I was waiting for 14 minutes f9r my banana bread. I asked twice and even offered not to have it heated up. The girl with the pink hair told me they were just busy and orders were backed up. They found it by the drive thru is had been sitting there for most of the time. read more

I came in to just have some drinks exchange because they were made very poorly from a previous Starbucks. All I was met with was a grief, attitude and frustration. Please don't make fun of me because I had to come down to Salem so I could take a test I didn't want to pull over another Starbucks because I was trying to focus on taking a test. The last thing I need is grief from one of your employees giving me a hard time and telling me I should've stopped at the other 14 never were on the way. All I wanted was to exchange my drinks. Be kinder sir people are going through a hard time and the last thing they need is there going to Starbucks and be met with that kind of attitude. Thanks for ruining my day. read more

Great Starbucks, friendly staff and good coffee. Good amount of seating inside and out. The only issue is the drive up gets so busy it blocks you in if you go park and go inside. read more

The drinks here are up to standard and they seem to always get the order correct, but this is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Even if you're the only car in the drive-thru you're going to be waiting at least a few minutes. A typical SB can often have my simple drink ready by the time I drive up to the window, but this place never does; it's always a wait. I don't know if they're continually understaffed or just incompetent, but it's consistently slow every time I've went here. read more

As this is now the closest Starbucks to the place I'm staying at, I figured I'd write a sentence or two. I only use the drive through at this location and I'm very impressed with the staff that work it. Very (perhaps overly so?) friendly folks that always have a bit of conversation waiting for you if your coffee is not in hand. The time's I've gone they also tend to have a small sample of some walnut loaf or new coffee blend ready and waiting for me to taste. If there is a line, though there rarely is at the odd times I wind up here, it moves as fast as I could hope for. Parking seems to constantly be full though, if you were looking for a sit down. I'd suggest going around to the side lot. read more

I'm taking away a star, simply because getting in and out of the parking lot can be cheating death, at times. Wish the actual size of the lot was larger. Otherwise, it's a great Starbucks. Looks clean inside (I only use the drive thru) and the baristas are always friendly. They seem to be perpetually out of pastries in the late afternoon, but that's my bad. This is a difficult review for me as I have decided to not make this Starbucks my morning stop any longer. Difficult because I have been going there for many years and have grown fond of many of the baristas and the service generally. But that alone is not enough to make me want to start my day at this location. The inconsistency in a welcoming customer experience and lack of (more than not) the type of daily brew I prefer are the main reasons. As a customer it has become increasingly uncomfortable and frustrating to continue asking if dark brew is available, being told it is not, sometimes being offered a pour over, and most times not, just a blank look like what do you want instead. Again, a difficult decision because of some great people that work there, but easy based on the inconsistent and "almost not caring" attitude I have felt way too many times. This customer has reached the tipping point. I have other choices and will be stopping there from now on. read more

I like Starbucks, but you should avoid this one. Understaffed with crazy long wait times for drive through. Like regularly 15-20 minutes, and once you're in line, there's no way to get out. read more

EVERY TIME I GO HERE, they start up a conversation...which I guess is fine, but EVERY TIME? seriously. They must have good management. Inside is moderately sized...and seems more spacious than it is. I am a college student trying to find a great place to study. I think I have found it in this store. Not only is there ample room for me to take over a corner with all of my study items, I have only received excellent customer service in the few months I have been coming here. In particular, Hannah and Jessica always have a smile on their faces when I come up to order. I have never been a regular anywhere before, so I am always surprised when they remember my name and ask me about my studies. Great establishment, great service, great drinks! read more
