Wow! This place/area is beautiful! We love hanging out here with coffee and enjoying the moment. The drinks are delicious and the baristas are great! Check this place out with a good book or for a nice break from your daily routine!

The staff here is very friendly and always asks how one's day is. They are super engaged with their customers. The place very clean and they always have festive decorations depending on the holiday. They offer Military and First responder discounts which is very sweet for a shop. Their pastries are also fresh everyday from a local bakery. Would highly recommend going abs checking this place out.

Cute little new coffee shop at the reed. The staff is super friendly and nice. I got their strawberry and crème and it was yummy. Not too sweet, perfect for my liking. Their coffee are also good!

Cute little coffee shop conveniently located near shopping. Great place to hang out on a rainy day and catch up with friends.

It's a cute place but I didn't like that it was open and not in an enclosed coffee shop.

So good! Love having a new local spot in downtown Salem. The place is so cute - it's everything we didn't know Salem needed.

You order at the counter and then you get a number to take with you and place at whichever seat you choose. Drinks and food both came out really quick. I tried the bees knees which had honey, lavender, rosemary and simple syrup with a dash of black pepper. I did not see nor taste the black pepper but I was a huge fan of this drink. It wasn't overpowering in any of the flavors and the rosemary sprig made it look so cute. I got the breakfast potato hash with no tomatoes and it was a delicious and filling breakfast. The potatoes were so good my group wouldn't stop helping themselves to them. I added some hot sauce as it was in the dryer side but still really good. I also tried the matcha coconut scone. It had a pretty matcha green color but it was hard to taste the matcha or coconut and it was quite dry. Service was quick and friendly. The inside is really beautiful and we couldn't help but do a little photoshoot, so many fun backgrounds! Things to note: Restroom shared with other businesses close by businesses and metered street parking only.

Food service can be rough, but when there's no one in line not giving someone at least 30 seconds to check out the menu is really frustrating. The coffee was pretty good, definitely worth going out for. I also really liked the peanut butter and jelly chia pudding. It was really filling and a perfect portion of protein/natural sugars before my workout. The seating area had a nice warmth to it on a sunny afternoon. The outdoor seating looked welcoming too.

None of the trendy hipster "coolness" that has come to rankle me in other popular coffee shops. I've had some delicious pastries and excellent drinks, including coffee and non-coffee specialties like their golden milk latte which is unique and amazing. Comfy space, high ceilings , exposed brick. My only feedback is that they serve their bagels to go with a cup of cream cheese and a sliced bagel. This is common, but I don't understand why anyone would want to spread cream cheese on their own bagel when they're on the road. It would be like ordering a sandwich and a stack of meat, cheese, lettuce, and bread and asked to assemble that while you're driving. That's literally my only complaint and it's a small one. I will be a Regular at this coffee shop, bagels be damned! lol.

There's normal tables, taller stools for window seating, and a few couch chairs too. The person that helped me at the counter was super helpful. There are lots of options with desserts, pastries, toast, bagels, sandwiches, soups, parfaits, and whole meals like biscuits and gravy. They have a good amount of vegan and gluten then friendly alternatives too. The prices were a steal for the portions I got -especially the toast and chia pudding. The coffee was also pretty good, nothing to write home about. I'll have to come back to try some of their bagels next time.

Which is a huge bummer because it's super cute inside, and it would appear to be very community based. The pastries were great though, we got the cruffin, salt & herb bagel with garlic schmear, one of the special sandwiches, a danish and the cinnamon cream cheese roll. All of those were great! The coffee was hit or miss for some of us; got a latte with raspberry and vanilla that was great. The matcha is mushroom based so I didn't feel like experimenting with that. The service was a bit odd because (among other things) when we got our drinks she didn't know which lattes were which, and when asked basically gave a IDK and left. Not sure with all the great coffee shops if I'd be running back here, but it definitely has potential!

One meal was enough to feed me all day, and the Spanish coffee I got was mixed perfectly. Seats are extremely limited, but the service was super fast so even with a full plate you get in and out comfortably in under an hour. Other reviews mention rude service staff, but my experience was the total opposite. I wish I could've gotten her name to give her a shout-out. :) I do have to mention the lack of parking. There were still empty tables when the parking lot was already completely full. There were maybe eight parking spots altogether, but that would be my only complaint.

House made of course so it's even better than the store bought stuff in my opinion because it tastes like actual chocolate. I ordered the filet minion chicken fried steak and it was cooked to perfection. So juicy inside and crispy but not like overly cooked crispy on the outside! Topped with a hot gooey layer of house made sausage gravy. The overall size of this steak was about as big as my face. To complement this enormous steak was eggs, a biscuit & some smashed Yukon potatoes..like they were literally small potatoes they just smashed which was really different to me because I've never seen that before. I also had to order the infamous cinnamon roll pancake I been seeing floating around on other people's reviews. IT IS A MUST.. and if you are ordering it to take home make sure you have a piece of it while it's still hot and fresh because that was to die for. I won't go more into detail about it you just have to try it. It will speak for its self. Overall the dinning experience was great! Servers were more than happy to get you whatever you need. We sat at the bar so y'all should try their drinks because they looked so good and the bartenders looked like they were having fun making them. The restaurant is a literal house and while charming it is small and packed inside and the parking lot is also really small so you may need to get there early or expect to park somewhere else in the streets. We got there an hour after they opened and it was only a 30 minute wait thankfully. Will be coming back again to try other menu items!
