***UPDATE This issue still was sucky, but I do want to say that they have some new people now & the customer service is much better! The girl today was really nice & made a great drink! I do like their coffee the best around town. Changed from 2 star to 3 star. Not a good experience yesterday It was friendship day where u buy 1 & get a free 16 oz for ur friend. We drive up there & there's a tiny handwritten note saying, "closed for employee emergency". Wtf?? Really? I mean, I get it, emergencies happen, but there were no other employees that could come in & cover, including a supervisor or manager? Becuz that's part of a supervisor's job, is to cover when necessary. Idk, it prob wouldn't have bothered me as much, but for the fact that I already kinda don't like the service here & this just made it worse. Some of the girls aren't very inviting, they're sort of snooty. They're not like super rude... more like they're checking their (metaphorical) watch while I'm looking at the menus. A smile is not a natural inclination for some of them (some are super nice, tho). They do have really good coffee. That's what brings be back. Had a bad experience there but it was the employee. She was very rude and made me feel like crap. I was never going to go back there after that experience. But I did a couple of weeks ago, and was treated much better with great service, different person of course. I have mixed feelings. read more

Literally go here on a daily basis! I'm not familiar with Keizer but after working out here for about a year this is the best coffee hands down. Reasonable prices, and temperature is perfect won't burn your mouth off. Staff is polite and always a long line but never a long wait :) read more

I used to go to Starbucks... then I came here. I used to get smoothies and such when they still had the coffee house here on River Rd and am still really disappointed they don't have one again, but what can ya do. They are always so friendly here and it tastes SO much better than Starbucks or anywhere else in town for that matter (although Giddy Up N Go Espresso is pretty close behind). I went back to Starbucks the other day to get the drink I usually get here (only because a friend had a gift card), and it just wasn't good! So I went here again the other day and I enjoyed it MUCH more. Definitely recommend this place :) read more
