Favorite coffee spot in Salem. I don't even drink coffee but I do LOVE their matcha! In my opinion, best matcha in town! Their cold foam is phenomenal! Every drink here is so tasty and good. I love their coffee, energy drinks, matchas, real fruit smoothies, protein shakes, and sparkling lemonade. I have never had a bad drink here. I recommend a blended Oreo or peach/strawberry smoothie with sparkling lemonade. read more

I liked this place. On the way back from Portland we wanted to stop for a coffee and this was one of the closer ones off the freeway. We got a smoothie and a a breve chai, and both were quite good. One of the employees was taking orders in the line, though there were only a few of us waiting, but our drinks were ready for us by the time we got to the window. (It's kind of like the Tardis in there, so they may have had a dozen folks making drinks for all I know.) Staff was friendly and I do appreciate their speed. read more

A first timer here while visiting Salem and I chose their Biscoff Cookie Butter Cold Brew to try out. The cold brew was alright - a simple iced cold brew but didn't really get any flavor of Biscoff aside from the Biscoff cookie they give you with the drink. Might have to try out another drink next time. Aside from the drink itself, the service was great! Very friendly and outspoken employees. I used to love coming to this location, and I am an avid Bentley's drinker, however, within the last three months, this location has gone downhill tremendously. Customer service is extremely lacking. The vibe is totally off when I came in today. The girl who took my order was not very polite. She did not verify if I wanted whipped cream on my blended Oreo and the vibe was just really off, she was not friendly either, so I don't know if I'm going to continue coming to this location anymore or if I need to find a new place to go get my drink because Bentley's used to be all about customer service. Oops! No photos! Sorry. We ordered a couple drinks. The peanut butter dream and the cookie something or other (I don't always pay very good attention to what the others order). Both drinks were delicious. The service was friendly but not obnoxious (I'm looking at you Bros.) so I appreciated not feeling like I was being whacked over the head with cheesy "friendliness" or whatever they call it in Dutch. I'll return because the drinks and experience were superior to most of the other options in the area. Cheers! read more

Skip all of the other coffee shops. Seriously. If you love great coffee and supporting pups, this is your place! We tried several drinks and each one was as good or better than the last. There really is NO comparison, this place beats out every coffee shop I've ever been to. I may even like it more than our place in San Diego! Definitely try the scone and the bacon pastry. Absolutely love coming here. They have a huge variety of drinks to choose from; coffee, tea, energy drinks, smoothies, kids drinks, milkshakes, and protein shakes. Everything that I have tried is amazing. The whole family loves coming here! The service is incredible. They people are so nice. They seem to truly care about you and will remember you when you come back. Favorite local coffee shop I've ever been to!! I'm happy that they've slowly added more locations. The staff/baristas are always super nice, quick, and helpful. The drinks are so yummy, I've never had a drink there I didn't like. Their drinks are unique, their risk energy drinks are the best. I look forward to their new drinks releasing every week or two! So yummy everytime! The service is always amazing, staff is always super friendly. Lots of variety within the menu and I still have a lot to try - my spouse and I recently moved to Oregon and was recommended Bentley's when we first arrived. We have not been to ANY other coffee shop since moving here!! Bentley's is where it's at! Wow! Someone recommended this place to me and I'm glad they did. They make their own peanut butter, so of course I got a peanut butter drink. And my kids got blackberry smoothies... This is the best coffee and espresso in Salem. Coming from New York, I was disappointed in a few different places I tried but then I found Bentley's! They make the best coffee and although their only milk alternative is almond, they make an amazing almond based latte. Get the sugar free white chocolate - it is amazing. Wish they had a bigger operation, fingers crossed that they get one in the future! Also they are smart enough to get someone out to your car to start an order when their drive through is busy! read more

This is my FAVORITE coffee place ever! Unfortunately I do not live in Salem anymore so rarely get to stop in but always go out of my way when I am in town. Almost everything is made in house. I love that I can get a sugar free peanut butter mocha with their house made ground peanut butter and house made sugar free syrup. A few keto friendly options. They always have specials with fresh fruit, seasonal drinks etc. They even do stamp cards which is great considering some large chains have done away with this. I hope they expand south! read more

My go-to coffee joint in Salem. I'm pretty boring and only drink iced americano's, but they make a good one here. I did try the Oreo on a past visit, but wasn't overly impressed. It kind of tasted like a stale Oreo (not my favorite). The yogurt parfait is delicious, and one of my favorite things for breakfast. I've also had their breakfast shake and really enjoyed it, especially with almond milk. Staff is super friendly and seems more genuine than some of their competitors! read more

Sooo very loud inside. The girl taking my order couldn't hear me and I couldn't hear her. I understand you are trying to create a certain vibe but if everyone is deaf the vibe is lost..... We are all wearing masks now, maybe turn the music down a notch Hang some art or something on the walls to deadened the sound a bit. read more

WELP THIRD UPDATE. egg is on my face. Ive went from an a get hater to an addict. I would not recommend the milkshakes (tried another and it was still bad. I think it might be a protein shake? That's what it tastes like? Idk) But I love LOVE the oreo, Caramel macciato and Chai! Also if you're a whip cream addict like me you have to HAVE to specify that you want it. They don't usually put it on anything! But I do love the place and the workers are very sweet. Some people say "fake sweet" but have you ever worked in retail? You HAVE to be that way, especially of you have to work your ass off for tips. Be cool you guys. They're doing their best to be friendly. read more

Very rude service for walkup customers. I didn't expect special service, but waiting in line with 10 cars with a baby is dangerous. I asked if I could place my order and just get it when it was my turn. (Not asking for cuts in line) The barista was incredibly rude. I'm quite taken back by it since I live 6 blocks away and have purchased sooooo many drinks there. read more

I also had to order the infamous cinnamon roll pancake I been seeing floating around on other people's reviews. IT IS A MUST.. and if you are ordering it to take home make sure you have a piece of it while it's still hot and fresh because that was to die for. I won't go more into detail about it you just have to try it. It will speak for its self. Overall the dinning experience was great! Servers were more than happy to get you whatever you need. We sat at the bar so y'all should try their drinks because they looked so good and the bartenders looked like they were having fun making them. The restaurant is a literal house and while charming it is small and packed inside and the parking lot is also really small so you may need to get there early or expect to park somewhere else in the streets. We got there an hour after they opened and it was only a 30 minute wait thankfully. Will be coming back again to try other menu items!

Me and my mother go to Bentleys very often, it's extremely quick and easy better then Dutch and Starbucks, personally there drinks are delicious and decently affordable in my opinion, as well as they add a bunch as add ins to. read more
