Guess since they aren't local and small business. Will stop doing business with them. What a shame I really liked them. Perfect spot for your late-night refuel!…read more This place was surprisingly busy for 9pm on a Tuesday, and I can see why! Tasty drinks, plenty of treats to choose from, friendly service, and inviting indoor and outdoor seating. I was bummed that I had to take my order to go (and therefore didn't capture a great photo), but the drip coffee was STRONG, exactly the way I like it! I also tried both the cannoli and the Dad's Delight. The cannoli had more of a croissant-like texture than I was expecting, which was different but still tasty. Personally, I could've done without the sugar crystals on top, but that's just preference. The absolute STAR of the show, though, was the Dad's Delight! By golly, my mouth is salivating just thinking about it. Super moist, just the right amount of sweetness, and the perfect pistachio nuttiness. YUM! It might be called the Dad's Delight, but this mom was absolutely delighted to consume the entire thing and not share.

We got three flavors: strawberry whipped cream, tiramisu, and raspberry chocolate. Every one was delicious and beautifully decorated. Professionally made cakes are not cheap - these served 12 people each and cost about $49 per cake. Overall, their coffees and sandwiches are a bit high-priced which is why I'm not giving 5 stars. They have someone out taking orders and the line seems to be moving. I order a medium blue lagoon whipped lemonade for my husband and a medium soy, blended blueberry cobbler frozen latte for myself, and a sandwich. By the time I got to the window, it was only about ten minutes later. Again, with the size of the line, totally fine. But now it all goes wrong - I'm barely greeted, the staff is more concerned with saying goodbye to their teammate departing for the day than giving customer service or focusing on the actual orders. I had just signed up for the app (we just moved and I was planning on coming here more) and there had been a free drink in the app, I ask if I can apply it or if it's app only and the guy helping me doesn't respond, just tells me my new total, okay great it does work. I finally get my drink and I'm disappointed to see there's no blueberry drizzle like in the photos and taste it, it's weak flavored but whatever I'll live. They hand me the other drink and I leave, not realizing it's not a whipped lemonade. My husband tries it, and we realize there's bubbles, meaning they made it with Fuel.....for my husband who can't have caffeine. So frustrating. Be rude or be inaccurate, but don't be both. I'll just stick to Starbucks for a close by caffeine / fun drink fix.

The drinks were so smooth, and the orange bitters in the Nico Latte was delicious. The Rose Petal Latte was very floral, and both drinks had the perfect amount of sweetness for us.
