favorite places for tea and I highly recommend this location. read more

I found T4 on DoorDash and so glad it appeared on my recommendation list! I ordered twice and got the Basil Popcorn chicken with the roasted oolong boba the first time (regular sugar and ice). The popcorn chicken is the best I have ever had - the basil enhanced the favor of the popcorn chicken. The boba wasn't too sweet and made the meal enjoyable overall! After a 5 star first experience, I ordered the Taiwanese minced pork rice with the royal fresh milk tea the second day. The milk tea is great, I liked it even more than the roasted oolong milk. The minced pork rice, however, is a bit salty. I will try out other items on the menu when I revisit in the future :) read more

Ordered a Taro milk tea with Grass Jelly and a Lychee Green Tea with Boba. I have previously ordered the Taro at 50% sweetness and light ice, and this time I opted for no ice. Not sure if it was no ice or the grass jelly, but the drink tasted a little bitter. Generally, I have not had this issue before, so perhaps it was a one-off situation. For the grass jelly, I would say that it is quite soft, but did not have the grass jelly flavor that I love. The lychee green tea tea was much better (also a recommended item on the menu). As someone from the Bay Area and going to school in Southern California, I can definitely say that this place is on par with the T4 locations back home. It might even be better than some. Since T4 is a chain, there is a certain standard that you can expect it to meet. This location has surpassed my expectations. Nothing too special, just your standard boba. But according to my cousins who actually live in Oregon, this is the best boba they've had there. Every time I visit, we go here at least five times and order a bunch of drinks. This is probably the best boba around here - super good milk teas without too much bitterness from steeping the tea in funny ways, their boba is chewy and delicious, they even have the agar boba which is the less chewy but more firm and white round jelly stuff. Super excited about this new location. I've been meaning to try this stores tea but their other locations were too far out. I was also a little apprehensive because the reviews for some of their other locations aren't great. For grand opening I think they did excellently. Orders were made efficiently, staff was nice despite the busyness. They have a very extensive menu of both drinks and snacks, which is awesome. I got the taro milkshake plus boba. Again, I was a little worried because another review said it was bad and grainy, but I really like taro do I went for it. It was great! I think what that review didn't realize is that this place seems to use real taro, so there are little chunks, unlike other shops that use powder. I was very impressed by the quality of the bubbles: perfectly chewy. Watching the drinks being made though, they seem to fill the cup at least 1/3 full with toppings - is that good or bad, undecided. My friend got the passion fruit smoothie, which was a bit too sweet for her but good. (You can definitely adjust sweetness of the milk teas, unsure about the blended drinks). We got hungry and went back in line for snacks. Pretty much everything is fried so if you're looking for something healthy, this is not your place. They do have more meal like options (ie meat and rice). The lobster balls were fine but unimpressive. They're just like any fried fish ball. The calamari was quite good though. Great place for a snack. The various teas and drinks are just different enough than your overly sweet bubble teas found everywhere. The sweetness is there, but not overpowering the other ingredients. I've been here several times. The tea is the same as you would get anywhere else. There is not much seating room and sometimes the lines get really long with lots of standup crowding at the door. The workers always seem stressed out which creates a needlessly tense atmosphere. I think they are trying to keep up with demand and maybe they are overworked?
