I was introduced to Dutch in 2016 when I visited my brother in Eugene. When I told them it was my first trip they comped my order! I've been a fan ever since. This location is convenient to home and those exiting I-5 heading to state government offices. The cheerful greetings from employees is a nice way to kick off your day. You can expect flavors to change with seasons and to see special flavors celebrating the holidays. This is a coffee shop chain based in Oregon and operates as a drive-thru basis. This is my first time trying a Dutch Bros and it was overall quite decent. An employee can take your order while you queue up in the car, but since we didn't know what they have, we opted to order at the front which we had no issues - they were pretty patient with us taking the time to decide what to get. I personally opted for the Golden Eagle breve (small size) which is an iced latte with vanilla and caramel drizzle. I originally wanted to get a Dutch Freeze but looking at the nutrition facts, 80g+ of sugar is way too much for me in the morning. Overall, the coffee is still a bit too sweet for my liking but it seems to be their reputation to make the coffee drinks very sugary. They do have fruit drinks as well for those that want to not get the traditional coffee drinks offered. read more

Right off the I-5 south. First time here and service was excellent. The worker was friendly and patient. She walked us through the beverage menu and gave her recommendations. I personally am not a coffee drinker so I ordered the hot Chai tea with a shot of expresso. She added sprinkles of cinnamon and nutmeg. My cousin went with the hot double torture and my husband went with her recommendation of the iced white chocolate annihilator. They also make dark chocolate annihilator. The annihilator is tasty but on the sweet side. I don't think I can finish a medium or even a small. I liked the chai. It's different from starbucks. The only drawback to this place is the lines can be hideous. It's been many a time I pulled in, only to leave immediately because there were 10 cars on either side.
