Like most locations - easy in and out. They are efficient but I would not recommend a hang out though Starbucks really are not that type of coffee shop. The parking lot is actually pretty small for the location so be careful. As an ADA individual, I had some guy with a huge security truck (I included the photos so you can see the parking lot) practically mow me down - basically his gigantic rig he backed into blocking most of the ADA parking relief section and then tore out so be careful since it was a whole lot people who seemed very abrupt like that going in and out of here in the morning though this spot is VERY popular. read more

Always love a drive through! This location always has a line but it moves fast. Those working here always offer a cheerful greeting and wish you a great day. If you plan on walking in to purchase a drink or to hang inside, do pay attention to the lobby hours. Due to lack of help, they close the inside mid day. We wanted to sit outside with an iced beverage on the first sunny day, but could not walk inside to get a drink. So I got in the car, went through the drive through, parked, and we sat on the patio. While we were there, more than a dozen people or cars of people parked and tried to enter the lobby. I felt like I worked for Starbucks as I told them the lobby was closed and offered them my workaround solution. After about 20 minutes, the patio was full which of course just attracted more people! Can't blame Starbucks...it's a sign of these crazy times where people don't want to work even though they were out of work for months during the pandemic. Personally I don't get it because I can't survive without a paycheck. read more

The speed at this location was insanely slow. Order a drip coffee, food was ready in 15 minutes, drip coffee I had to ask twice and it was finally up in 25 minutes. Manager Ryan is very rude and loud with his employees and coworkers! They also got my pike place incorrect. This Starbuck's is pretty new to us. There used to be a tiny Starbuck's in the strip mall next to Freddy's but it was not an easy in and out. That store is closed and a big new one is now in a building near Walker in the Freddy's lot that in the past housed a couple sad Indian restaurants. It is all gussied up and there is a drive thru. Sweet!! We have been in once. Friendly baristas, good seating, the usual setup. The place is busy. The drive thru has proved pretty speedy and Princess' pink drink ( the main reason we go here, also breakfast) has been spot on every time (unlike some other locations). All in all, a win. read more

This week Starbucks released a limited edition Swell water bottle from Lilly Pulitzer. I called a good dozen stores (this location is 40 minutes from home) and Steve answered not only did he confirm they had them in stock- he also put one of these coveted bottles behind the counter for me. Thanks Steve for taking the extra time to make my day! Also my Earl Grey tea was fabulous- just as I asked for it, prepared quickly. I love this location. The drive thru line is always super long but it goes by super fast and every time I'm here the employees working the drive thru are so kind and friendly! Although I've been to this location before, it was my first time going through the drive thru and it happened to be on a busy Saturday morning 7/22. The parking lot was very busy with cars and people so I accidentally bypassed the drive thru order system at the entrance after letting cars/people pass because I immediately and automatically moved behind the car I was following. Once I noticed my mistake I attempted to order on mobile drive thru but I was already with the barista by then. I immediately told her my mistake and was greeted with a blank stare and irritation. She then told me it was too busy to order my ONE drink and that she couldn't take my order at the station and I would either have to go inside or go back in the drive thru line because it was too busy. I told her I had already prepped my order online on the app but she told me it would take too long to print my order. As she was telling me it would take too long to print the order, I had already completed my order online, so I let her know and she was not happy. I then got my drink and felt absolutely horrible for feeling like a bad customer because I was given awkward stares and my apologies were not kindly received. I got my drink and left in a hurry to not hold up the line and was given the drink wrong and only a little over halfway full. Very unpleasant response to an innocent mistake. 0/10 read more

This location never has my order on time, nor do they get the order correct. They have 8 or more employees on duty. What is the point of having that many employees of none of them can take an order? Also, I would say 80% of the time they have good customer service when interacting with customers. With their orders......not so much. Hopefully, they can improve on their service to customers. I've come here multiple times and gotten drinks that have been completely fine / even good, however I would say about 50% of the time I come here at my drinks can't even be drunk because the coffee is so burnt in my latte. today I just threw away my latte because I didn't really think they would be able to remake it so it actually tasted good.they need to train employees hear better so they could pull the shots and not burn them. Other times it is pretty common for this location also the mess up your drink or to do something wrong for you to drink. This Starbucks is super convenient because it is right near my house and right near the grocery store. I typically order a standard Americano, and service has always been quick. Last week, I decided to change up my "normal order" and get a protein smoothie. After placing my order on the mobile app, I drove over to the Starbucks as usual and waited for it to be ready. 10 minutes later, it still isn't on the counter. I ask the barista, who looks at the order list and tells me she is working on it. They are busy, so I don't bug too much and sit down to wait. Another 10 minutes later, individuals who have come in after me are getting their orders, so I decide to ask again. This time, a different barista tells me that the smoothie was actually discontinued. At this point, I am frustrated that they didn't tell me when the order was first placed (or when I asked for the first time), causing me to wait for a drink that was never going to be made. I settle for a refund and 30 minutes of lost time. I've never had another negative experience here, so 3 stars for the consistency, but tip for future Starbucks visitors -- the protein smoothie is discontinued! read more

This Starbucks is conveniently located by the swimming pool across the street, making it convenient for the families of traveling swimmers needing their caffeine fix. They're great at dishing out the basics, but apparently anything with chai in it, is overly complicated. Three times now, three different attempts at three different variations, and three misses. A chai frappuccino is not green. Thanks for the green tea frappuccino. An iced chai with soy milk, is not ice-water with a squirt of chai. Chai with soy milk, is not watered down chai syrup that appears almost clear. This store is stretched so thin, there's no quality control. Never have I gone to a Starbucks where they didn't have the Blonde roast available, but perhaps it's not a popular choice at this location. A pour over is usually decent, but not here; several times now it's been either too weak or too strong, which seems odd. It really is hit and miss here as far as friendly goes. A co-worker and I come here probably every other week at least during the work-day for a pick-me-up. Pluses- I've never had them mess up an order and often we come in with 5 or 6 drinks needed with varying degrees of ridiculous requests. They always are friendly at the register. They know people who are legit regulars, calling them by name and asking them about personal things. Negatives- Some days they are very slow, probably partly due to the chit chat. It is what it is, I guess I'd rather have a barista that pays attention and cares than someone who treats you like a number- with a highly commercialized chain, it's never a guarantee. Also, often the person making drinks is so distracted by the drink making, the kid of shove drinks at you without even making eye contact. All in all, a nice place visit. read more
