I was craving some taro milk tea and wanted to check out a new place. They're prices are about average but what really sets them apart is the HUGE menu! I could get something different everytime for months. We also got the bubble waffles, I think they were called egg puffs. We did chocolate (like a tasty waffle cone) and matcha, both were so yummy! Poor customer service. Employees did not seem to care about customer service and not informing me of the additional charge for the substitution of their standard tapioca pearls. I was not aware of the charges until after I got into my car. they were out of the standard boba. So, I was asked to substitute with amber boba ( brown sugar tapioca) which cost a dollar. However, the employee did not inform me of the charges and they were short of amber boba. I only received little to no amber boba of the standard amount with an additional mixture of a lot smaller tiny tapioca pearls. The employees who handled the situation were rather lacking and disappointing. Going to T4 was a regrettable mistake. read more

We've been here 30+ times since they've opened, practically every other day (if not daily) in summer and still 1-3x per week during the dark, rainy season. Super convenient location, part of my dog park routine haha. Consistent is so-so, but that's what I'd expect with new rotating high school students working there. I prefer T4 over Kung Fu & Milk+T (& didn't think much of the new Happy Lemon either).
