Stopped into the Tualatin Vitality Bowls on a Saturday evening and ordered a large Superfood Bowl…read morewith pea protein blended in. It came loaded: sliced banana fanned around the edge, then blueberries, goji berries, cacao nibs, granola, and a drizzle of honey, all over an açaí, pitaya, and graviola base. It was generous and fresh, and the fruit looked like it had been cut that evening. What sets this place apart is what's missing. The menu says no ice or frozen yogurt fillers, and you can taste it. The bowl is dense and fruit-forward, not a sugary slush. It kept me full for hours. The space is better than it needs to be for a bowl shop. There's an open ceiling, warm pendant lights, a fireplace with a lounge corner, a kids' play area, and high chairs. It's clean and calm, a spot where you could actually sit and eat. I also liked the local touches: posters for the Tualatin cheer squad and Tigard Tigers soccer, both teams they sponsor. You can tell this is a neighborhood business. Daniela took my order and was friendly and quick. Five stars, and I'll be back to try the Dragon Bowl.

I…read morewas bracing myself for that typical chalky, gritty texture most nutrition shakes have--but NOPE! This was smooth perfection from first sip to last drop. It took me a solid 45 minutes to finish because it was so filling, and guess what? Even as it sat, the flavor stayed delicious and the texture didn't change a bit. Their menu is huge! Seriously, so many options--it feels like I'd have to visit every day for 90 days straight just to try everything. Decision paralysis is real here, but honestly, that's a great problem to have. The store wasn't busy when I visited, so it was nice and relaxed, giving me time to ask questions and enjoy the vibe. Pricing is on the higher side for drinks, but considering this is Tigard and these shakes are meal replacements, it's actually pretty reasonable. Definitely cheaper than grabbing a meal at most places around here, where you'd easily spend over \$20. Also, shout-out to Noah! Super friendly guy who genuinely cared about my fitness goals. He recommended their marathon program, which costs \$150 for a 10-day session, happening twice a month (from the 1st-10th and 15th-25th). You do need to buy Herbalife shakes and follow their meal plan, but I'm excited to see how it works out. I'll be back with an update once I finish my first round. For now, Daily Nutrition is a solid 5-star experience!

We got arepas and empanadas today and they were DELICIOUS. So freaking good. Just perfect ,the empanadas were like my former sister in law from Guatamala used to make. Only better. Woooah. And the arepas were amazing too. Oozing with melty cheese. The drinks were also spot on again (my sweet toothed kid got a ton of sugar this time in the iced tea as requested and was very happy) and the barista is lovely. The barista last week was too. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Ziggi's Coffee in Sherwood. Unfortunately, this…read moreis the second time I've had issues here, and after today, I won't be coming back. I ordered three drinks, and the problems started right away when I was overcharged. Thankfully, they corrected the price after I pointed it out. I was also under the impression that a Create Your Own Blender didn't include espresso shots because that's what a manager had previously told me a few months ago. Today I found out it actually comes with two shots already, so I had paid for two extra shots that I didn't need. Then the drink order itself was wrong. My son received his small drink, but when they handed me my drink, it had caramel drizzle on top. I explained that my Campfire Blender comes with chocolate drizzle, not caramel, and that it looked like I had been given the wrong drink or the wrong size. Instead of listening, an employee in the back argued with me, insisting it was the correct drink. At that point, I was frustrated and simply asked for a refund. Instead of processing it, the employee continued arguing about the drinks. I repeatedly said, "I just want my money back," but it felt like no one was listening. During the entire interaction, the male employee kept responding with "mmhmm," "yeah," and "okay" while I was speaking, which came across as dismissive and made it feel like he was not actually listening to what I was saying. After several minutes, I was handed a refund receipt for only $5.70, even though I was owed $12.40. When I questioned it, I was told they couldn't print another receipt. They printed another slip showing the same amount, and I still wasn't given the full refund I was owed. It was incredibly frustrating and made me feel like my concerns didn't matter. On top of that, I feel the employees working that morning should either go through additional training or be reconsidered for their positions, because they were not friendly and did not handle the situation professionally. At one point, we were even told not to get upset. I'm sorry, but anyone would get upset when they are not being properly refunded after repeatedly asking for it. Customer service is about listening to your customers and resolving issues professionally, not arguing with them or dismissing them. This entire experience was stressful, unnecessary, and left me feeling completely disappointed. This is now the second bad experience I've had at this location, and it's enough for me to take my business elsewhere. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this location to others based on the poor customer service and how this situation was handled.
