The staff were all very nice and they served sandwiches for lunch and breakfast along with a variety of hot and cold drinks, but right off the bat, I had to try the dark chocolate mocha and I picked wisely. Not too sweet and you can definitely taste the dark chocolate. It was so good! Lots of room to sit down with plenty of small tables and a large community table. It was a rainy day, but there is also lots of outside seating and a beautiful mural to state out while having your drink. Parking is a bit tight at times as it's downtown Tigard, but we managed to find something nearby. Great place to have a conversation with friends it even get some work done. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Ziggi's Coffee in Sherwood. Unfortunately, this…read moreis the second time I've had issues here, and after today, I won't be coming back. I ordered three drinks, and the problems started right away when I was overcharged. Thankfully, they corrected the price after I pointed it out. I was also under the impression that a Create Your Own Blender didn't include espresso shots because that's what a manager had previously told me a few months ago. Today I found out it actually comes with two shots already, so I had paid for two extra shots that I didn't need. Then the drink order itself was wrong. My son received his small drink, but when they handed me my drink, it had caramel drizzle on top. I explained that my Campfire Blender comes with chocolate drizzle, not caramel, and that it looked like I had been given the wrong drink or the wrong size. Instead of listening, an employee in the back argued with me, insisting it was the correct drink. At that point, I was frustrated and simply asked for a refund. Instead of processing it, the employee continued arguing about the drinks. I repeatedly said, "I just want my money back," but it felt like no one was listening. During the entire interaction, the male employee kept responding with "mmhmm," "yeah," and "okay" while I was speaking, which came across as dismissive and made it feel like he was not actually listening to what I was saying. After several minutes, I was handed a refund receipt for only $5.70, even though I was owed $12.40. When I questioned it, I was told they couldn't print another receipt. They printed another slip showing the same amount, and I still wasn't given the full refund I was owed. It was incredibly frustrating and made me feel like my concerns didn't matter. On top of that, I feel the employees working that morning should either go through additional training or be reconsidered for their positions, because they were not friendly and did not handle the situation professionally. At one point, we were even told not to get upset. I'm sorry, but anyone would get upset when they are not being properly refunded after repeatedly asking for it. Customer service is about listening to your customers and resolving issues professionally, not arguing with them or dismissing them. This entire experience was stressful, unnecessary, and left me feeling completely disappointed. This is now the second bad experience I've had at this location, and it's enough for me to take my business elsewhere. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this location to others based on the poor customer service and how this situation was handled.

This review goes out to all the uniquely named people out there, who never could find your names on keychains in gift shops and had substitute teachers mispronounce your names: Websters Dictionary defines "Atrocity" as "an extremely wicked or cruel act, typically one involving physical violence or injury" but that does not even begin to approach the emotional travesty and social onslaughter that this Starbucks has continually demonstrated. My name is Jaxon. J. A. X. O. N. 5 simple letters. However, despite repeated negotiations, vocalizations of their wrongdoing and numerous attempts to contact Kevin Johnson (Their CEO), I have been oppressed, suppressed and labeled as "Jackson". Not once has my name been correct on my drink!! So, as a result, every time I take a sip of my delicious venti caramel macchiato I am reminded of the erroneous capitalistic corruption that erodes my individuality. Its this same degradation of names that leads to horrific things in society. One of the first things Hitler did was peel away peoples names and label them whatever he pleased so let me ask: How is Starbucks better than a Nazi? They continue to look at the Jaxons of the world and say they're Jacksons. Do not forget it. Rise up. Correct their misspellings. Otherwise, great customer service and phenomenal atmosphere to write an ironic yelp review read more
