Odolla's beans are so smooth, great tasting, fill bodied with no 'burn' taste (I know I sound like a commercial, I guess I am). I would recommend Odolla Coffee Roasters in Salem Oregon very highly. Which is a huge bummer because it's super cute inside, and it would appear to be very community based. The pastries were great though, we got the cruffin, salt & herb bagel with garlic schmear, one of the special sandwiches, a danish and the cinnamon cream cheese roll. All of those were great! The coffee was hit or miss for some of us; got a latte with raspberry and vanilla that was great. The matcha is mushroom based so I didn't feel like experimenting with that. The service was a bit odd because (among other things) when we got our drinks she didn't know which lattes were which, and when asked basically gave a IDK and left. Not sure with all the great coffee shops if I'd be running back here, but it definitely has potential!

They have their specialty/seasonal beverages on a sheet at the counter. Make sure you take a look while you're ordering. Ended up getting a regular latte and a strawberry Matcha latte. The strawberry matcha latte is dependent on your personal preferences. I personally found it a little on the sweet side. It was better after I had mixed the drink some, but still a tad bit too sweet. It was a good matcha flavor though. Grab your laptop and your friends and come by to Margin to try out some drinks! They also have food, but I came for the caffeine.
