Grilled pork bahn mi Fish sauce chicken wings Bahn mi was perfect. The baguette was exactly how you'd want it- crunchy outside, soft and chewy inside. I added extra pork, I'm glad I did. It was hearty and it made the size of the bahn mi just right. I was sufficiently full after I finished this along with two pieces of the fish sauce wings. Only a couple things worth noting, the pickled daikon and carrots were shredded so it wasn't as crunchy as I'm used to. LOVED the patè. Wish I had the option to order extra. Fish sauce wings were yummy. I haven't seen this in another restaurant since pokpok. They weren't crunchy wings. But the flavor was there. The order came with a side of pickled daikon and carrots. Their own sauces.......super crunchy and fresh veg......and a house made spring roll. I'm glad I got extras! It was a huge amount of food for one person, and I happily stuffed myself with every morsel. This is a dish that's easy to fake it with......because I love it. So, I waited a week before deciding to post this review due to this being VN and small business. Just for reference, I've eaten here many times and last 2 visits, I requested my steak placed on top so it's not well cooked. I had dropped off my car at Brake Force and decided to come back after a year hoping they have changed. I ordered the Pho Tai and asked for the beef to be placed on top again, plus a rice dish to go. I heard the cashier tell the kitchen staff what I wanted so I felt comfortable it'd be made as ordered. But when it arrived, not only was it not done, there was hardly any beef period. I fished for all of it and placed it on the plate. I called the cashier over to show him. He didn't say anything and walked back to the kitchen. I ate 1/3 of the noodles and all the beef. I assumed he was bringing me more beef. No, he didn't. He brought my to go order and that was it. No, I'm sorry. No, we're getting you more beef. No, we're refunding you the Pho order. He just handed my to go order and walked away. I've never felt so disappointed and disrespected. I live in Tigard and eat out every single day. I love Pho, but will go to Pho Nguyen in Beaverton for my weekly fix. Pho Tiger, do better! read more

The only reason I'm giving this place two stars is because the pho broth was really good. Other than that, the service was bad and they weren't even busy. There is a kiosk to order and you have to pay and add your tip before anything even happens. Instead of making sure that all of the tables had ample chopsticks and spoons, the "server" sat behind the counter on his phone. Never asked if we needed anything just brought out the pho. The plate they give you with the extras didn't even have 4 jalapeño slices, just 3 for two people. The meat that I received in my pho was basically all fat, not meat. This place is expensive and makes you take care of everything and skimps on ingredients. I won't be coming back. read more

The tables that were unoccupied were sticky. The set up is -- order at the front, seat yourself and get water for your self. The food was decent but my pork was not warm one bit, it's like it had been sitting all day and served with fresh rice. When I ordered this, it originally came with seafood but the person at the counter said I can substitute chicken instead. Overall, it was a rather delicious dish. The noodles were very crispy and there was an ample of protein and veggies. The brown sauce was not too salty and gave it the right flavor it needed. My only critique was that the chicken to me felt like the wrong cut to use. The chicken pieces looked more to be used in a pho dish then this kind of this.
