Do not recommend this Dutch Bros location! I was so excited today when they released Mangonada drink, and decided to order it ahead and pick it up after work. Unfortunately, when I picked it up it wasn't anything like I expected. Instead of receiving Mangonada drink, I instead got a lemonade with fruit on top. That wasn't want I ordered. When I told the employees this was the incorrect drink, they didn't fix it. Then to put the cherry on top, my drink was half melted when I picked it up. Now after this experience I am no longer interested in going to Dutch Bros anymore and will not recommend this location. 4.9 of the time i always have the best experience. I come here a-lot so they make my drink as soon as i walk in the door its so convenient and nice of them. They are always playing music witch i love it really depends on who you are. its always clean the worst part is they don't have wifi for some reason but whatever. I only say 4.9 because sometimes my drink comes out brown or brownish green meaning they didn't put a good amount of blue raspberry but still deserves a 5star! Has an almost unmarked drive through, a little confusing and hard to find since the dutch is in the middle of other businesses too. The girl taking orders at the drive through didn't know what she was doing and was very rude. Our drinks were worse than the drinks i get at my usual dutch, they were not blended that well and tasted like freezer burn. They also didn't add everything I asked for in the drink. read more

Well, it's evident that the drive-through customers are more of a priority than customers that come into the store, I waited almost 30 minutes for ONE MEDIUM drink, while the drive-through people went through about 20 different customers while I ordered before them. If you think about it that's almost 30-40 drinks after what I ordered. They got my drink out as soon as the rush was over For the drive-through. Never go in the store, you will wait longer. Just stay in the drive-through. Horrible service, they are rude to you inside, they ignore you, I stood there at register before anybody even noticed me. Learn priority learn what customers come in first. Because now you have lost my business, and I will not be recommending this to anybody. read more

I absolutely LOVE their Hawaiian Rebel drink, and my with always gets the Anialator or the Birthday Cake drink. The service at any Dutchy is always good, and I love how they have "runners" to pre-take your order so it's ready by the time you get to the window. Love this location so close to home. The people that work here are so friendly and always get my order right or give great suggestions to add to my drink or invent a new one. This location has an inside area to sit down unlike other just drive thru or walk up locations. Moved here from Las Vegas about 6 months ago and we had a new location in Vegas right down the street so we became familiar with Dutch Bros and it's friendly customer service and tasty drink choices. I've heard about Portland's pride and joy "Dutch Bros Coffee". This was my first time there, my prior attempts were thwarted due to the mini shops that only had a drive thru with a mile long wait. This location has a drive thru but also a very nice sized dine in area. Lot's of comfortable seating and natural light despite it's location. Walking up to the counter to browse, we were greeted by a nice girl, I felt a little pressured but she was intent on helping us, especially when she found out this was our first time to any Dutch Bros. Pointing at the different menu options, she asked us what we usually like, she made some suggestions and had the enthusiasm and look of a cheerleader. How could we turn her down, she was more excited than we were! We usually go to Starbucks along with a few mom and pop type coffee houses, I was pleasantly surprised by our drinks and can understand the loyalty from the locals. My iced coffee was creamy, rich and not too sweet. We were also given some sort of members card to earn free drinks! We will definitely be back! read more

I come to this stand in particular at least 4 days a week. The newer employees are learning my name and order every time I go. The older employees know me by name. I'm excited for smiling faces and good conversation every time I come to get my favorite coffee. Thank you for making my mornings/afternoon/evenings better. I have been here before and as all of the previous visits I was greeted with a smile and a pleasant attendant. Order placed and sat down. We were there a while and couldn't really hear over the music so I kept watch of the counter. A single drink arrived assumed since we were the only ones waiting it was one of ours, it was missing the whipped cream but she didn't want to complain. I checked several more times only to be disappointed after she finished her drink I decided to ask if I could get an idea of how much longer, we had waited over 15 minutes but busy location thought maybe they were catching up drive thru. Nope our order was erased by I'm assuming the person who made the first drink so she gave us a free drink card and apologized while they made our other two drinks. Terrible experience!!!!! I had poor customer service from multiple workers here. They're insincere, rude, short, and they even got our order wrong to top it all off. My iced kicker felt heavy with so much cream and barely any coffee flavor. Long wait for an extremely poor experience overall. I'd go out of my way to avoid this location for a while. Also, they no longer have the white chocolate covered coffee beans and the workers don't even know what brand or where we can get our own. My brother loves them and they were not helpful at all with giving me ideas where to get them myself. THE WORST. Go to other dutch bros locations. End of story. read more

This sits in the corner of a little strip mall, and was formerly occupied by Rachel's Classic Burger (RIP) :( I gotta admit, though, that if I were to support/approve any business taking the place of Rachel's, Dutch Bros would be at or near the top of the list. The setup is unique as far as standard Dutch Bros buildings go. There's only a single drive-thru, unlike other standalone two drive-thru Dutch Bros stores. There is, however, an actual door to this store, and while I waited in the drive-thru line, I glanced inside, and it appears there's an actual counter and a few barstools. I'll go back soon and snap a picture or 4. Today I got their fall drink - a Brown Sugar Cinnamon Breve. Tasty, indulgent treat if not a bit on the sweet side. My go-to is the Annihilator, which I intend to return to shortly. Great addition to the area! It's really convenient for me, and I'm looking forward to buying many Annihilators from them. read more

This is my first stop and I'm loving Oregon so far! The drive thru was 5ever, so we ordered in and I'm so glad I did! Service here is amazing! The staff look so happy to see you when you walk in. I honestly don't like to drink coffee, ever, but Dutch Bros' Annihilator is an exception. I first had it in Davis a few months ago and I have been craving it since. I was so surprised to see Dutch Bro's here, but learned that it originated in Oregon... lol. The Davis Annihaltor was much creamier, but this location is still really good! Craving satisfied. I noticed the drive-thru was moving very slowly so I decided to go inside and as I am unfamiliar with the menu I just kind of pondered and there, the staff had had no questions or tips on what to get I was waiting for my drink. I love Dutch bros but 1 stars because I was disappointed in the refusal of getting another stamp card and they hesitated on letting me use my free drink.The lady told me she can't give me another one because people are making copies of it. I enjoyed a tasty infused peach green tea. Sadly this is NOT a relaxing establishment in which to enjoy your refreshment or visit with a friend. I get that Dutch Bros caters to the younger crowd but they shouldn't assume that the bulk of their clientele all enjoy incredibly loud music. This Dutch Bros has very friendly staff and it's super convenient, because it's a block from my house. I've never had problems with my drink until the last month. I always get the same one, a white mocha freeze with no whip. It's consistency is supposed to be like a slushy or icy. Pretty simple I would think. I was just there today and They made it very foamy. Check out all the air bubbles. Not much to the drink. I've never had it this bad. Another time I got it, I said no whip and as I drove away I checked it out, I could tell that they must've made a mistake and mixed it instead of re-doing it, because It look like they just mixed it inside the drink, it was white with a tan. Usually it's all tan. I would've turned around and went back, but I don't wanna wait again. I love Dutch Bros, and when this new store opened less than a block from my house, I was thrilled. Like most other Dutch Bros, the staff is friendly, efficient, and have amazing memories. I have some strange variations to the drinks I order, and they remembered them from a visit two weeks prior at the other Hillsboro location. The Tigard location manages the same thing. Like one of the other reviewers, I recently tried the Brown Sugar Cinnamon Breve. OMG. I am glad it is seasonable, or I would be in a coma from drinking these. My usual drink is the ER-911 with some mocha or an Annihilator with chocolate and 2 extra shots. (Yes, I have caffeine instead of blood). Dutch Bros, you are the best!! read more

This was my favorite Dutch bros. Then they remodeled and forgot anything they knew about customer service. If I wanted an experience like Starbucks, I'd go there. It took me 2 min to get to the window behind 2 cars for my drink. Then I sat for 7 minutes waiting for my drink. 7 minutes. In a drive thru. Because the girl needed to help the inside customers. My drink was made, just sitting inside and waiting. Like me in my car. At least they got my drink right this time, usually it's right about 75% of the time now. I came in this morning for my first time (I've heard nothing but wonderful things about this place!). I was greeted by the entire staff at the window and they all made me feel special and welcome.
