I've been a loyal Dutch customer for quite a while. Not only is the service exemplary, but the enthusiasm and excitement of the broistas when customers come through is a lot of fun. The broistas are always cheerful and ready to serve. They're always happy to customize your drink and make it exactly the way you want. Even when they have a long line, service times are great and you're holding your tasty Dutch beverage before you know it. I can't say enough good things about the Oak Street location. New to Oregon, I'm personally unfamiliar with Dutch Bros Coffee, although several years ago the hunnybunny and I did watch the "Undercover Boss" episode about the company. Today I happened on a DBC kiosk (shed?) in an out-of-the-way strip mall, saw the lined-up cars, and headed over to the walk-up window to investigate. "What's the story behind the coffee," I asked, "why should I buy this?" The barista replied with a delightful rendering of the tale of the founding of the company, and her coworker chimed in with the merits of a café that focusses on making connections with their customers, saying that some regulars remember and swing by to celebrate the workers' birthdays. That's cool. I didn't want all that milk, so I went with an Americano (as DBC is an espresso-based operation). It was good. Very good. No bitter notes. These guys were SO NICE nice and friendly since we visited as Oregon newbs! We only stopped by cause I don't think we have these in California. Never heard of them! Don't go there today. Was there for 30 minutes while they waited on 3 cars. Spent almost 10 minutes with one car while they showed each other pictures on their phones and took their sweet time while cars were piling up. When I got to the window and made mention that I had been there for 30 minutes a lovely rude little girl inside quickly snapped "it's snowing outside so we don't have to go out to take orders". It's not snowing and hasn't for three days. It's 22 degrees and beautiful out. Sidewalks are shoveled and clear of ice. You guys were however outside three days ago while it was snowing taking orders. This one employee is particularly rude and always has been. Honestly thought she was gone but I see she's back. I will not be returning to this store while she's there. I left without my coffee. read more

Excellent service! I tried a "Pocahontas" for the first time which is a drink off the secret menu. It is a caramel white chocolate mocha. AMAZING. I had the drink hot and it was magical. The worker was super nice and friendly. Way nicer than the staff in Hillsboro on 73rd. The staff here were able to direct me to where I can get the white chocolate covered coffee beans (YES!). They also have some complimentary ones to give to customers upon request. LOVE this location. read more

My boyfriend and I went to this Dutch today. We usually do not have a bad experience with Dutch but the person in front of us was in their car and when the girl handed her the drink she continued to talk for another 5 minutes because they were friends and they just talked about clothes and such. She saw us sitting there and she was very rude when handing back our change. All of the girls working seemed like they didn't want to work. read more

This location had excellent customer service! They were professional and prompt, and especially patient. I'm from California and they did not rush my aunt and I when we were ordering at the drive thru. I ordered an iced dirty macchiato, a mocha freeze, 2 coffees, and I can't recall what the 2 other drinks were, but we asked for a surprised latte, and it was delicious! read more

Great location, I was just there a few days ago, one guy was training 2 other employees and some old ladies were giving them some grief about it taking so long. ..one of the ladies actually left the drive through without taking her drink only to walk up a few mins later to pick it back up and complain. I don't usually give bad reviews. But today's bad service really ticked me off. Get in line at 11:30 they take our order at 11:40 finally get up to the window at 11:50. They try to give me the wrong order and then get one of the drinks wrong. There are six people working ,two at the windows taking cash and four making the drinks. I am ADDICTED to Dutch Brothers. I have to make it a special treat to drink their delicious coffee concoctions, otherwise my pants wouldn't fit anymore. The employees are always friendly and seem like they are having a blast, which is crazy to me because they are always SLAMMED. I really like all of the flavors they have and especially the special seasonal drinks. Red Velvet Mochas are my drug of choice right now, and during the winter months they have a caramel eggnog drink that will make anyone a coffee lover. read more

I'm hooked - powered by Dutch! I am a daily latte drinker .. hands down, their coffee is scrumbliumptcious ... it's not burnt or bitter. The options are great, and I like not having to request added shots (for added cost) like from the competitors (unnamed) ... the staff are consistent, hip, HAPPY and welcoming. For a long time I just went to Starbucks, not knowing about Dutch. Until one of my friends told me I would like it there. I am a very picky about what I eat and drink, I was never able to find anything that spoke to me at Starbucks. But going to Dutch for the first time I found something that sounded good so fast and them trying it fir the first time it felt like I was drinking the wrong thing my whole life. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The people had conversations with you as you waited for your drink. I read an article once on Dutch Bros and it said Dutch sells love and I strongly believe that. read more
