Preserved Egg & Pork Congee 皮蛋瘦肉粥 Jianbing 煎饼果子 Fried Dough Bar 油条

The cutest little Asian spot. Really great prices. Really kind staff. Amazing flavors.

Environment: There are small tables and it's mostly self-served. Staff: hear me out, yes it's mostly self served but the server was very nice, checked on us, friendly, and apologized to us for being a bit slower because of all the orders. We thought she was the owner because she was so kind and welcoming! Food: Everything was made to order so it took more time. 1. Handmade pork dumplings ($10.95). Very good and juicy. You don't need any sauces, it was flavorful enough! 2. Chinese style postickers ($10.95). When you first eat it it was very good and it was super pretty. The downside was that the wrapper got hard very quick and became stiff and hard to eat. 3. Beef brisket noodle soup ($11.95). Very good, the soup was nice and piping hot, the beef was tender, and the noodle's texture was very good. 4. Popcorn chicken ($8.95). Very good! Not spicy (there's a dipping sauce for it), very juicy and great texture and the batter was light and crispy! The downside was that it's hard to find parking but the food was good and the area was clean! The tea was also very good, it's not something that I would say often. Portions were also very reasonable, too.

It's still my top go to for congee craving, especially when fall and winter are here and coming for us PNW folks. The price is still very affordable compared to most. They cleaned up the inside a bit, more tables, and TV with talent music channel. Services are improved and friendlier. Complementary hot tea. My visit last week was $21.50 total with: beef brisket noodles, plain congee, and fried dough. The beef brisket was tender and alright. Broth was on a sweet and bland side. I ordered it because I wanted the braised egg! Two small bunch of bok choy. Left over of the noodle and congee were still decent reheated in microwave. A bit of water built up top for the congee and easy pulled out for thicker texture. Plenty of street parking beside their own limited lot in the back. Restroom has toilet seat covers.

Wonderful restaurant with authentic dishes. Menu is somewhat limited, but they do an excellent job with each food item. I would recommend the snow pea leaves and the popcorn chicken, soo tasty especially with their signature sauces on the side (free of charge). The housemade garlic sauce is my absolute favorite to include with the popcorn chicken. Occasional noise from the open kitchen, and C-Pop music played from the TV. The place is clean and tidy.

Me and my boyfriend LOVE this place ! And have been back like 3-4 times in the past few months I live in Washington but it's definitely worth the little drive here , the staff are always extremely friendly and helpful and have great customer service, it's a smaller place but there is room for multiple groups and it's pretty cute and always has music playing , the food is super good it's a medium size menu but we haven't tried anything we don't like ! If you're looking for a Chinese restaurant this is definitely my recommendation! It tastes real , and made with care !

this place was so good! you order at a kiosk that is right by the door, then you can seat yourself. the parking lot is pretty small, but we were the only people there when we arrived, so it was fine. this is a nice little cozy shop that feels like comfort. we ordered a ton of food because everything sounded so delicious. jianbing -- this was my favorite! there was a fried wonton wrapper wrapped inside and that added such a nice and crunchy texture. we added beef to it to make it a well balanced nutritious dish. pork pocket(?) i forgot the name -- also very good. my second favorite. had a nice pan fry that made it so yummy. xiao long bao -- not the best that i've had. the first one was pretty good, but the second one had no liquid in it. i'm not sure if that was because we let it cool down too quickly? steamed vegetables -- delicious as always wonton noodle soup -- it was fine but i didn't like how the meat was very dense. i usually don't go for meatballs with this texture, so it wasn't all that to me. also, the noodles were all stuck together so it was really hard to eat. i definitely want to come back here and show this place to my family

We had our food delivered, so I cannot speak to the cleanliness or friendliness of the staff. The food was ready and delivered on time. We ordered the Sesame Sauce Noodles, Steamed Buns, Jianbing, Homemade Dumplings, Chicken dumpling, Beef Brisket Rice and Rougamo. The dumplings were definitely the highlight of the meal with the beef brisket rice a close second.

Came here again to try a few more dishes. Had to order their jian bing (vegetarian by default) again since it was so good the first time. And wow, it was our favorite item again this time too. Also tried their vegetarian dumplings (a little on the sweet side so needs to be paired with sauce) and wonton noodles (non-veg). I love that their dumplings are handmade and you can tell the quality of the skin fold since the top portion is easy to chew. Wonton noodles were delicious and the wontons were high quality and packed tight. Broth was light and flavorful and they give a lot of thin egg noodles. However they didn't have red vinegar available to eat with the wontons so maybe I'll bring my own next time! Will definitely need to come back and try a couple more dishes (and eat jian bing again)

The food was good here. Instead of someone taking your order, there is a kiosk where you input your order and pay for the meal. Ordered the meat pies, the meat pockets, and a fried vegetable for an afternoon snack. The dough for the pies and pockets tasted homemade and very fresh. A small restaurant near PCC. Park at Fubonn's shopping mall and walk here.

We got the beef brisket noodle soup, soup dumplings (xlb), and the jianbing to share. I would come back for the noodle soup!! The meat was so tender, but the broth was a bit on the saltier side. It was still good though, a hearty dish. I thought the soup dumplings were okay, not enough flavor for me. The jianbing was interesting, it was my first time having it, but I would come back to try different things. You order via QR code, and the food comes out pretty quick.

    xiaolongbao

Love this place! Food & service is amazing. Food is made upon order so comes hot & fresh. The xiaolongbao are delicious. I 100% recommend!

    Jennifer U.

This is such a great place to have warm soft comfort food on a chilly, rainy day. The staff is amazing and very friendly. We ordered a little bit of everything. Massive flavor explosion. I don't usually order sweet beverages with meals however they let you choose the sweetness going to 25% sweet! I chose 50% sweet for the strawberry drink and it was delicious however next time I'm going for the 25%. That drink really went well with the meal I'm hooked. I've also never had steamed sugar snap pea greens before and wow! I can't wait to go back

    Xaiolongbao Xiaolongbao 小笼包

Promised hand made Xaiolongbao. Served nasty, tasteless, soupless factory made things. Not even hot. I gave them away to a houseless person. And feel kinda bad about it. Promised crab puffs. Served over salted cream cheese puffs. Not a hint of any crab flavor. They were warm and crispy.

There is plenty of seating there and It looked like there was a space for live music and string lights - probably a fun spot to grab dinner in the evening. We came for lunch and ordered the chao mian with chicken (spicy) and bian bian noodles (spicy). The noodles are cooked to order and we were served quickly. The serving sizes are huge. Neither one of us could finish ours. We'll likely order one dish to split next time, and that'd still probably be more than enough. The flavor of the chao mian was a bit lackluster. It was savory with a soy sauce flavor base, but got a bit repetitive with each bite. It was decently spicy and texture was there with the veggies, but I wish there was a way to customize with more spice or vinegar to taste. The bian bian noodles were more flavorful and also spicier. Fun noodle texture. There are also other vendors in the garden so you can pair a dessert, drink, or side with your meal while staying in the same area. Overall, a filling meal for a good price! Would come again to try their beef noodle soup.

Since we had our dog with us, we ordered everything to go and enjoyed it back at our hotel just down the street. Just a heads up if you're planning the same, there wasn't any outdoor dining available. Being from the SF Bay Area, one of the first things we looked for was Har Gow and Siu Mai, but they weren't labeled the way we're used to. After asking, we found out the Crystal Shrimp Dumplings are their Har Gow, and the Shrimp Siu Mai contains pork, which was exactly what we were looking for. We ordered two of each. We also ordered two Beef Chow Fun, Combination Fried Rice, Eggplant with Minced Pork, Sweet & Sour Spare Ribs, and three pear sodas. The dim sum absolutely hit the spot. The Har Gow and Siu Mai were well seasoned, nicely prepared, and exactly what we had been craving. The Beef Chow Fun was another winner. We were glad we ordered two because we found ourselves reaching for it more than the fried rice. The Eggplant with Minced Pork was also delicious. The eggplant was cooked perfectly -- tender without becoming mushy -- and the seasoning was right on point. I'm also glad we changed our order from the House Special Spare Ribs to the Sweet & Sour Spare Ribs. Unlike many versions, these weren't battered and fried, so the pork maintained a great texture while still being coated in a flavorful sweet and sour sauce. One unexpected favorite was the pear soda. It's made with Asian pear, so the flavor is much lighter and more refreshing than the sweeter pear sodas we're used to. The only hiccup? They're bottled with a traditional cap, and since we were staying in a hotel, we quickly realized we didn't have a bottle opener. Let's just say we got a little creative. One thing I really appreciated was that the staff noticed our large takeout order and packed it thoughtfully. They included six extra takeout containers, plenty of forks, chopsticks, and napkins, which ended up being incredibly helpful since we were eating in a hotel room with no paper plates or utensils. It's a small gesture, but one that definitely didn't go unnoticed. Overall, we were really happy with our meal.
