CHECK YOUR CHARGES IF PAYING WITH CARD I stopped by around 12:45pm on Thursday 09/18/2025 I got a 32oz iced white mocha , the lady working the window told me my total was 8.50. I gave her my debit card to pay, the charge sat pending in my account for 8.50 until Friday afternoon/night it posted for 10.50. Convenient and quick coffee drive-thru off of Lancaster in Salem. Service is quick and accurate and the baristas are very friendly. Small drive-thru that has a window on both sides. Doesn't seem big, but inside looks very high ceilings for the baristas to have plenty of room to work. No inside seating. Near gas stations, Carl's Jr and other places of interests. read more

Was pretty excited to try this place due to some reviews. Went through today, and the girl taking our 3 item order (1 drink, 2 food items), completely disregarded our actual order? Mind you there was no line. We kindly had one drink replaced which then was given to us without any flavored syrup.... and when we reached to grab our blueberry muffin... it was lemon poppyseed... Active listening would have been appreciated.... We were the only people there. read more

This is a great spot to stop at before you hit the freeway and that's exactly what we did. The location is very convenient sitting next to a gas station. I forget her name but she's worked there for a long time now I believe she drives a Subaru is the sweetest kindest person no matter how busy they are she is always so kind and makes the best coffee. SO. GOOD. I was looking for a good smoothie/juice place on my way down the Albany and I ran across this place. I got a banana and blueberry smoothie. First- huge style points here. Best lookin smoothie I've ever had. I was already impressed by the look, but Lordy, I was blown away from the first sip. SO GOOD. Tasty, sweet, smooth, all of the things that qualify for a great smoothie. I just wish I didn't live in Portland so I could try even more of their menu. Incredible service! We were passing through and decided to stop here. So glad we did! I ordered a White Angel with almond milk. It was so tasty! She added a little homemade chocolate whipped cream. Yummy. :-) We'll definitely be back next time we're in Salem. read more

Very unhappy with this place. First, my iced chai was pretty much milk with a little chai. It was WAY too diluted. Their menu is very misleading and therefore inaccurate from a customers point of view. They charge for ice. They charge to make a chai a frappe and then add another flavoring charge even though the chai is already vanilla flavored. It's ridiculous. Just have an honest and easy to understand menu. Don't nickel & dime your customers. Trust me, we won't come back. read more

This place doesn't look like much but it is definitely worth the stop! It is right off of I5 and Hwy 22 so if you're passing through it is a great option. Everyone here is very friendly and are willing to make you what ever you want so don't be afraid to ask for something a little different. Most times they will even ask you to try it before driving off to make sure it is how you wanted it. Their coffee is always high quality and blended and iced drinks always come out good! read more

As a loyal customer to java hut I would like to suggest a couple of things, in hopes that this will improve your customers experience. In a industry that's thriving I would invest in better cups the ones that aren't going to fold and spill on you or anything. That goes without saying however it's always a good reminder to continuously make improvements. Especially with the larger sizes or I like to call your money makers. Also brand your logo onto these cups or come up with something clever to continue to mark your company. Consider into future acceptable payments that will make your business a faster and swift full experience eg. Apple Pay/google pay. That would also improve on the wait time when your business sees the sales increase in respect of it. Overall this is a great staff in past experiences. Keep up with the staffing and remember a happy staff is a happy customer cliental base. You can also require that your staff embark on offering your punch card or ask if customers have a punch card already. First visit I wasn't offered or second until the 3rd.
