This Starbucks can do so much better if the baristas put more care in the coffee the same way they put energy in customer service. Several times now, my coffee tasted flat despite the optional syrups added because they didn't bother to stir it. All the extras sat in the bottom of the cup. Like, really??? The customer service, as described by others, SUCKS. Their mother duck that serves has a bad attitude and is unorganized. Overall this location has.....Unacceptable appearance, cleanliness was sub par, signage was school grade at best, and the worst part was my drink. I meant to write this review a couple of days ago, please forgive me. Are usually do mobile orders and pick it up on my way to work, because it's so convenient and I love that Starbucks offers this option. A couple of days ago their mobile order system was down, and the Starbucks team that Day handled it so incredibly well I was impressed. As soon as I got in the door, and employee greeted me and explain the situation and showed me where to go to check in for my mobile order. You can tell that the staff were working their butts off to get everything done in a timely manner. Not one of the employees seemed overwhelmed, stressed, or mad at the situation. It was really nice to see how well they worked together, to give their customers the best experience. Of course it was a minor inconvenience in the morning, but The way the team handled it made all the difference. Not including this day, every time I come here all employees are so warm and welcoming. They've got a great system for mobile orders, and they're very diligent about getting everything out on time. I always feel respected, and I love the atmosphere here. read more

The customer service that I had received here was incredibly rude. I can name one barista in particular who made my experience here horrible, Anna. Anna was very rude upon ordering and once I got my drink I noticed that it was made incorrectly. Anna was not pleased that I brought this to her attention and she told me I'd have to wait for my Drink (cold brew- yeah just a cold brew; nothing special), because they were busy and had more people in front of me. Location, location, location! This is your average Starbucks as far as the layout and the coffee they serve, I mean, it's about the same everywhere I go. This place however is 2 blocks from mi casa, has nice outdoor seating, and is located near tons of places to get good food and other activities. I usually stop in here to meet up with a friend or get a quick jo before I go about my day. The downside is that this location doesn't have a drive-thru, which can be good and bad. It's good in that it doesn't create a ton of unnecessary traffic through the parking lot, and bad that it lacks convenience. Don't go to this "Starsucks". It's only a popular hangout because it is the closest one to this area. The next one is about a couple of miles down the road. I always get inconsistent coffee here. I only go sometimes if I'm desperate. Today was one of them. Today, I ordered a Venti Egg Nog Latte. Venti means 20 oz in Italian, right? How come I only get 16 oz of drink? Then, to top it off, there is no egg nog in my drink. It just tastes like coffee with milk in it. So, I pay $5 for a venti egg nog latte and get a $2 grande coffee with milk. Im not so sure about this location. The parking is a cluster and its always ridiculous crowded inside with no sense of order. It also seems unkept inside and dirty. The garbages are always overflowing and tables are dirty. This location is close to my hospital so I do a lot of coffee runs for my department. This Starbucks never seems to be stocked properly so good luck getting a drink carrier. Have you ever tried to carry out 4+ drinks with no carrier? Then trying to find enough cup holder in your car to fit them? Its not fun at all. read more

The staff is always friendly and will remember your name if you frequent it enough. Parking is like going musical chairs so be aware. I like this Starbucks because I can almost always find a place to sit (unlike many other Starbucks in the area) and for the most part the staff is very friendly and nice. I would agree with the other review that their coffee and drinks are very inconsistent. Its either really good....or it sucks. My biggest problem with this Starbucks is most of the time I go to grab the half and half it isn't there. I usually go in the morning about 45 minutes after they've opened so its not like they are refilling it or anything. They just haven't put it out. Then I have to wait for someone to come from the back to ask for it, or for the employees to finish their conversation amongst themselves. Also, a lot of Starbucks are good about giving out free drink cards if you wait too long or they mess up your order. I have never gotten a free drink card from this location. I am a regular customer at this location (because its on my way to work) and not long after they've just opened I've had to wait for them to make more of the dark roast coffee. You JUST opened and now you're making me wait on my way to work!? A free drink card would have been nice. read more

The only thing that this Starbucks has going for it is their exceptional staff. No drive thru, terrible parking lot, and typical Starbucks unwelcome seating would normally cause me to never visit this location (and I live directly across the street). It is the staff that keeps me coming back. I would say that the morning staff is much more engaging and personable than the evening crew. Pros: Great staff. Cons: Parking, uncomfortable seating, closes early. read more

This is hands down the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I was in this morning, and it was super busy and packed. I ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and my coffee. I waited over twenty minutes to get either. The half and half was empty on the bar, so I told them they were out. When I turned around, another customer was so close to me that they knocked my drink clear out of my hand. It went all over the floor, so I let the baristas know there was a spill and and remade my drink for me. Well little did I know, my drink was made completely wrong. I got a few miles down the road and took a sip from my coffee and it tastes disgusting. I wasn't going to turn around because I had already waited half an hour to get my first coffee. Once I got home, I got the cream cheese on my bagel, took a bite and my bagel was STALE. After waiting for that long, having my first coffee ruined and then the replacement be wrong, man am I pissed that my whole order is disgusting. What a waste of ten dollars!!! read more
